Zone A refers to the existing JB city. Zone B refers to Nusajaya, its finanacial centre will be located at Medini, somewhere near to LegoLand. Johor-based property developer, Gromutual Bhd, has launched its commercial development, Austin 18 "Versatile Business Suites" in Iskandar Malaysia, with a gross development value of RM150 million.

The project comprises a 25-storey freehold commercial building with 319 units of self-contained offices, retail space and a six-storey car park podium.

Construction of Austin 18 is expected to commence early next year and slated for completion in 2017.

Austin 18 property sits on a total gross land area of about 1.50 acres (about 65,340 square feet) in Mount Austin in Johor Baharu.

毕竟头1-2年是发展商管理的

没错。。。nusajaya也是。。。除了旅游，医药，教育，工业，港口， 也有金融的。。。。算是所有旗舰重点发展区里。。。最全面的。。。。

基本上只是建好后第一年。。。。和建筑期间。。之后就是居民自组committee...
