黄健鸿任微领执行董事

（吉隆坡12日讯）多元化至休闲业务的微领科技（MQTECH，0070，创业板），再次宣布董事部人事变动，该公司委任云顶香港前任高层黄健鸿（译音）为执行董事，并从本周三（11日）开始生效。

同时，微领科技也宣布，执行董事林顺兴（译音）因为其他事务而辞职，也是在本周三开始生效。

自去年11月底以来，他是第三位辞职的执行董事。

微领科技向马交所报备，今年46岁的黄健鸿，在博彩和酒店业拥有超过15年的经验，并曾在云顶香港担任多个高层要职。

此外，他在金融、营运管制、营业额管理、审计和建设新赌场方面，也有丰富经验。

他在2000年加入云顶香港之前，曾分别在一家审计和制造业公司工作。

去年底，微领科技通过与柬埔寨度假村及娱乐有限公司（CRE）联营，进军柬埔寨。

同时，也与NagaCorp有限公司洽谈，计划在柬埔寨的新综合度假村与娱乐项目中，兴建一个赌场。【e南洋】

傅文耀．计划又延迟？

微领科技（MQTECH，0070，创业板工业产品组）之前信心十足说要进军的柬埔寨赌场和度假村计划，似乎不是那么“顺利”。

上周二，该公司表示与柬埔寨度假和娱乐公司的合作备忘录，在今年4月12日到期后，再延长60天。

在这项合作协议初签署时候，就发生了数宗令投资者感到疑虑的事件。首先，该公司两位大股东郑金发和吴文顺（译音）在进军柬埔消息公布不久，就开始抛售公司股票和凭单，导致股价直线下滑。

在本地媒体积极向证监会寻求相关回应后，证监会给予的“标准答案”是，若调查后发现涉及不法，将会对付有关人士。

对比当时宣布进军柬埔寨后股价的12.5仙高点，截至上周五，股价跌幅已超过一半，共下挫56%或7仙至5.5仙。

再者，该赌场及度假村项目一开始就面对很大难题，那就是香港上市公司金界控股（Nagacorp）获得金边方圆的200公里赌场度假经营权，微领科技打算发展的赌场度假村就落在该范围内。

不过，当时在记者会上，微领科技董事刚上任的董事罗比表示，将会尝试和金界控股洽谈，但在第二天又发文告表示，没有就赌场独家经营事宜和金界控股达成任何协议。

试想想，若你成功垄断了一门肯定赚钱生意，还会轻易和别人分享吗？

这不是微领科技第一次拓展新业务面对难题，上次是其独资子公司Microlead精密科技和READ公司签署的合作协议告吹，原本微领科技打算和该公司合作进行化学抛光业务。

另外，该公司除业务表现不稳定，近期公司高层人事变动也非常频密。

该公司前大股东郑金发已在去年12月辞职，再来是有两位新执行董事入驻，分别是罗比和今年新加入的香港云顶前董事黄建鸿，而最引人关注的，莫过于罗比正好是商业钜子丹斯里阿南达克里斯南的侄子。

该公司新董事的背景十分特殊，但这是否代表公司业务会有转机则难以判断。投资者宜静观其变，口说无凭，除非管理层真的交出一份亮丽业绩报告，不然您选择入场，事成回酬固然高，事不成风险更高。

微领科技准延长协议

（吉隆坡9日讯）微领科技（MQTECH，0070，创业板）旗下Star Acres私人有限公司，获柬埔寨度假村及娱乐有限公司（简称CRE）同意，延长协议备忘录有效期限。

微领科技今日向马交所报备，子公司Star Acres接获对方同意和相关协议，将原本于10月9日届满的协议备忘录，延长额外90天的有效期限，直至明年1月7日。

去年12月，该公司宣布与CRE合作，共同发展侏罗纪主题公园和赌场，发展总值达5110万美元（当时为2亿2558万令吉），预计3年内完工。

双方将在柬埔寨成立联营公司，负责执行该计划，其中Star Acres和CRE将分别持有联营公司70%及30%的股权。

CRE原本在Prey Veng省内的Bonteay Chakkrei，拥有面积5.1公顷的地段和赌场、职员宿舍及斗鸡场等。

双方联营后的发展活动包括，侏罗纪主题公园和新赌场等。 【e南洋】

Description	MQ TECHNOLOGY BERHAD ("MQTech" or "the Company")  FURTHER EXTENSION OF THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH CAMBODIA RESORT AND ENTERTAINMENT CO., LTD
We refer to the announcements dated 13 December 2016,14 March 2017, 12 April 2017 and  11 July 2017 in relation to the Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) with Cambodia Resort and Entertainment Co., Ltd . Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement shall apply herein. MQTech wishes to announce that Star Acres Sdn. Bhd. (“SASB”) has on 9 October 2017 received the consent and agreement from Cambodia Resort and Entertainment Co., Ltd  (“CRE”) to further extend the Memorandum of Agreement expiring on 9 October 2017 for another 90 days from 9 October 2017 to 7 January 2018. This announcement is dated 9 October 2017.
