（巴生19日讯）杨忠礼机构创办人丹斯里杨忠礼指出，论创业，当今的时代已与他们那个时代不同，但勤奋、诚信、意志坚定对于成功还是最重要。

这位兴华中学董事长率领该中学北京教育考察团莅访北京大学，与师生交流时，娓娓道出自己半个多世纪艰苦创业的历程，并分享其成长与奋斗的故事。

根据北京大学教育基金会网站报道，他在面对学生们关于年轻人如何创业、怎样应对挫折、马中关系在文化领域的发展等踊跃提问时，都一一耐心解答。

北京大学副校长高松会见了杨忠礼一行人，兴华中学署理董事长拿督李平福、校长黄秀玉、北京大学校务委员会副主任海闻教授、校长助理、教育基金会秘书长邓娅以及两校师生代表共同出席了交流活动。

杨忠礼在致词时，回顾了当年作为学生代表参与创建兴华中学的经过，同时也讲述马来西亚华人对于华教精神的坚持。

在交流会上，海闻谈及今年5月访问马来西亚兴华中学和为学校题写“守正创新，育人兴华”的愉快经历，并指这八个字将北大与兴华中学紧密联系在一起。

他赞扬作为杰出的社会企业家，杨忠礼为马来西亚乃至整个国际华人社会的建设和发展做出了卓越贡献；他多年来不遗余力地捐资兴学，兴华中学传承华人文化和对华文教育的坚守，更让他非常感动和敬佩。

北大资助充裕奖学金

北京大学招生办公室主任王亚章和国际合作部留学生办公室副主任于潇简要介绍了北大近年来在马来西亚招收留学生、给予奖学金等情况。

目前北大共有117名马来西亚留学生，包括88名本科生，19名硕士研究生，6名博士研究生和4名非学位学生，大部分学生选择就读于经济、新闻等人文社科类院系。

在嘉里集团郭氏基金会等资助下，北大给予大马留学生充裕的奖学金以支持他们在北大的学习、生活。今后北京大学希望继续加强交流与合作，加大对大马留学生的招生力度。

考察团其他成员包括兴华中学常务董事余安、陈伟后、陈静翔、叶进来，副校长苏进存、谢锡福、莫壮燕、许梅韵，以及马来西亚北大校友会会长赖贞煌。【e南洋】

杨忠礼机构首季净利跌25%

（吉隆坡17日讯）杨忠礼机构（YTL Corp Bhd）首季净利下跌25%，因7大业务中有5个的盈利贡献下降。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，截至9月杪的2017财政年首季，净利为1亿5033万令吉，或每股1.44仙，相较于上财年同期的2亿262万令吉，或每股1.94仙。

首季营业额从44亿5000万令吉，跌21%至34亿9000万令吉。

该集团指出，业务盈利走低，除了建筑和酒店业务，税前盈利分别增16.7%和117.8%。

资讯科技与电子商务业务盈利受累于软件销售走低，而洋灰生产与贸易业务受到竞争定价和销量下降的影响。

产业投资和发展业务的税前盈利下滑6%，原因是较低的未实现外汇收益，因新元兑令吉贬值。

同时，公用事业部门受到与国家能源（Tenaga Nasional Bhd）的购电协议于2015年9月30日完成、多能业务的燃料价格走低，以及令吉兑英镑走强。

展望未来，该集团指出，建筑业务料交出满意表现，由旗下产业发展和基础设施工程所支撑。

本地建筑领域的增长预计有利于洋灰生产与贸易业务。

至于公用事业部门，该集团说，由分别持股80%和45%的PT Tanjung Jati Power Company及Attarat Power Co发展的发电厂，目前正处于开发阶段，并朝向融资。

同时，杨忠礼机构强调，能源委员会（EC）已授予杨忠礼发电私人有限公司，自2016年3月1日至2018年12月31日，从位于登嘉楼Paka现有的发电厂，供应585兆瓦的电力。

然而，其尚未与国能签署购电协议，因后者在新购电协议中订立一个新的土地租赁条件。

“能源委员会随后根据1990年电力供应法令，向国能发出指令，取消这个条件，因Paka现有的土地租赁将在2018年12月30日才到期。”

“国能在今年7月4日，向高庭申请司法审核，其中包括撤销该指令。该诉讼目前在等待高庭审理。”

至于新加坡营运，该集团说，该国的电力市场在全球市场动荡中保持竞争力，但表示将继续专注于客户服务和多元化核心业务。

杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板建筑股）截至9月30日首季，净利按年下滑25.81%，报1亿5033万令吉或每股净利1.44仙。

同时，营业额也按年减21.5%至34亿9215万令吉。

该公司向马交所报备，除了建筑和酒店业务表现不俗，资讯科技与电子商务、洋灰生产与贸易、产业投资及发展、管理服务及其他，和公共设施业务，都表现不佳。

行家建议

杨忠礼机构首季1亿5000万令吉的净利，低于我们和市场预期，分别仅占全年预测的15%和14%。

预计会在未来增加派息，我们认为，2017财年整体派息达每股12仙是可以实现的。

基于购电协议（PPA）在2016财年到期，电力业务的贡献下降，符合预期。

不过，由于价格竞争以及较低的销售量，洋灰业务贡献下跌，并比我们的预期还要差。

据我们了解，洋灰现有产能过剩的问题，预计会持续到明年上半年，我们不认为最遭的情况已过去，任何大型基建项目的延误，都将影响该集团的净利。

因此，我们维持“守住”评级，目标价在1.70令吉不变。

半年赚2.98亿

（吉隆坡23日讯）杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板建筑股）截至12月31日次季，净利跌37.1%，写1亿4769万2000令吉；营业额挫8%，报36亿2207万5000令吉。

累计上半年，净利滑落31.9%，录得2亿9802万2000令吉；营业额萎缩15.2%，报71亿1422万5000令吉。

建筑业务改善

杨忠礼机构今日向马交所报备，当季建筑业务营业额和税前盈利均有改善，归功于收入走高，和大马业务赚幅提升。

不过，上半年营业额因较少建筑合约入账而滑落。尽管如此，较好的赚幅仍支撑盈利表现。

资讯科技与电子相关业务的表现也攀扬，但洋灰制造与贸易业务的营业额和盈利，却因价格竞争和销量疲弱而走跌。

杨忠礼Majestic酒店私人公司和新雪谷町村K.K.公司的表现较好，带动了酒店业务营业额和盈利。

至于贡献集团66.2%营业额和60.8%盈利的能源业务，表现因购电协议已截止等原因而下跌。

（吉隆坡10日讯）杨忠礼机构（YTL Corp Bhd）子公司YTL Land私人有限公司将YTL Majestic Hotel私人有限公司的持股权，悉数脱售予YTL Hotels & Properties私人有限公司（YTLHP），作为集团架构内部重组的一部分。

杨忠礼机构今日向大马交易所报备，YTL Land以100万令吉，将YTL Majestic的全数股权，或相等于100万股，脱售予YTLHP。

YTL Majestic的业务范围为酒店业务，在1990年于大马成立。

“作为重组集团架构的一部分，YTL Majestic已成为YTLHP的直接子公司，也是杨忠礼机构的间接子公司。”

该集团表示，这项重组计划料不会对其现财年的财务表现构成实质影响。

杨忠礼机构今日向交易所报备，营业额从36亿1774万5000令吉，按年涨2.73%至37亿1637万2000令吉。

杨忠礼机构指出，归功于较高建筑合约，当季建筑业务营业额走高。不过，税前盈利却略跌，归咎于营运开销较高。

资讯科技与电子相关业务，以及洋灰制造与贸易业务表现不佳，营业额和盈利双跌。

截至6月的2017财年，是杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板贸服股）备具挑战的一年，洋灰业务面临产能过剩，而产业领域也遭遇需求疲弱的困境。

行家建议：

虽然2018财年将见基建和产业需求提升，但我们相信仍不足以吸收产能过剩的问题，加上我们的实际净资产预估，有超过30%是来自洋灰业务，因此将限制盈利复苏的空间。

除了的Tanjung Jati的发电厂工程，我们预期该公司能凭借着机场快铁（ERL）的记录，从铁路相关基建工程中受惠。

我们预期下半年开始将会有总值1200亿令吉的相关工程释出，惟对短期盈利提振不大。

由于盈利跌幅过于显著，即便将股息派发提高至85%，仍无法延续杨忠礼机构9.5仙的历史股息，我们将2017至18财年的股息预估，下调至7仙。

（吉隆坡29日讯）杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板贸服股）截至6月杪末季，净利按年下跌14.74%至2亿1231万3000令吉；仍宣布派发5仙股息。

杨忠礼机构向马交所报备，营业额按年上扬15.54%至38亿9714万1000令吉。

合计全年净利，按年减少13.11%至7亿9628万7000令吉；营业额微跌4.23%，录得147亿2773万8000令吉。

文告指出，公用事业业务分别占集团营业额和税前盈利的64.9%和52.8%，该业务全年营业额和净利下跌，归咎于水务和排水系统业务在令吉兑英镑走强后收到影响。

杨忠礼电力净利减半

另一方面，杨忠礼电力（YTLPOWR，6742，主板基建股）末季净利年挫49.62%至1亿9947万8000令吉；营业额年涨19.39%至25亿8642万令吉。

全年净利按年下滑36.58%至6亿7340万7000令吉；营业额微跌4.56%，录得97亿7823万9000令吉。

杨忠礼电力指出，Paka厂房在今年9月开始营运，使折旧和维修等相关费用走高。

杨忠礼置地亏3312万

杨忠礼置地（YTLLAND，2577，主板产业股）现财年末季净亏3311万7000令吉，相较去年净赚724万7000令吉。

相比去年，集团营业额上涨19.93%，报8363万1000令吉。

全年净利达541万4000令吉，按年挫68.6%，营业额则从2亿364万令吉增加至3亿6791万6000令吉，按年增32%。

此外，杨忠礼机构和杨忠礼电力均宣布派息每股5仙，除权日及享有权益日，分别落在10月24日及11月10日。【e南洋】

业绩受洋灰拖累．杨忠礼机构寄望隆新高铁

（吉隆坡30日讯）杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板贸服组）末季和全年业绩虽然受洋灰业拖累，但表现还是略高于预期，而今年下半年铁路合约高达1200亿令吉，杨忠礼机构凭藉国际机场直透快铁（ERL）营运有道，有望将部份铁路合约纳为囊中物，其中隆新高铁进展最令人注目。

联昌研究表示，杨忠礼机构有望成为总值500亿至600亿令吉的隆新高铁其中一位主要竞争者，尽管目前无法得知将竞标哪一部份合约，但相信ERL营运记录有加分作用，并预期2018财政年，铁路合约将成为该公司基建盈利成长的动力。

隆新高铁的竞标预料在今年下半年或明年有眉目；杨忠礼机构可能竞标的是土木基建或联合资产。

铁路合约是利多

艾芬黄氏研究看好铁路合约总值高达1200亿令吉，将在今年下半年颁发，并维持成长动力，但该业务仅占整体的税前盈利5%至8%，难抵销洋灰的下挫。

洋灰业务税前盈利下跌60%，出乎市场预料，因原本预测洋灰供应过剩不会恶化。

艾芬黄氏说，过往洋灰占杨忠礼机构20至25%的税前盈利，惟洋灰供应过剩，以致该业务税前盈利贡献幅度下挫至13%。

联昌看好2107年下半年众多的基建合约，将提振洋灰的需求，并预期杨忠礼机构达到100%派息率，每股股息介于8至11仙，周息率相等于6至8%。

艾芬黄氏慎重起见，下调杨忠礼机构的每股盈利预测，但评级与目标价维持。

As a result of the Acquisition, CSL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Cement (Hong Kong) Limited and an indirect subsidiary of YTL Cement Berhad and of YTL Corp. CSL was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 27 September 2017 with an authorised share capital of US$50,000 comprising 50,000 shares of US$1.00 each. CSL will be principally engaged in investment holding. The Acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, gearing and net assets of YTL Corp Group for the current financial year. None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the Acquisition.
