Zone A refers to the existing JB city. Zone B refers to Nusajaya, its finanacial centre will be located at Medini, somewhere near to LegoLand. Medini has a lot of Luxury condominiums deveopment already, such as "The Meridin @Medini", develped by Ma Sing. "Paradiso-Nuova", deisgned by Singapore architect firm "Ong & Ong". 99 years lease, RM800-1200 per square foot. |

Johor-based property developer, Gromutual Bhd, has launched its commercial development, Austin 18 "Versatile Business Suites" in Iskandar Malaysia, with a gross development value of RM150 million.
The project comprises a 25-storey freehold commercial building with 319 units of self-contained offices, retail space and a six-storey car park podium.
Construction of Austin 18 is expected to commence early next year and slated for completion in 2017.
Austin 18 property sits on a total gross land area of about 1.50 acres (about 65,340 square feet) in Mount Austin in Johor Baharu.

管理费的新措施,虽然是好的,可是会不会被利用来起管理费?
毕竟头1-2年是发展商管理的

没错。。。nusajaya也是。。。除了旅游,医药,教育,工业,港口, 也有金融的。。。。算是所有旗舰重点发展区里。。。最全面的。。。。

基本上只是建好后第一年。。。。和建筑期间。。之后就是居民自组committee...

When the then PM Dr Mahathir wanted to build KLCC, there were so many vacuous heads who were against his idea. Forward 20 years, everybody's wealth is measured from the distance he is from KLCC.
Now PNB is building Warisan. Every vacuous head in the land is against it. Forward 10 years from now, every corporate wealth will be measured from the distance they are from Warisan.
Already there are plans to build a KLCC inside Nusajaya rising 77 storeys high with a fantastical park. Forward 10 years from now, your wealth is measured from the distance you are from here.
