Announcement Details :

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Kinsteel Bhd ("the Company" wishes to announce that they have received notification from Henry Pheng Chin Guan and Pheng Chin Huat, the Directors of Kinsteel Bhd, that they intend to trade in the securities of the Company during closed period pending announcement of the Company's financial results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2008.

The number of securities held by Henry Pheng Chin Guan and Pheng Chin Huat as at 30 April 2008 are as follows:
