请问warrant大约多少钱？若持有10,000股就是有5,000warrant，看circular，若以1.10的exercise price算，warrant大约0.23，所以5,000warrant就可以卖1,150，对吗？大家请帮帮忙解答。。。warrant有时几是可以卖，是要等announcement吗（after 股东大会）？

若1,150是min bonus，那么这股应该还会冲上1.30以上。。。

大家有什么看法？

股息是十月二十九号除权，十一月二十一号付息。。
免费凭单是九月十号，至于何时上市就有待bursa的通告。。

这可不一定，还得看市场的趋势而定，不能预测的。。到时候才晓得。。凭单上市当然可以交易了。。

股息如何计算？0.018 x 20000 ？还须扣除什麽？
你所指的20件是20 000units/shares / 200lots？
如是，那算法对了，该股息是Tax Exempt 也就是免税，不会扣除任何费用。。

公司不错的。。但你买进的价位可能有些高。。。 但可能分发凭单了可能帮助到你回本。。。要等。。

中國文具為何股價波動大

可麗問：
中國文具（CSL，5214，主板消費品組）值得長期持有嗎？為何股價波動那麼大？甚麼原因導致股價滑落呢？

答：
中國文具在今年2月上市後即受大力追捧，一度逼近2令吉關口，不過最終惹來大馬交易所發出股價不尋常交易質詢，惟管理層表示不知情，並表明無意在香港進行雙邊上市，也不會派發中期股息。

業務營運方面來看，中國文具今年首季錄得6千188萬8千令吉淨利，按年增長18.50%，而去年全年則上升15.86%至2億1千906萬3千令吉，在文具市場中佔有一席之地。

不過，由於市場競爭不小，如何維持良好的賺幅水平是業務成長的主要關鍵，從最新的業績來看，賺幅仍成功維持在44%，表現不俗。

股價大幅波動，一般上與機構投資者甚至大股東的買賣活動有關，很難看透，也不容易掌握，唯有基本面才是最重要的因素。若中國文具能維持良好的表現，相信股價能持穩。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）

楼主，csl-ca & csl-cb 是什麽？ 期限是多久？可换回母股吗？ 或会变成废纸？ 为什麽有些明知会变成废纸还是有人买呢？好奇怪。
