業務前景:鵬發在今年2月24日宣佈截至2014年12月31日為止次季業績,按季取得淨利1千517萬1千令吉(每股淨利為9.40仙)、前期淨利為1千372萬7千令吉(每股淨利為8.60仙)。營業額則增加至7千411萬令吉,前期為4千789萬2千令吉。

談到公司現財政年未來2季的業務前景時,該公司指出,隨著原油價格急挫50%,大馬經濟強勁成長的展望料將隨著消逝。

該公司認為,加上政府將在今年4月1日開始實施消費稅,使該公司董事部認為2015年財政年未來2季的營運環境,將是艱辛及充滿挑戰。

大型工程照跑帶動建築業

惟政府最近檢討2015年財政預算案時重申,國內的一些大型工程計劃將依照原定計劃推行,如巴生河流域捷運地下鐵第2線路計劃、輕快鐵第3線路計劃、國油在新山的石油提煉及石化綜合發展中心(RAPID),以及高速火車計劃等,預料將推動經濟活動,包括帶動大型計劃周邊的土地發展計劃,特別是可負擔房屋計劃等。

整體來說,該公司正面看待2015年未來2個季的財務表現,特別是該公司所擁有的工程訂單合約,該公司也將努力為2016年攫取更多的工程訂單合約。

目標價:興業研究在2015年1月21日的報告中給予鵬發的目標價為4令吉92仙(當時的收市價為4令吉5仙),尚有87仙或21.48%的升幅,該行給予“買進”評級。

財務狀況:截至2014年12月31日為止,該公司的總資產為4億1千875萬7千令吉,包括現金及銀行余款為358萬8千令吉,短期存款為1億5千710萬令吉,產業/工廠/器材等值為1億1千792萬令吉、應收款項為1億零164萬3千令吉。該公司的保留盈利為1億5千290萬7千令吉。

鹏发第3季净利增半

(吉隆坡16日讯)虽然业务表现平平,但受惠于雇员认股计划(ESOS)下的雇员福利成本,鹏发(PTARAS,9598,主板建筑股)截至3月31日第三季净利,按年增长48.82%,且宣布派发每股7仙的中期单层股息。

公司第三季净赚1378万4000令吉或每股盈利8.6仙,高于上财年同期的926万2000令吉或5.8仙。

此外,建筑和制造业务的销售增加,带动营业额按年增17.28%,达5733万9000令吉。

至于首九个月净利,则按年提高20.68%,达4046万8000令吉或25.10仙,上财年同期为3353万3000令吉或20.90仙;营业额则增长39.58%,报1亿9564万令吉。【南洋网财经】

鹏发保留现金 等待並购机会

(吉隆坡13日讯)儘管小股东频频要求现金充裕的鹏发(PTARAS,9598,主板建筑股),派发更多股息或作股票回购,但该公司主席兼董事经理丘汉强博士回应指,其现金是用来等待机会浮现时,作併购用途,以及巩固资產负债表,增加竞標合约的筹码,不能隨意动用。

一名小股东告诉《东方財经》,在鹏发于週二举行的股东常年大会中,许多股东都关注该公司相当充裕的现金用途。

截至2015財政年(6月30日结账),未有任何负债的该公司,持有总值2亿零171万令吉的现金与具高流动性金融资產,相等于每股1.24令吉,佔其股价约1/3比重。

有股东认为,鹏发管理层应该善用这笔庞大资金,既然无需拨出大笔的资本开销,就应通过提高长年股息数额、派发特別股息或回购股票来回馈股东。

不过,丘汉强回应股东称,管理层一直以来都有意扩大收入来源,例如併购海外同业或多元化至工程相关的製造业务,因此时时確保拥有充裕的现金储备。

此外,强劲的资產负债表也可提高客户对鹏发的信心,有利于竞標合约。

无论如何,丘汉强强调,管理层將继续谨慎看待任何併购或多元化的机会,必须確保收购价格合理,以及相关业务有利可图。

明年充满挑战

会后,丘汉强对媒体坦言,2016財政年对鹏发来说,將是充满挑战的一年。

该公司目前手握的订单剩下约7000万令吉,只足够支撑未来4至5个月的活动,而目前竞標著高达8亿令吉的合约,主要为產业发展项目的打桩工程。无论如何,丘汉强不愿披露,有信心贏得多少合约。

在2015財政年,鹏发的营业额成长20.4%,至2亿4300万令吉;净利却萎缩4.3%,至5192万令吉,净利赚幅从2014財政年的26.9%,收窄至21.4%。

丘汉强预见,隨著產业领域放缓,打桩业竞爭加剧,现財政年的赚幅料將进一步收窄。

「商品与服务税(GST,简称消费税)开徵、產业领域因银行收紧贷款而放缓、原油价格一蹶不振、全球经济表现不济等因素,都是我们面对的挑战。我们將通过检討成本架构,设法降低成本,来度过难关。」

不过,丘汉强乐观看待2017財政年的展望,因为届时捷运第二线路(MRT2)、轻快铁第三线路(LRT3)等大型重点工程料已启动,將可刺激整体经济活动,包括產业领域和打桩业。

他冀望,政府在23日向国会提呈的2016年財政预算案,拥有关于上述工程的详情,为目前低迷的经济注入一些活力。【东方网财经】

鹏发获2150万工程

该公司向马交所报备,今日获得City View Ventures私人有限公司颁发得标书。

Pintaras Geotechnics将为City View Ventures,位于吉隆坡嘉炳路的服务式公寓建筑计划进行打桩工程。

根据文告,打桩工程从16日起的10个月内完工。

该公司发文告指出,上述合约通知书为承接巴生城镇发展计划(Bandar Bestari)综合发展项目的建筑和打桩工程。

这项合约预计在2月1日起展开,为期10个月,合约总值2750万令吉。

The Board of Pintaras Jaya Berhad ("PJB") is pleased to announce that on 28th January 2016, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Pintaras Geotechnics Sdn. Bhd. has been awarded by City Centrepoint Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of I-Berhad, the contract for earthworks, piling and sub-structure works for Central Tower Project in i-City which comprise of DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam, residential service suites, signature offices which are all located at Section 7, Shah Alam, Selangor.

The contract is valued at RM67.6 million with a completion period of 14 months.

Together with the earlier comtract awarded for the CentralPlaza Mall at i-City, the contracts awarded to Pintaras Geotechnics Sdn. Bhd. by the I-Berhad Group come to a total of RM140.4 million. I-Berhad Group is the master developer of i-City, a 72-acre freehold integrated mixed development Ultrapolis with a Gross Development Value of RM9 billion along the Federal Highway with a direct flyover access.

The said contract is expected to contribute positively to PJB Group's future earnings.

訂單調高至3.5億‧鵬發兩年盈利有望勁彈

(吉隆坡9日訊)鵬發(PTARAS,9598,主板建筑組)調高訂單補充量至3億5千萬令吉,料有望支撐中短期盈利強勁復甦。

肯納格研究指出,由於訂單萎縮,鵬發2015年業務增長異常緩慢,導致2016年上半年盈利表現欠佳,營業額及淨利各挫52%及65%,訂單在過去6個月跌至7千萬令吉低點,令管理層預測,2016財政年表現料持續走疲。

不過,隨著建築領域展望改善及許多基建工程待頒發,該公司管理層希望在短期內取得更高訂單補充量,即2億5千萬至3億5千萬令吉,促使2017至2018財政年盈利強勁復甦,成長8%至77%。

自去年12月起,該公司已獲取4項總值1億8千940萬令吉建築工程,訂單企於2億5千萬令吉,可提供一年盈利能見度,但目前仍對新工程需求若渴,計劃2017財政年撥出3千萬令吉資本開銷應付2016下半年出爐的基建工程。

“2017財政年增加新產能料推高2018年獲取新工程的能力至3億5千萬令吉,目前該公司訂單僅受限於2億5千萬令吉。”

有鑑於此,該行預測,2017至2018財政年訂單補充量為2億5千萬至3億5千萬令吉,並相信可達標,因其競爭者一年已可取得4億2千萬令吉合約,而且接下來還有許多大型基建及建築待頒發,市場打樁承包商短缺料進一步讓該公司受益。

因過去競標手法保守,該行預測,2016財政年盈利料下滑40%,不過2017至2018財政年盈利料有望強勁成長8%至77%。

將維持或上調派息率

截至2016年第二季,該公司持有1億8千420萬令吉現金,淨現金總資產比46%,管理層表示將維持現有派息率在56%或更高,以目前水平計,2017至2018財政年週息率料在3至5.3%,對比同儕的平均2至2.1%。

鹏发净利挫75% 派息8仙

(吉隆坡18日讯)鹏发(PTARAS,9598,主板建筑股)截至3月杪第三季,净利按年挫75.38%,但仍宣布派息8仙。

根据文告,公司当季净赚339万3000令吉,或每股净利2.1仙,远逊去年同季的1378万4000令吉。

第三季营业额也按年跌49.48%,从5733万9000令吉,锐减至2896万9000令吉。

第三季业绩黯淡,主要归咎于建筑与制造业务的贡献减少,抵消了投资收入增加的利好因素。

此外,公司宣布每股派息8仙,除权日及享有权益日,分别落在下月10日与14日。

合计首9个月,净利按年萎缩68.75%,从4046万8000令吉,走低至1264万6000令吉或每股净利7.8仙。

同期营业额9594万8000令吉,按年挫50.96%,低于去年同期的1亿9564万3000令吉。【南洋网财经】

鹏发获2450万合约

2016年10月6日
(吉隆坡5日讯)鹏发(PTARAS,9598,主板建筑股)获Metbuild私人有限公司,颁发一项总值2450万令吉的合约。

根据文告,这项合约是由鹏发独资子公司Pintaras Geotechnics私人有限公司获得,主要负责大城堡新镇(Bandar Baru Sri Petaling)综合发展项目的土石方工程、辅助工作、钻孔打桩工程,及盖梁工作,为期10个月。

鹏发表示,工程马上展开,预计合约可对未来净利带来贡献。【e南洋】

AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR DESIGN, SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF EARTH WORKS, ANCILLARY WORKS, BORED PILING WORKS, CONTIGUOUS BORED PILE AND CAPPING BEAM WORKS
The Board of Pintaras Jaya Berhad ("PJB") is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Pintaras Geotechnics Sdn. Bhd. has, on 5th October 2016, received a Letter of Award from Metbuild Sdn. Bhd. for the design, supply and construction of earth works, ancillary works, bored piling works, contiguous bored pile and capping beam works for a proposed mixed development project at Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, Mukim Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan. The said works are to commence immediately with a completion period of 10 months. The contract is valued at RM 24.5 million.

The said contract is expected to contribute positively to PJB Group's future earnings.

None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or Substantial Shareholders has any interest, directly or indirectly in the said contract.
