The Board of Directors is currently seeking legal advice on this matter in view that no legal papers and/or notices and/or documents were served on the Company.
Notwithstanding the above, the Board of Directors is aware that this matter is to be investigated by PDRM and the Board of Directors shall provide full cooperation with PDRM in the course of their investigation.
In the interim, we maintain our position as per our announcement dated 10 June 2022 refuting the misleading and incorrect statements over alleged assets fraud made by YB Chong Zhemin.

Reference is made to the announcement dated 27 September 2023 in relation to the Proposed Disposal ("Announcement"), we wish to rectify Section 3 of the Announcement and it should be read as follows:
As Perak Corp is classified as an affected listed issuer under PN 17, given the Land is a non-core asset of CMSB, the Proposed Disposal provides an opportunity for CMSB to realise the value of the Land, in order to repay its creditors and improve the liquidity of the Group as well as strengthening the financial position of the Group. In addition, the Proposed Disposal forms part of the Group’s business regularisation plans, which is still in the midst of being finalised as at the date of this announcement. The Company plans to make the requisite announcement for its proposed regularisation plan by fourth quarter of 2023.
For avoidance of doubt, in view that the Proposed Disposal is a component of the Company’s regularisation plan, shareholders’ approval will be sought in respect of the regularisation plan.
