从这里回来了那么久现在才把我的日志传上来...

知道学校有免费的Trip，

二话不说就和朋友赶快地报名去！

今天是到英国北约克郡的一个非常漂亮的海滨小镇－惠特。

这是一个充满吸血鬼传说的浪漫小镇，

激发了著名小说家Bram Stocker撰写Dracula吸血鬼德古拉故事～

Thank god I get the free ticket trip the Whitby town~

This is a small town full of romantic vampire legend, and it is an old fishing port situated on the Yorkshire Coast at the mouth of the River Esk which runs through the middle of the town.

今天的天气晴朗，阳光普照～ 微风吹过，国旗飘扬～ I like the weather today, it is very warm~

这个就是码头了吧～ 微风吹过飘来海的味道， 这里的风景我真的爱的不得了， 真的好像来到在童话故事里。 Incredible scenery here, feel like walk into the fairy tale~

填饱肚子再说！

太阳真的好大丫， 眼睛都睁不开了 == The sun make us blink, muhahaha ><~

这里的建筑物，街道都别有风格！ Architecture and culture

据说你必须登上199个阶梯， 你就会看到 Marys Church and Whitby Abbey 这两座很壮观的古迹！ Climb the famous 199 steps reach the top of the East Cliff to visit St Mary's Church and Whitby Abbey.

Once at the top you will have a fantastic view of the whole Whitby. What you waiting for?

If you've read Dracula by Bram Stoker, you'll be interested to know that he found his inspiration for the story after staying in Whitby in 1890.

One of the character in the book, Mina, keeps a journal in which she describes the Abbey and many fans of the book think Dracula is buried in the churchyard!

其实旁边的墓碑弄到我好紧张， 感觉吸血鬼随时爬出来 ><~

接下来我们花了大约六磅（学生价）来到这个地方。

真是朝气蓬勃呀！

我是古典美女， 哇哈哈哈哈= =

挥一挥你的色彩， 别让情存留白～

这些照片真的是我亲手拍的哦！ 别怀疑你们的眼睛， 这一切都是真的！

这里的冰淇凌车好可爱呀～

来到这里一定要品尝这里最出名的 Whitby fish & chips! 这家店已有两百年的历史了！ 因为排很长的队， 我们懒惰等就去买别家的了， 虽然不是做出名的但是也很好吃， 到现在我还在怀念它的味道呢！

Whitby is a fishing port and the fish caught here are famous worldwide. Traditional seaside option, take-away fish and chips eaten outside!

这里的商店真的格外有情调！ 据说欧洲的乞丐随便一位都能弹奏一首， 真的是浪得虚名呀！

这里的海边没什么， 还是马来西亚沙滩海边比较美！ 只能说天气那么冷你们还可以悠哉的戏水， 我真的是甘拜下风了！

There are two beaches in Whitby, one facing the sea next to the main pier, the other in the harbour which is reached through the old town~

我很喜欢这里的生活方式， 人们都好像过的无忧无虑！ 其实作为设计师， 思考更多的恰恰应该是如何去梳理一个区域的文化机理， 并为之做出提升， 沉淀了几千年的东西， 当然有其不可替代的合理性， 自然的，人文的， 如果被一些空降的空泛概念毁灭，那就太可悲了。

magpie 和 quayside的fish and chip都很好吃啊。哈哈
