仙股炒熱全場 馬股成交量36億股

（吉隆坡21日訊）馬股市小兵立大功，10大熱門股盡由“仙股”引領風騷，前三甲的美全（MTRONIC，0043，主要板科技）、ARIANTEC環球（AGLOBAL，0020，創業板科技股）及靈通方案（INGENS，0034，創業板科技股），交投皆破億股，貢獻馬股近半成交量，今日總成量達36億股！

　日前證實接獲第三方購股獻議的美全，今早微跌0.5仙，10.5仙報開，開市2個小時內回彈，休市報29仙，勁起1.63倍或18仙，半日交投5億2742萬6000股，不僅以8億4562萬9800股成交量狂霸10大熱門股榜首，更以1.3倍漲幅穩佔10大上升股榜。

　另有上週接獲馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”（UMA）質詢的ARIANTEC環球，早盤先衰后盛，跌1仙以9仙迎市，休市時起4仙至14仙，計有3億1421萬5100股易手。

大盤微跌

　至于沉寂一時的靈通方案，再度成為散戶焦點，今早以11.5仙報開，休市時起3仙至14仙，半日交投1億1295萬5000股。

　“仙股”氣勢銳不可當，富馬隆綜指早盤微跌2.24點，以1575.38點報開，爾后一路跌跌撞撞，交易近3小時終止跌回揚，休市暫掛1578.30點，起0.68點，在“仙股”熱力帶動下，半日計有18億2552萬8800股易手。

　午盤間，“仙股”熱力持續延燒，帶動大市成交量續升溫，富馬隆綜指緩步升高，閉市時收在1582.53點，起4.91點，成交量高達35億9287萬6100股。

-        DISPOSAL OF SHARES IN ARIANTEC GLOBAL BERHAD


1.        INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of MGB wishes to announce that as at 22 March 2012, the Company disposed off  29,857,700 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each (“Sale Shares”) of Ariantec Global Berhad (“AGB”) in the open market  for a total consideration of RM4,597,230.50 (“the Disposal”).  A breakdown of the Disposal is furnished below:-

The Disposal decreases the Company’s shareholding in AGB by 5.3% to 11.7%. The original cost and date of investment is RM2,687,193 and 25 Nov 2009 respectively.
2.        INFORMATION ON AGB

AGB is a public company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and is involved in research and development of software, system design, integration and installation and provision of information technology services.

3.        RATIONALE FOR THE DISPOSAL AND UTILIZATION OF PROCEEDS

The Disposal enables the Company to realize its investment in AGB, which has appreciated considerably.

        The cash proceeds will be utilised as working capital.
4.        EFFECT OF THE DISPOSAL
The Disposal will contribute a gain on disposal amounting to RM3,402,922  on the earnings of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012. The disposal will have no material effect on the net assets, and gearing nor any effect on the share capital and the substantial shareholdings of the Company.
  

5.        DIRECTORS AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS INTEREST

Save for Dato’ Abd Gani bin Yusof who is the Executive Chairman of AGB and the Executive Vice Chairman and major shareholder of MGB, none of the other Directors, or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them have any Direct or indirect interest in the Disposal.
6.        THE HIGHEST PERCENTAGE RATIO

The Highest Percentage ratio applicable to the Disposal is 8.66%
7.        APPROVALS REQUIRED

The Disposal is not subject to the approvals of the shareholders or any relevant authorities.

每股12仙 美全場外交易1270萬股

(吉隆坡22日訊）近日交投熾熱的美全（MTRONIC，0043，主要板科技）今日以每股12仙，在場外交易1270萬股。
　
馬證交所資料顯示，這1270萬股相當于公司2%的繳足資本。
　
場外交易的12仙價格，較週三的閉市價25.5仙，相差約53%或13.5仙。
　
該股今日以28仙報開，起2.5仙，股價一度攀揚6仙至31.5仙，休市時，美全交投達1億9495萬2500股，收在30仙，揚4.5仙。
　
美全股價本月來走勢凌厲，在上週五（16日）更遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”質詢。
　
該股年初報價4.5仙，在本月中時，揚升至8仙，週三更一度飆漲至31.5仙。
　
在本週一（19日），該公司董事經理兼主要股東黃得植向馬證交所報備，指有第三方表示有興趣購買他持有美全總數3318萬9175股或相等于5.23%股權，同時亦包括吳德初間接持有的1034股，股權認購計劃仍在商談中。
　
該股今日閉市平盤報25.5仙，成交量3億4770萬2500股。
