（吉隆坡11日讯）必达量（PRESBHD，5204，主板贸服股）宣布，独资子公司必达量系统私人有限公司，获得一项价值2430万令吉的合约，为大马教育部旗下的学校和学院提供微软（Microsoft）软件执照和相关服务。

必达量发文告指，必达量系统在教育联盟协议下，被委任为执照解决方案伙伴，提供最新的微软科技和21世纪的学习工具给大马学校。

文告指，该项合约为期3年，从3月10日开始生效，至2018年3月9日。

This contract further enables Prestariang to deliver and manage Microsoft software licenses and services across schools and colleges under the MOE, through a holistic approach which indirectly delivering higher value proposition to the ministry. The contract is a joint commitment between the MOE, Prestariang and Microsoft in delivering tools and educational solutions, to help schools gain better access to technology. Aligned with the government’s aspiration, PSSB is the appointed Licensing Solution Partner (“LSP”) to provideMicrosoft software licenses under EAA contract designed to cater to the needs of schools and colleges under MOE. 3.0 RISKS FACTORS The Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the LOA. The Company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when it occurs. 4.0 FINANCIALEFFECTS The supply of Microsoft software and services is aligned with Prestariang’s core business activities in providing software licence distribution and management services.    The LOA is expected to contribute positively towards the growth of the Company. 獲利或年增百萬 柏斯達亮評級獲上修

（吉隆坡12日訊）柏斯達亮（PRESBHD，5204，主要板貿服）延長與微軟的代理協議后再度獲重要合約，券商看好未來合約潛能，上修獲利預估、投資評級及目標價格。

大眾投資研究分析師在報告中指出，由教育部頒發為期3年的合約，是柏斯達亮延長微軟執照協議后獲得的第2項重要合約，使該公司成為大馬政府唯一的微軟執照方案夥伴。

他指出，獲得該項總值2430萬令吉的合約后，柏斯達亮將可藉此機會，重整旗下各政府單位、學校及公共學院現有的微軟分銷網絡。

“若新的微軟合約賺幅與之前相當，達10%至15%，該公司每年獲利有望增額外100萬令吉，加上其他因素，2015財年至2017財年獲利預估上調約15%至35%。”

綜上所述，大眾投資研究上修柏斯達亮投資評級至“跑贏大市”，目標價則從1.98令吉提高至2.76令吉。

受消息帶動，柏斯達亮開市微揚2仙至2.36令吉，過后升幅擴大，休市時揚4仙至2.38令吉，半日交投155萬4400股；午盤該股維持升勢，閉市時揚4仙至2.38令吉，成交量224萬5600股。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡27日讯）必达量（PRESBHD，5204，主板贸服股）宣布，从大马内陆税收局（LHDNM）获颁一项合约，总值2998万9487令吉。

根据文告，必达量子公司Prestariang系统，今天获颁合约，在主要执照协议2.0下，提供微软软件执照和增值服务。

今年1月，必达量宣布，获大马财政部委任为微软执照解决方案伙伴，提供微软软件给全马政府机构。

根据文告，该合约为期3年，从2月1日起生效，直至2018年1月31日。

根据文告，必达量将监督项目管理和提供终端使用者的培训课程，并借助Unisys的科技服务和专业关键系统（mission-critical）支援的经验，迎合本地市场的需求。

必达量总执行长阿布哈山表示：“公司与Unisys缔结合作伙伴关系，可帮助我们提高领域地位，也象征公司迈入了新的里程碑。”

对此，兴业研究看好双方的合作，将在未来6至12个月内，为必达量捎来新订单，并带动盈利增长。

分析员指出，必达量与Unisys可相互借助对方的优势，提高本身竞标新合约的能力。

因此，这项合作可提振公司未来的盈利表现。

削减成本 必达量有信心今年会更好

（吉隆坡18日讯）基于获颁新合约，必达量（PRESBHD，5204，主板贸服股）认为本财年业绩表现更佳。

必达量总执行长阿布哈山出席股东大会后表示，去年表现下滑，归咎于签约时机延迟。

“如今，我们已经取得并进行这些合约。”

他继续表示，去年营业额和盈利走跌，公司采取削减成本的措施，同时投资在长期增长。

“现在，公司营运已更有效率。”

阿布哈山预测，持续亏损的马来西亚电脑科学与工程大学（UniMY），今年有望转亏为盈。

“我们正等待政府批准人民信托理事会（Majlis Amanah Rakyat），收购UniMY的30%股权。”

人民信托理事会预计，每年可推荐500名学生就读UniMY。

必达量将在第三季，推出柔佛边佳兰（Pengerang）的训练中心，可培训石油与天然气领域的技术员工。

根据文告，必达量子公司必达量系统私人有限公司，早前与政府达成协议，代表高等教育部供应微软（Microsoft）的相关软件与服务，给所有公共高等学府。

必达量在周四（25日）获教育部颁发得标书，将合约期限延长2年，从今年7月3日起生效。

獲延長合約無助提振 柏斯達亮跌11仙

柏斯達亮以2.64令吉開跑，休市報2.53令吉，挫12仙；該股在午盤擴大跌幅至15仙，達2.50令吉，閉市報2.54令吉，跌11仙，成交量112萬8300股。

聯昌證券研究認為，該公司獲得以企業模式管理大學軟件（MUSE）計劃合約未對市場帶來驚喜，因早在1月已獲得3年期合約，為政府機構供應和分銷微軟軟件，每年價值超過1億6000萬令吉。

這項計劃是該公司為高教機構分銷微軟軟件和服務的晉階活動。報告在早前已將合約注入盈利預測內，同時在5月底業績匯報會中，柏斯達亮已表示3P計劃在5月重啟，至于身分證公民工程則在6月啟動。這兩項工程，每年各獲分配2000萬令吉資金預算。

業務強力復甦‧畢達良次季淨利有望800萬

（吉隆坡11訊）畢達良（PRESBHD，5204，主板貿服組）業務將會強力復甦，興業研究預測即使公佈的第二季核心淨利有望達800萬至1千200萬令吉，並且派息1至1.5仙。
畢達良將在8月19日公佈第二季業務。

興業認為，該公司在2015年業績有望創新高，主要來自微軟的合約貢獻，同時該公司之前期滿的合約也獲得更新。

畢達良核心盈利在第一季為400萬令吉，興業看好第二季度的盈利表現有望攀升至800至1千200萬令吉。

截至今年3月杪，該公司進行中合約達8千700萬令吉。

該公司3P計劃已經在今年5月重啟，接著6月則進行身份證公民工程。與此同時，該公司也在6月獲得教育部合約，提供一份總值2千萬企業模式管理大學軟體（MUSE），合約長達兩年。

亞電腦科技與工程大學料收支平衡

另一方面，其經營的馬來西亞電腦科技與工程大學（UNIMY）也露出曙光，預估將會於2015財政年達至收支平衡。

該公司在第四季營業期間也打算推行國際學生評量計劃（PISA）；不過最近的內閣重組，教育部長和高教部長被調換，此項計劃可能會有變數。

微软合约收益逊色 必达量目标价下修至2.30元

（吉隆坡24日讯）分析员担忧必达量（PRESBHD，5204，主板贸服股）在教育领域以及来自供应微软（Microsoft）业务的净利表现，因此，下调对这家资讯工艺公司的目标价。

大众投行研究分析员，在出席上周五的2015下半年展望汇报会后，做出下调决定。

分析员认为，由于教育业务亏损，加上来自微软相关的合约收益低于预期，因此，决定将目标价从2.76令吉，下调至2.30令吉，保持“超越大市”。

高层在汇报会中表示，随着市场需求量减少，总执照协议（master licence agreement）2.0在下半年的表现可能持平。

次季的总执照协议2.0，录得1500万令吉的订单，比首季的2300万令吉来得低，主要是因为令吉的贬值造成订单量减少。

必达量的总执照协议2.0，主要客户来自政府部门，包括为大马内陆税收局（LHDNM）提供微软软件执照和增值服务，总值2998万9487令吉，为期3年至2018年1月31日。



该公司也提到，玛拉机构（MARA）收购必达量有限公司30%股权的计划，所需的时间比预期长，因此，教育领域要在今年末季达到转亏为盈的目标，可能无法达成。

在过去的次季中，仅有100学生产参与该公司旗下的教育机构课程，若要达到收支平衡，则需400名学生的参与。

需筹资发展业务

必达量在今年末季前，计划会推出2个学士课程、5个基础课程，也增设硕士与博士课程各一，因此，分析员预测，教育业务要在下财年的第三季才达到收支平衡，比市场预期延迟。

分析员最后也提到，国际学生评估计划（PISA）和一体化安全系统（integrated security system）服务项目，将在年杪敲定。

目前，必达量在上述两项计划投入了1100万令吉，分析员不排除公司为后者项目作集资活动，因为需要大量的资金来发展。

必达量股价在7月27日击穿2.5令吉后，下跌至周一的1.67令吉，跌幅达到28%，创下今年1月26日以来的新低。【南洋网财经】

股价在过去3周大涨24%，增幅比富时隆综指和富时小型股指数来得大。

行家建议
必达量股价在两个月前，曾下探到主要支撑曲线，但如今已强势回弹。

按周技术指标已恢复正面走势，指数平滑移动平均线（MACD）也形成看涨“黄金交叉”，而相对强弱指标（RSI）也突破阻力曲线，是中期见涨的迹象，因此维持“增持”评级。

该公司正在落实将蒙亏的大马电脑科学与工程大学（UniMY）30%股权，脱售予人民信托理事会（Majlis Amanah Rakyat），但因内阁在7月底重组，教育部领导更迭，导致进度有些落后。

根据文告，今年3月时，该公司就有参与Value Management Lab（简称VMLab）的环节，而双方也同意了项目范围和计划，惟当时还未得到批准。
