这间公司旗下公司BAYU MELATI私人有限公司（发展商）与土地拥有者TENGKU SHAHRUDIN私人有限公司，达到一项发展协议，发展凈面积约34.3英亩的地段为住宅发展，根据协议条件，发展商將根据进度时间表，缴付土地拥有人共5500万令吉。

总值2亿9800万元房屋计划 亿成控股获2合约

（吉隆坡5日讯）亿成控股（Melati，5129，主板建筑股）独资子公司——Pembinaan Kery私人有限公司（简称Kery），获得房屋及地方政府部授权两项房屋计划合约，总值2亿9800万令吉。

亿成控股向马交所报备，上述合约当中，第一项计划是在吉隆坡设计和兴建500单位的组屋和公共房屋的附属工程，价值为8810万令吉，为期30个月。

第二项合约则在该位于吉隆坡的公共房屋计划下，兴建1600单位的组屋和附属工程，价值达2亿1590万令吉，为期36个月。

亿成控股指出，Kery之后会配合上述合约，与房屋及地方政府部签署一项正式合约。

该公司称：“这计划预计为亿成控股截至2012年8月31日止财年，以及合约期限内的财年，带来正面的每股盈利贡献。”[NanYang]

建筑业务合约减 亿成次季净利挫49%

（吉隆坡24日讯）亿成控股（Melati，5129，主板建筑股）截至2012年2月29日财年次季，净利按年挫48.8%，报44万7000令吉，上财年同期为87万3000令吉。

另外，次季营业额按年增长10.32%，即从上财年同期的1685万6000令吉增至1859万6000令吉。

税前盈利方面，集团从上财年同期的115万6000令吉，下挫44.03%至64万7000令吉。

集团次季每股盈利也从上财年同期的0.73仙，下滑至0.37仙。

此外，该公司在截至上半年的营业额为3064万4000令吉，上财年同期为3258万令吉，按年滑5.9%。

亿成控股上半年净利为87万令吉，较上财年同期的189万6000令吉下跌54.11%。董事局在季度财报指，盈利下滑的主因是建筑业务合约减少。

虽然如此，上半年税前盈利为125万令吉，较上财年同期的253万9000令吉跌50.77%。

该公司合计半年的每股盈利为0.73仙，上财年同期则是1.58仙。[Nanyang]

亿成看好2年售罄Bayu Sentul

（吉隆坡14日讯）亿成控股（Melati，5129，主板建筑股）预计，新推介的BayuSentul公寓发展计划，将在未来两年卖出所有360个单位。

亿成控股董事经理叶顺治表示，由子公司Arus Embun私人有限公司负责的上述发展计划将在未来3年完成。
“我们已完成土木工程，目前回响甚好，至今已卖出了50%单位。”

叶顺治今日在推介礼上透露，鉴于房价仍属可负担水平，预计明年销量会更好。

“在冼都，很难找到介于50万至75万令吉的产业。”

除了Bayu Sentul，亿成控股也计划建造500个单位的可负担组屋，发展总值达8200万令吉。

他认为吉隆坡市议会不应该向建筑可负担房屋的发展商，征收高额发展费。

“若我们必须支付高发展费，会转嫁到消费者身上。如此一来，这些房屋不再是他们可负担的。我已经就此课题上报市长，他表示将认真探讨。”[Nanyang]

亿成控股毛利猛升6.76倍

（吉隆坡5日讯）亿成控股有限公司（MELATI，5129，建筑组）公布。在截至2013年2月28日止第2季度，所录得的税前利润按年从64万7000令吉猛升6.76倍至502万令吉。

至于营业额则由前期的1859万令吉增加至5001万令吉。

该集团致函大马交易所表示，利润大幅增长主要是旗下3项核心业务的营业额较高所致。

它说，正在进行中的工程，如东海岸经济特区（ECER）和人民房屋计划（PPR）等项目，将会继续为集团的收入和盈利能力作出积极贡献。

此外，该集团预期新推出的产业项目，包括在班达马兰的艾哲再也花园和在武吉加里尔的拉曼巴渝，进一步提高集团的业绩，因为上述排屋拥有铁闸以及保安设施，市场对这些产品需求很大。

房屋部頒發 億成獲2年放貸執照

（吉隆坡12日訊）億成（MELATI，5129，主要板建築）獨資子公司億成資本（Melati Ehsan Capital Sdn Bhd），獲房屋與地方政府部（KPKT）頒發為期2年的放貸執照。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備，億成資本週二（11日）獲房屋與地方政府部旗下貸款與當鋪頒發執照，可每兩年更新一次，有效期從今年5月5日開始，至2015年5月6日屆滿。

文告說，億成資本是在2009年3月31日創立，截至今年4月底，公司繳足資本達500萬令吉，是為億成獨資子公司。

不過，億成資本目前仍在“冬眠”狀態，建議的業務性質為放貸公司、理財業者，及金融中介商。

該公司的董事為拉祖萊及林同喜（譯音），他們同時也在億成任職執行董事。[中国报财经]
