海事基金获30亿拨款 莫实德冀可受惠

（吉隆坡28日讯）莫实德控股有限公司（BSTEAD，2771，贸易服务组）希望从上周五公布2014年财政预算案中的海事发展基金30亿令吉贷款拨款中获益。

集团董事经理丹斯里罗汀表示：“我们透露莫实德重工业有限公司（BHIC，8133，工业产品组）涉及造船业，我们希望这将让我们从上述预算案中受惠。”

罗汀指出，该集团也可能成为预算案中，延长酒店商先锋地位另外3年直到2016年12月建议中的受惠者。

透过旗下产业部门拥有皇家朱兰酒店、皇家恰亭酒店和皇家敏登酒店的莫实德控股，希望获得这些优惠，因它放眼集团着手更多酒店发展。

罗汀也披露，实业盈利税调高和外资购买产业价格限制，未来将为该领域带来更稳定的成长。

在集团上市其种植部门的计划方面，罗汀表示，一旦私有化莫实德实业信托（BSDREIT，5124，实业投资信托）完成后，它将在明年首季或次季落实这项上市。

“我们会把实业信托的园丘注入种植部门。”

他说，种植部门将在上市后，为集团盈利带来至少25%至30%的贡献。

“我们放眼我们的种植地段，惟暂时将局限在马来西亚内。”

莫实德控股最近建议收购沙巴拿笃的2409.8公顷油棕园。

他预测，原棕油价格将会提升，晋至每公吨2400至2600令吉之间。原棕油期货今年平均达2378令吉。[光华日报财经]

寶實得資訊科技160萬售股權

（吉隆坡11日訊）寶實得（BSTEAD，2771，主要板貿易）獨資子公司寶實得資訊科技，以160萬令吉悉數脫售在亞洲智能卡中心50%持股，給 Modular Techcorp 控股。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備，上述交易將以現金方式完成，Modular Techcorp 控股已支付16萬令吉充當定金，余款144萬令吉將在本月30日前付清。

寶實得發行12億混合伊債

（吉隆坡18日訊）寶實得（BSTEAD，2771，主要板貿易）計劃，發行總值12億令吉的混合型中期伊斯蘭債券計劃，籌資所得將用以充賞本開銷、營運資本，及償還債務。

該公司發佈文告指出，這項中期伊債計劃將結合股票與永久債券（Perpetual Bond）形式進行。

莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）旗下莫实得槟城造船厂私人有限公司，获Murphy砂拉越石油公司颁发1亿800万令吉的合约。

莫实得槟城造船厂将为Murphy在砂拉越天然气发展项目第二期，提供工程、采购、建筑与调试等服务。

根据文告，合约将在2015年6月完成，双方稍后会签署正式的合约。

这项合约不会对莫实得和莫实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）现财年净利带来影响，但会在未来带来进账。

莫实得第3季净利成长25%

（吉隆坡29日讯）莫实得控股（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）2013財政年第三季（截至9月30日止）净利按年成长25.16%，至9750万令吉，去年同期是7790万令吉；营业额为27亿零50万令吉，相比去年同期的25亿1210万令吉，成长7.5%。       

然而，今年首9个月的净利则按年微跌2.85%，至2亿5860万令吉，去年同期是2亿6620万令吉；营业额从去年同期的73亿6700万令吉，按年成长3.46%，至76亿2170万令吉。

莫实得控股在文告中表示，配合该集团实现股东价值的承诺，董事局宣布派发每股7.5仙的第三次中期单层股息，除权日为2013年12月19日。累积今年首9个月，该集团每股股息为22.5仙，低於去年同期的25仙。

莫实得控股副主席兼集团董事经理丹斯里洛丁沃卡马鲁汀说，「我们很高兴得知旗下的业务在第三季均取得亮眼表现。整体而言，尽管原棕油价格衝击收益，但各业务都交出令人满意的成绩。」[东方日报财经]

趁棕油價好 寶實得種植明年上市

（吉隆坡5日訊）寶實得（BSTEAD，2771，主要板貿易）看好明年原棕油價格走強，正是上市最好時機，在獲得股東批准后，寶實得種植公司（Boustead Plantation Bhd）明年上半年將上市馬股。

寶實得副主席兼集團董事經理丹斯里洛丁說：“公司會在年底向證券監督委員會提出上市申請，預計需3至4個月時間才能獲批，希望明年首季或次季初上市馬股。”

他指出，寶實得種植上市后，若以種植地面積計算，將成為我國第5大原棕油種植業者。

“寶實得種植上市后，原棕油種植土地面積達8萬3000公頃，油棕樹鮮果串（FFB）產量達到120萬公噸。”

產托私有化獲批

洛丁今日在寶實得產托（BSDREIT，5124，主要板產托）與寶實得特別股東大會后的記者會上，發表談話。

其他出席者包括寶實得財務總監丹尼爾、總執行長法米、獨立非執行主席丹斯里卡查里和種植業務營運董事周國才。

寶實得目前透過子公司寶實得種植與寶實得產托，管理種植業務。

隨著今日股東大會上獲批准將寶實得產托私有化，完成后該公司將重整業務，將所有種植業務併入寶實得種植，上市馬股。

他指出，今年原棕油價格走軟，主要因庫存量過高拖累。

“隨著全球經濟轉好，歐美恢復購興，加上明年農曆新年等佳節推動，國內外良好因素，將推高明年原棕油價格，專家預計明年將起至每公噸3000令吉。”

尋求聯營夥伴
開拓油氣業務

寶實得尋求潛在合作夥伴組成聯營公司，擴展石油與天然氣服務業務，主要專著邊際油田。

洛丁指出，公司共有6大業務，包括金融、房產發展、種植、油氣和造船業務等，只要這些業務都能貢獻淨利，即使再多的業務也不是問題。

他指出，在油氣業務方面，該公司不打算透過收購方式擴展，希望能與其他公司合作，組成聯營公司。

目前，該公司負債率為1.3倍至1.4倍，處于相當高水平，未來兩年，冀負債率減少至1.1倍至1.2倍。

“主要因為貸款減少，各項業務的淨利貢獻將在未來協助降低負債。”

他指出，並不擔心高負債率為公司借貸造成阻礙，公司擁有許多計劃可帶來回酬和償還貸款。如房產業務，在房屋未銷售前，公司需要龐大資金來支撐。

與宜家聯手
打造20億房產計劃

寶實得與宜家家居（IKEA）組成聯營公司，在吉隆坡市葛京路（Jalan Cochrane）發展一項房產發展計劃，發展總值超過20億令吉。

該公司指出，上述聯營公司雙方各持有50%股權，這項發展計劃面積達120萬平方呎，將包涵購物廣場、高級公寓和2到3棟的辦公大樓等。

另外，葛京路也是雙溪毛糯通往加影的捷運計劃（MRT）的其中一站。

洛丁指出，目前房產發展業務為公司淨利最大貢獻，佔總淨利29%；種植業務貢獻營業額約25%。

“種植業務營業額主要取決于原棕油價格，我們在未來兩年將持續擴展種植地，主要會物色國內潛在土地，地點可能會在沙巴和砂拉越，目前暫不考慮海外。”

在被問及黃氏星展（HDBS，6688，主要板金融）投銀業務收購案進度時，洛丁表示目前仍在等待批准。

根據早前報導，黃氏星展獲國家銀行首肯脫售旗下投銀業務，艾芬（AFFIN，5185，主要板金融）為買家之一；后者主要股東為寶實得。[中国报财经]

莫实得发12亿回债

（吉隆坡18日讯）莫实得（BSTEAD，2771，主板贸服股）与艾芬投资银行签署合约，宣告正式发行最高总值12亿令吉的初级回教中期票据计划。

在莫实得董事经理丹斯里罗汀见证下，莫实得集团总财务长丹尼尔依斌山与艾芬投资银行董事经理麦梦娜胡欣，今日签署上述合约。

上述初级回债发行计划，是一项混合式计划（Hybrid Programme），既遵从回教教义的初级回债计划，也拥有永久回债（Perpetual Sukuk）的特性。
在该回债发行完毕后，也不会影响莫实得的负债率。

6.5亿私有化产托

罗汀表示：“莫实得持续寻找增长机会，这项回债计划正是来得合时，可让我们筹资以应对未来发展计划。”

根据资料，上述计划所筹得资金，将用于金融资本成本、营运开销、企业活动开销、偿还债务、投资用途，以及用于集团和子公司的再融资现有借贷。

丹尼尔依斌山指出：“另外，我们也会从中拨出6亿5000万令吉，作为私有化莫实得产托（BSDREIT，5124，主板产业信托股）的所需资金。”

莫實得種植業務強勁

答：
莫實得控股第三季業績符合預期，分析員預測第四季業績將在種植、重工和產業業務貢獻走強帶動下錄得更佳表現；該公司在重組種植業務尋求在明年上市。

莫實得控股股東已經通過私有化莫實得伊斯蘭信託（BSDREIT，5124，主板產業投資信托組），並預計莫實得種植將在明年首季或第二季在馬股上市。

納入莫實得伊斯蘭信託約2萬公頃種植地，莫實得控股將握有8萬1千300公頃園丘，這還不包括近期在沙巴收購的2千409公頃新地庫，該公司放眼2年內增加地庫至10萬公頃。

黃氏唯高達認為原棕油價表現將是決定種植業務上市定價的關鍵因素。

達證券指出，第三季業績改善主要歸功於種植業務重新取得正面盈利，重工和產業業務貢獻走強抵銷藥劑業務弱勢，支撐起整體成長。

“莫實得控股種植業務在第三季取得2千980萬令吉盈利，反觀上季為虧損1千490萬令吉，歸功於鮮果串產量增加，惟9個月盈利仍因原棕油價下滑而低企於4千580萬令吉。”

達證券補充，第四季原棕油至今按季上揚6%，相信能協助種植業務在第四季取得更強勁表現，未入賬產業收入和重工業務盈利將確保第四季表現更加突出。

寶實得種植發5.8億新股

（吉隆坡30日訊）寶實得（BSTEAD，2771，主要板貿易）種植業務寶實得種植（Boustead Plantation）通過首發股，發行5億8000萬股新股。

寶實得發文告指出，寶實得的獨資子公司，即寶實得種植計劃，透過上市馬股主要板，為零售和機構投資者發行5億8000萬股新股。

根據文告，寶實得公開獻售高達7600萬股現有股；並將發行5億8000萬股新股包括在內，寶實得種植一旦上市，繳足資本將達16億股。

寶實得種植計劃通過首發股，將以每5股寶實得股，認購1股寶實得種植的比例，保留2億683萬股，提供寶實得的股東申請認購。

同時，寶實得種植也將以每持5股寶實得產托（BSDREIT，5124，主要板產托），認購3股寶實得種植股，保留1億7459萬股，供寶實得產托認購。

透過首發股，4700萬股供寶實得種植和寶實得的合格董事和僱員認購、6400萬股供公眾申請認購、高達1億6357萬股供貿工部批准土著投資者申購。[中国报财经]
