We would like to inform that for U28 plan, if customer exceeded the high speed data quota, the speed will throttled down to 64kbps until the data reset. Please note thatthe Fair Usage Policy capping will be reset every first day of each month (for postpaid). Subscriber is able to notice when the speed volume is back to normal. However if you utilized the basic internet plan for Power Prepaid plan, you will unable to connect internet at all until you subscribe for valid internet plan (UMI and MB). For enquiries, dial "1318" if you are calling from your U Mobile phone OR dial "(+6) 018 388 1318" if you are calling from other fixed or mobile phone lines. Thank you.
