（吉隆坡24日讯）陈顺风（TSH，9059，主板种植股）截至3月31日首季，净利挫38%至3395万令吉；营业额扬42.6%，报2亿8850万1000令吉。

虽然净利走跌，但陈顺风的核心净利则是激增63%至4110万令吉，归功于平均原棕油价格和鲜果串产量齐齐走高。

不仅如此，联号公司的净利贡献增加也捎来助力。

然而，基于汇兑收益从去年同期的3920万令吉，减少至780万令吉，故拖累税前盈利滑落至4890万令吉。

董事部乐观看待棕油领域的长期前景，因随着人均收入扬升、棕油素质提升和人口增长，这均刺激需求走高。

续降生产成本

棕油产品占陈顺风营业额和净利超过85%的比重，且将持续是集团净利的主要贡献者。

另外，管理层也将继续专注于产能和效率，以降低今年的生产成本。

（吉隆坡7日讯）陈顺风（TSH，9059，主板种植股）计划配售2500万新股予第三方投资者，以筹集4325万令吉。

陈顺风向交易所报备，计划配售2500万股新股，相等于公司缴足股本的约1.84%。

假设每股配售价为1.73令吉，预计可筹4325万令吉，其中的4320万令吉将用作营运资本，剩余5万令吉为配售活动开销。

根据文告，新股的发售价将在日后决定，惟不会比定价日前5天成交量加权平均市价折价超过10%。

该公司指，配售新股主要是为了能快速筹得资金，并且无需承担利息。另外，资本基础及股东基金扩大，预计也将巩固公司财务。

如无意外，上述活动可在今年末季完成。【e南洋】

该公司指出，假设每股配售价为1.73令吉，预计可筹集4330万令吉，将作营运资本。

该项配售将降低公司净负债和净负债率，分别从14亿令吉和0.93倍，降至13.6亿令吉和0.86倍。

行家建议

我们预计，该项配售活动将只稀释每股净利0.2%，影响极微。因此等待私下配售完成之际，维持该公司前景预测，及“守住”评级。

该公司拥有较年轻树龄的油棕树，平均7.5年，意味着将有可观的鲜果串产量增长。但目前股价过高，加上近期原棕油价格走势低迷，将限制近期的上扬动力。

另外，其他条件都若不变，原棕油价格预测每100令吉的波动，我们将会对盈利预测作出约6%的调整。

(“TSH Agri”) with an initial paid-up capital of SGD100.00. The intended activities of TSH Agri Pte. Ltd. are investment holding, oil palm cultivation and forest plantation. 埃尔尼诺影响减退
陈顺风看好棕油产量续扬

（吉隆坡3日讯）陈顺风（TSH，9059，主板种植股）集团董事经理陈逸森指出，由于埃尔尼诺的影响持续减退，棕油收成将延长反弹趋势。

他接受彭博社专访时指出，今年上半年，鲜果串产量年增超过20%达约60万公吨，创5年来最大增幅。估计下半年产量将加速增长，因为埃尔尼诺对收成的冲击减退。

“今年下半年的产量将高于上半年。有时候当受到埃尔尼诺的冲击，影响可长达18至20个月。”

由于市场预计大马及印尼的原棕油产量反弹，拖累今年棕油期货大跌15%。

印尼20年来首次萎缩

今天闭市时，大马10月棕油期货收在2602令吉，跌40令吉。

随着埃尔尼诺冲击种植地区及鲜果串的成长，拖累去年大马棕油产量下跌到2010年以来最低水平，而印尼产量则在20年以来首次萎缩。

不过，陈逸森说，虽然大马原棕油产量将从去年的跌势反弹，但预计无法达到2015年的1996万吨，或无法达到大马棕油局的预测。

棕油局在1月预计，今年产量将会增加12%至1940万吨。

“市场预计库存将在今年底达到200万吨。我相信，不会达到该水平，希望可扶持价格。”

今年6月，棕油库存下跌1.9%至150万吨，写下自2月以来最低水平。

净利5年内看涨

陈逸森指出，在陈顺风的已种植地中，有约60%是幼树或还未成熟的油棕树，意味着这些油棕树一旦开始生产更多鲜果串，该公司的净利会在5年内增加。

他补充，这也将减少公司的负债率及提高现金流。

“我们开始看到油棕树结果，但每公顷种植面积的产量仍很少。不过，在3至4年间，将开始看到我们如何进一步增长。”

此外，该公司也探讨增购更多地皮，扩大种植地。

陈顺风截至3月31日首季，净利按年挫38%至3395万令吉，归咎于汇兑亏损，但核心盈利却在鲜果串产量改善下增加63%。

他说：“公司基本面及方向维持不变。今年产量将高于去年。”【e南洋】

（吉隆坡24日讯）陈顺风（TSH，9059，主板种植股）截至6月30日次季，净利按年翻倍增长，由上财年同期的1383万8000令吉，飙涨至2769万9000令吉。

该公司向马交所报备，次季营业额取得2亿5823万1000令吉，按年增21.5%。

公司在文告里指出，业绩表现出色，可归功于鲜果串产量提高、单位生产成本降低以及原棕油价的改善。

累计首半年，净利按年下跌10%至6164万7000令；营业额按年则增31.8%至5亿4673万1000令吉。

展望未来，公司预计2017下半年的产量将提高。其中，鲜果串的总产量将继续保持增长。而单位生产成本可能受益于产量提高或会有下降。

公司乐观看待棕油行业的长期前景。新兴市场的需求成长，以及大马和印尼的生物柴油发展, 都是该行业前景看俏的正面因素。【e南洋】
