华运建议削减面值

（吉隆坡16日讯）“龙筹股”华运控股（MSPORTS，5150，主板消费产品股）建议削减股票面值，从原本的每股0.05美元（约19仙），削减至0.025美元（约9.4仙）。

根据文告，公司目前的注册资本为10亿股；缴足资本为5亿1750万股，相等于2587万5000美元。

在削资过程中，公司将把未发售的注册资本取消。

一旦完成削资，注册资本将提高至20亿股，每股面值0.025美元，相等于5000万美元。

缴足资本也会保持在5亿1750万股，相等于1293万7500美元。

而通过削资活动获得的账目价值，将转移到股票溢价户头。

华运控股是在百慕达注册成立，按照当地条例，股价不可以低于股票面值，否则就无法进行筹资或发股活动。

截至周一（15日），该公司的股价报12仙，相等于0.05美元面值的折价36.19%。

因此，公司决定通过削资活动，来达到百慕达的公司条例。

同时，华运控股也建议雇员认股计划（ESOS），发行占缴足资本高达15%的新股，惟发售价未定。【南洋网财经】

赚幅更大 华运加重服饰业

（吉隆坡23日讯）因赚幅更大，华运控股（MSPORTS，5150，主板消费产品股）2015财年内，焦点是拓展服饰业务。

根据《The Edge》财经日报，该公司新上任的财务总监黄国锋（译音）指出，2014财年内，该业务持续呈现增长，营业额从2013财年的4030万元人民币（约2442万令吉），显著增长到9980万元人民币（约6048万令吉）。

同时，他指出，服饰业务的净利贡献在2014财年达490万人民币（约296万令吉），比前年的净亏5520万人民币（约3345万令吉）改善许多。

该公司预计，服饰产品需求将持续增长。

无论如何，黄国锋说，为了扩大市场份额，公司必须大量投资在广告与宣传活动。

他日前在公司股东大会后对记者说：“我们还没有决定预算，将会展开内部会议商讨这部分。”

黄国锋补充，该公司也需要观察市场的需求。

华运控股的核心业务是销售运动鞋和休闲鞋子，同时也研发和生产鞋底。

尽管服饰业务渐增长，加上鞋底生产竞争激烈并将侵蚀赚幅，黄国锋说，该公司的核心业务，还是在生产鞋底。

截至3月底，华运控股首季营业额，从上财年同期的8629万令吉，下滑到8219万令吉。净利也从973万令吉，下滑到616万令吉。

不过，服饰业务贡献公司营业额14.68%，净利则达17.68%。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡2日訊）中國運動鞋材製造商華運（MSPORTS,5150,主板消費品組）今日交易量大增，躍升全場第二大熱門股，但股價小幅走低。

5千萬股易手第二大熱門股

華運收市時報11.5仙，下跌0.5仙，股價表現平平，但交易火熱，全日共有5千零783萬股票易手。該公司股價最高掛14仙，最低為11仙。

華運股票一直並沒有太熱，之前最高的交投量是在6月17日，有276萬股股票易手。

根據交易商透露，華運今日交投活絡，可能受自營交易活動所推動。

一名抽傭經紀說：“該股每一個位變化，意味著波動超過4%，這可能是自營交易商頻密交易所致。”

所謂自營交易，就是當一名交易商利用公司的自有資金，而不是儲戶的錢，交易股票或其他金融工具，為本身賺取利益。基本上，這意味著一家交易機構是為了直接獲利，而不是傭金進行交易。

另一名交易商則認為，華運交投突然大熱原因不明，但對大馬上市的中國公司來說這是“正常”現象。（星洲日報／財經）

KUALA LUMPUR (July 2): Trading volume at China-based sports shoe maker Multi Sports Holdings Ltd (Financial Dashboard)’s counter surged significantly today, making it the second most traded stock across Bursa Malaysia at the time of writing.

As at 3.24pm today, the counter saw some 46.04 million shares traded, and the share price had dipped by half sen or 4.17% to 11.5 sen per share.

The highest trading volume that the counter had seen in June was merely 2.76 million shares, which was on June 17.

When contacted, Interpacific Securities Sdn Bhd senior remisier Sam Ng reckoned that Multi Sports’ (fundamental: 1.45; valuation: 2.1) trading volume today might be driven by proprietary trading activities.

“Every bit of change on the stock means over 4% fluctuation. It might be some churning activities by proprietary traders,” he said.

Proprietary trading occurs when a trader trades stocks or other financial instruments with the firm’s own money, instead of depositors’ money, so as to make profit for itself. Essentially, it means a trading firm trades for direct gains instead of commission.

Another dealer, who declined to be named, said he is uncertain why Multi Sports is heavily traded, but noted that it seemed a "normal" phenomenon in relation to China-based, Malaysia-listed companies.

2年内超鞋底业贡献 华运服饰业将成主力

（吉隆坡1日讯）“龙筹股”华运控股（MSPORTS，5150，主板消费产品股）放眼，旗下服饰业务Evidoma品牌将在未来2年内，成为主要营收贡献业务。

执行董事兼总执行长林丽影接受《太阳报》专访时表示，球鞋鞋底业务依然是公司核心，贡献营收逾90%，但相信服饰业贡献能超越前者。

不过，短期内公司将专注于鞋底业务，以塑造良好品牌，且会非常谨慎拓展服饰业务。

暂不拓海外

该公司目前还没有计划，将服饰业拓展到中国以外的市场，因为对海外市场不熟悉，管理团队可能无法应对挑战。

以当前市况来说，在无适当规划就拓展产能，是相当不明智的策略，因此该公司倾向寻找更多顾客，并与高档品牌业者合作，虽然不会直接带来更高的赚幅，但稳定的订单可以确保长期获利能力。

虽然全球经济放缓，但林丽影仍对运动鞋和服饰的市场需求乐观，同时继续在中国探寻并购机会，提高市占率。

（吉隆坡23日訊）華運控股（MSPORTS，5150，主要板消費）獲Permanis私人有限公司總執行長歐文塞瓦拉查入股，並崛起成為公司的主要股東，股價應聲一度飆升10.5%或1仙至10.5仙，創下超過2個月以來的最高水平。

華運控股先跌后起，以9仙開盤，下滑0.5仙，但不久便回揚，盤中猛漲10.5%或1仙至10.5仙，為7月3日以來的最高水平。

該股以10仙掛休，增0.5仙；半日成交量2323萬4500股，為10大熱門股。該股午盤繼續往北攀，閉市報10仙，起0.5仙，成交量2430萬500股。

華運控股週二（22日）向馬證交所報備，歐文塞瓦拉查上週五（18日），在公開市場收購公司的326萬5600股，將持股率提高至2911萬5600股，或相等于5.626%股權，成為公司主要股東。

根據報備文件，歐文塞瓦拉查隨后在週一（21日）再增持華運控股的258萬4400股，將持股率進一步提高至3170萬股，或相等于6.1%股權。
