Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid announcement.
The Company wishes to announce that the Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) entered into between Eupe Kemajuan Sdn Bhd (“EKSB” or “Vendor”) with Amona Land Sdn Bhd (“ALSB” or “Purchaser”) on 29 June 2016 in relation to the disposal of the entire 100% equity interest in the issued and paid-up capital in Oriental Plus Sdn Bhd has been terminated due to the non-fulfillment of one of the conditions precedent.
The termination of the SPA is not expected to have any material impact on EUPE Group’s earnings for the financial year ending 28 February 2017.

优宾次季亏54万
2016年10月25日
(吉隆坡24日讯)优宾(EUPE,6815,主板产业股)截至8月31日次季净亏54万4000令吉,或相等于每股亏0.43仙,上财年同期为净赚106万3000令。
次季营业额则增75%至3896万8000令吉,上财年同期为2223万8000令吉。
合计上半年,优宾净亏281万令吉,或每股净亏0.22仙;营业额却上扬31.07%,报7661万2000令吉。
优宾表示,房地产发展业务带动营业额和税前盈利走高,但是,部分营业额和税前盈利,却被产业建筑和小型度假屋与高尔夫管理业务下滑所抵消。
小型度假屋业务是因为嘉年华水上乐园和Cinta sayang度假村进行大规模翻新而暂时关闭,拉低营业额贡献。【e南洋】

优宾第三季转盈266万
2018年1月30日
(吉隆坡29日讯)优宾(EUPE,6815,主板产业股)截至去年11月杪财年第三季转亏为盈,净赚266万1000令吉或每股2.08仙。
上财年同期净亏270万8000令吉,或每股2.12仙。
优宾日前向交易所报备,第三季营业额按年激增101.62%,报7042万1000令吉,税前盈利报882万9000令吉。
“营业额和税前盈利改善,主要是孟沙南城Novum项目建设进展,带来持续收入和盈利。”
文件指出,整体业绩表现加强,归功于产业建设业务和高尔夫管理业务的表现改善。
合计首九个月,优宾净赚751万3000令吉,转亏为盈;营业额大涨99.62%,报2亿2264万8000令吉。
优宾认为,消费需求持续放软,但我国经济整体前景和基本面依旧正面。
“短期内房地产市况备受挑战,但我们认为,随着消费情绪持续巩固,今年市场可能好转。”
董事调任主席
另外,优宾宣布,独立非执行董事拿督陈祥祖(译音),上周五起调任为独立非执行主席。
陈祥祖现年54岁,1997年5月19日加入董事部,他也是东南亚木材(SEAL,4286,主板工业产品股)以及Syarikat Ng & Anuar的董事。【e南洋】

(吉隆坡24日讯)优宾机构(Eupe Corp Bhd)第二季净利增长逾一倍至802万令吉,相比去年同期的386万令吉。
该集团今日向大马交易所报备,截至8月杪2019财政年次季的每股盈利由3.02仙,增至6.27仙;营业额增3.2%至9751万令吉,同期报9451万令吉。
优宾机构将之归功于各业务的表现改善,包括产业发展、产业建设及度假屋与高尔夫管理业务。

综合2019财年首半年表现,该集团的净利从485万令吉,飙升近149%至1207万令吉;营业额报1亿7398万令吉,较同期的1亿5223万令吉,按年增长14.3%。
