（吉隆坡9日訊）砂油棕（SOP，5126，主要板種植）截至3月底2014財年首季淨利按年增長60%，達3368萬令吉。

砂油棕向馬證交所報備，淨利取得成長主要因為更高的棕油售價和銷量。

根據報備文件，營業額按年上揚28%，至5億4663萬令吉；每股盈利起59%，為7.68仙。

展望該公司前景，棕油產品價格走勢將繼續帶動公司表現，這很大程度上取決于全球食用油市場、令吉走勢，及經濟狀況。【中国报财经】

砂油棕 為2子公司擔保7920萬貸款

（吉隆坡12日訊）砂油棕（SOP，5126，主要板種植）分別為2家子公司擔保總值高達7920萬令吉貸款。

砂油棕今日向馬證交所報備，旗下砂油棕綠色能源私人有限公司是獲得豐隆銀行提供總值4500萬令吉貸款。

另個報備文告指出，旗下砂油棕Edible Oil私人有限公司則獲得大馬大華銀行提供總值3920萬令吉貸款。【中国报财经】

產量帶動‧砂油棕盈利可回漲

（吉隆坡3日訊）砂勞越油棕（SOP,5126,主板種植組）首季盈利表現平凡，僅佔全年財測16.9%，惟興業研究預測，在產量取得20.9%成長率帶動下，未來業績相信可後來居上。

興業指出，砂勞越油棕產量一般在下半年才會爆發，過去兩年來，下半年產量平均佔全年預期69%，加上首4個月產量成長率達21%，預見全年可保持類似成長表現。

“我們預測2015年產量將放緩至7.4%至124萬1千公噸，儘管有所放緩，賺幅卻預計因棕油價和回酬走強而上漲，管理層預計，在歷經5年的下滑期後，回酬預計在2015年上漲。”

興業也說，雖然砂勞越油棕股價如今已反映2014年盈利，惟考量2014年已經來到半途，預計市場很快會開始留意2015年盈利，並預測該公司如今以2015年12.2倍本益比交易。

另外，預計今年第三季投產的10萬公噸生物柴油廠，將協助消化該公司產量。

有鑑於此，興業決定調高該公司合理價至9令吉零8仙，相當於2015年16倍本益比，給予“買進”評級。（星洲日報／財經）

砂拉越油棕取消联营

（吉隆坡30日讯）由于无法为开发棕油的地皮规模达成协议，砂拉越油棕（SOP，5126，主板种植股）宣布与Pelita控股双方同意取消联营合约。

根据文告，由于砂拉越油棕、Pelita控股及地主在过去多个月协商失败，无法就棕油开发取得足够的地皮，决定取消合约。

不过，这预计不会对集团带来任何影响。

Pelita控股于2011年受砂拉越政府委托，且代表拥有美里（Miri）原住民传统习俗地（Native CustomaryRights，简称NCR）的地主，与砂拉越油棕签署联营协议。

地主拥有接近1645公顷的地皮，双方有意把该地皮种植油棕。【南洋网财经】

A joint venture agreement (“JV Agreement”) was entered into between SOPB and PHSB on 25 October 2011. PHSB has been nominated by the Sarawak Government to act as trustee for and on behalf of the land owners of Native Customary Rights (“NCR”) land situate at Sungai Arang, Bakong, Baram, Miri Division, Sarawak containing a gross area approximately 1,645 hectares more or less (“Land”). It is desirous that the said Land shall be developed into an oil palm plantation for the benefit of the Land owners. On behalf of the Board of Directors’ of SOPB (“Board”), the Company wishes to announce that both SOPB and PHSB had mutually agreed to rescind the abovementioned JV Agreement on 30 June 2014. Pursuant to the JV Agreement, a new company, SOP Pelita Sg Arang Plantation Sdn. Bhd. (Co.No.965716-M), (“JV Company”), was incorporated on 25 October 2011 with a paid-up capital of RM100.00, of which SOPB and PHSB held 60 and 40 ordinary shares each respectively. (c) All legal fees and incidental expenses incurred in connection with the preparation of this mutual rescission of contract shall be borne by SOPB. DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS The Director and major shareholders of SOPB who are deemed interested in the JV Company are set out in Table 1, Gerald Rentap Jabu, Hasbi Bin Suhaili and Kamri Bin Ramlee being the interested directors in the JV Company had abstained and will continue to abstain from deliberation and voting at the relevant Board meetings in relation to the rescission of the JV Agreement. FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF THE RESCISSION OF THE JV AGREEMENT The rescission of the JV Agreement is not expected to have any material effects on the issued and paid-up share capital, NTA and shareholding structure of SOPB. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the rescission of the JV Agreement is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings of SOPB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.   RATIONALE OF THE RESCISSION OF THE JV AGREEMENT The Company, PHSB and NCR Land Owners were unable to create sufficient land bank that was economical for oil palm development after many months of negotiations. STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS The Board, save for Gerald Rentap Jabu, Hasbi Bin Suhaili and Kamri Bin Ramlee, who are interested in the JV Company, is of the opinion that the rescission of the JV Agreement is in the best interests of the Company. COMPLIANCE WITH THE SECURITIES COMMISSION (“SC”) To the best knowledge of the Board, the rescission of the JV Agreement has not departed from the SC’s guidelines on Issue/Offer of Securities. DOCUMENTS FOR INSPECTION The Rescission Agreement of the JV Agreement may be inspected at the registered office of SOPB at No.124 – 126, Jalan Bendahara, 98000 Miri, Sarawak during normal office hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement. （吉隆坡16日讯）砂拉越油棕有限公司（SOP，5126，种植组）公布，在截至2014年6月30日止第2季度，所取得的税前利润按年从465万令吉激增9.4倍至4841万令吉。

至于营业额则由前期的3亿1399万令吉飙升1.1倍至6亿5535万令吉。

该集团致函大马交易所表示，今次业绩大好，归因于棕榈产品销售增加与售价上涨，加上来自园丘的鲜果串产量上升所贡献。

它称，展望未来，集团的业绩将会继续由棕榈产品价格走势所推动，并且胥视全球食用油市场供求情况、令吉汇率变动和经济环境而定。

（吉隆坡22日讯）原棕油产品平均售价更低，砂拉越油棕（SOP，5126，主板种植股）截至9月底第三季，净利微跌3.81%，报3704万2000令吉，上财年为3850万8000令吉。

不过，因原棕油产品的交易数量增加带动收入，第三季营业额达7亿8704万4000令吉，大涨66.78%，上财年为4亿7191万3000令吉。

同时，产品卖价更高，加上鲜果串产量增长，首9个月内，净利累积1亿362万7000令吉，涨幅达70.58%。

营业额则达19亿8902万8000令吉，涨幅达63.98%。

砂拉越油棕指出，该公司的业绩表现将持续由原棕油价格走势带动，且赖于全球食用油市场、令吉走势及经济状况。【南洋网财经】

砂油棕购2公司 土地发展局不批

（吉隆坡17日讯）由于不获土地发展局批准，砂拉越油棕（SOP，5126，主板种植股）收购DD Pelita Sebungan种植和Mutiara Pelita Genaan种植的计划告吹。

根据文告，卖家Double Dynasty和Mutiara Hartabumi通知，无法获得当局批准售股，因此终止早前双方所签署的合约。

砂拉越油棕今年3月献议，以1亿3490万令吉收购上述两家公司的60%股权，将发行920万面值1令吉的普通股，和支付6682万令吉的现金。

该公司正考虑下一步行动，包括索回订金，并终止公司代表在DD Pelita和Mutiara Pelita的董事职位。

另外，砂拉越油棕为子公司SOPB私人有限公司的一项总值3300万美元（大约1亿1514万令吉）的贷款提供企业担保。

這類型的公司基本上一定賺的。。。 是賺多少罷了。。。。

因為目前USD 上。。 水災。。所以使到價格上咯。。。。

這不值得你要比較同行的PE。。 DY咯。。。
