使用WASCO商标 华商控股遭索偿

（吉隆坡16日讯）华商控股（WASEONG，5142，主板工业产品股）遭Wasco工程提告，因使用“WASCO”商品名和商标，要求索偿并禁止使用。

文告指出，华商控股与子公司Wasco能源、新加坡Wasco工程服务、Wasco工程科技和Wasco工程设备，在本月8日收到Wasco工程的传讯令，对前者使用此商品名和商标，要求索偿和发出禁令。

预测油价下半年回弹　华商看好再生能源

（吉隆坡6日讯）虽然国际原油价格自去年12月份以来暴跌逾半，但华商控股（WASEONG，5142，主板工业股）对油价反弹有信心，並看好再生能源领域的前景。

华商控股董事经理曾釗联指出，油价下滑只是循环的一部份，因此他预计油价有望在今年下半年回弹。

他说，在去年「暴跌」而登上各大媒体的油价，在最近的走势已开始好转，美国西德原油和布伦特油价均有所反弹。

「能源是基本需求，就和食物的道理一样。因此，在人口不断增长下，能源的需求也隨著人口的增加而有所成长。」

另外，他认为，全球人口城市化將催化能源需求。在全球现代化进程中，將带动全球城市化的发展。因此，预计在2050年，全球城市化將从目前少过50%，提高至70至75%。

2050超越石化燃料

就上述的论点，曾釗联信誓旦旦表示，油价最终將回弹。

他今天出席全马首个本土製造的蒸气涡轮机推介仪式上，向媒如此体表示。该项推介礼的其他出席者包括日本新晃工业（Shinko Ind. Ltd）总裁筒井干治。

曾釗联对于再生能源的前景非常看好，他预计再生能源是未来世界的趋势。他预言在2050年，再生能源將超越石化燃料。

「从目前再生能源20%对化石燃料80%来看，届时將转换成再生能源占65%对化石能源35%。因此，华商控股非常重视再生能源领域。」

从该公司业绩表现可以洞悉，再生能源在2013財政年的营业额按年成长13%，至3亿4090万令吉；净利则按年上扬50%，至6463万令吉。

对於该公司在去年与位於缅甸的EDC公司签署的购电协议（PPA），是华商控股进军国际再生能源的重大项目。曾釗联表示，该项计划预计將在2016年为公司带来盈利贡献。

另外，针对华商將在今年把旗下油气业务和非油气业务分拆上市一说，曾釗联对此事件三缄其口，认为此事件敏感而不愿多谈。

在今天所推介的全马首个本土製的蒸气涡轮机，是华商控股旗下子公司--PMT和新晃工业的联营协议。在该项协议下，PMT和新晃工业將分別持有涡轮机有限公司的49%和51%股权。

曾釗联指出，本土製造的蒸气涡轮机將在今年组装10至15个，並在明年订下每月组装生產4至5个蒸气涡轮机的目標。

他透露，玛拉棕油公司是本土製的蒸气涡轮机的首个买家。

展望未来，本土製的蒸气涡轮机將不仅仅在大马出售，该公司也有意將这项產品推广至东盟各国。【东方网财经】

688万售联号公司股权 华商控股赚43%

（吉隆坡9日讯）华商控股（WASEONG，5142，主板工业产品股）以688万3163令吉，脱售间接联号公司的49%股权。

根据文告，独资子公司Petro-Pipe工业（马）私人有限公司，脱售Hicom Petro-Pipes公司的49%股权，予Hicom控股。

据了解，这批股权目前价值482万9000令吉，意味着华商控股的脱售价较之高42.54%。

訂單總量萎縮‧華商機構蒙塵

（吉隆坡20日訊）華商機構（WASEONG,5142,主板工業產品組）訂單總量持續萎縮，分析員對新增合約前景，以及石油與天然氣合約即將1年內消耗殆盡感到憂慮。

華商機構今年首季訂單總量，從去年第四季的14億令吉減少至12億令吉，其中石油與天然氣、再生能源和工業貿易與服務比重分別為59%、24%和17%。

同時，該公司也積極競標50億令吉合約，其中95%為油氣相關合約，但新合約週期可能較短，也道出為何訂單規模擴大困難重重的窘境。

豐隆研究指出，油價低迷和勘探與生產業者削減開銷，對華商機構訂單補充率，甚至是現有7億令吉油氣合約僅可維持1年感到憂慮。

“同時，我們也預期极地工程（Polared）和北馬來盆地等高賺益工程竣工，可能導致油氣臂膀賺益轉疲。”

目前，極地工程已完成60%，華商機構仍有2億5千萬令吉訂單待兌現，而整個工程預計今年5月結束。

豐隆研究認為，受到市況影響，華商機構將非油氣資產分拆來釋放價值的計劃恐無法在短期內落實，而種植業務仍需數年才能達到收支平衡，但集團擁有強勁的資產負債表和併購紀錄，因此維持其盈利目標、“守住”評級及1令吉39仙目標價不變。（星洲日報／財經）

违反联营合约 华商输官司赔4030万

（吉隆坡8日讯）巴黎国际仲裁庭下令，华商控股（WASEONG，5142，主板工业产品股）必须支付4030万令吉给索科腾（Socotherm SpA），因为前者违法了联营合约及附加合约。

此外，华商控股也需支付470万令吉的仲裁费与其余开支。

华商控股公司向马交所报备，这项仲裁不会对公司本财年的净利带来显著财务影响，因为公司会根据权责来支付赔偿金。

华商控股表示，公司目前正评估下一步的行动。

股价走低

另外，华商控股旗下子公司，PPSC工业也因违反附加合约，而被勒令支付700万令吉予索科腾。

不过，仲裁庭同时也下令索科腾，必须支付更高的违约金给PPSC工业，达1100万令吉。

索科腾是一家意大利导管涂料供应公司，华商机构曾在2010年计划收购索科腾，不过以失败告终。

今天闭市时，华商控股报1.30令吉，跌2仙或1.51%，成交量有14万1600股。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡14日訊）聯昌研究近期與華商機構（WASEONG，5142，主板工業產品組）展開美國行銷之旅，與當地基金經理們會晤，而他們對華商機構為全球石油與天然氣管道塗層領域的寡頭壟斷（Oligopoly）地位感到驚訝。

新訂單及賺幅恐受壓‧華商機構財測暫不變

（吉隆坡26日訊）華商機構（WASEONG，5142，主板工業產品組）2015年首季業績表現符合市場預測。分析員認為，由於補充新合約面對壓力，及賺幅受到擠壓隱憂，未來兩年的淨利表現仍充滿挑戰。

豐隆研究指出，華商機構表現符合預測，維持財測不變，預料2015年全年淨利為1億1千300萬令吉、及2016年為1億2千萬令吉。

該公司潛在風險，主要是政治風險、及值得關注其剛果油棕種植業務。

MIDF研究表示，由於油氣業務面對填補新合約壓力，暫時維持財測不變。

目前華商機構手握12億令吉訂單，7億零860萬令吉來自油氣業領域、2億9千330萬令吉來自再生能源領域、及其餘1億9千670萬令吉則是工業貿易及服務領域。

馬銀行研究指出，該公司2015年業務前景仍具挑戰性，特別是填補新訂單合約及賺幅受到擠壓。業務前景也缺乏催化因素。該公司12億令吉訂單合約，料可提供9至12個月的營運透明度。

不過，該公司投標40億令吉工程合約，料因油氣業放緩而使頒發可能遭到延遲。

瞄准海外油气和再生能源 华商控股竞标50亿订单

（槟城3日讯）华商控股（WASEONG，5142，主板工业产品股）指出，今年竞标45至50亿令吉订单，主要集中在墨西哥、拉丁美洲、靠近挪威的北海及南美洲的油气业及再生能源。

华商控股董事经理兼总执行长曾钊联指出，尽管国际油价在过去半年走软，打击全球油气业务，不过，该公司的天然气管涂层业务不但不受影响，反而稳健成长。

该公司副董事经理麦哥诺解释说，在华商控股的14亿令吉营业额中，天然汽管涂层业务占70至80%，石油业务仅占剩余的约20%。

他说，由于天然气属于更清洁的能源，而且价格更廉宜，因此，引来更多投资在天然气开采及输送工业，尤其是需求强劲的中国。

同时，价格廉宜的天然气也被用作生产再生能源，因此，该公司看好天然气管涂层业务，在2015年将继续增长及攫取更多订单。

他们两人今日在华商控股第15届常年股东大会后的记者会上，如是指出。

麦哥诺指出，华商控股目前手中的订单，包括油气业12亿令吉、再生能源2亿8050万令吉，及工业交易与服务业2亿920万令吉。

油价料重返65-70美元

曾钊联指出，华商控股旗下联营公司PMTShinko Turbine私人有限公司，销售给柬埔寨生物质发电厂总值8000万令吉的1000台涡轮发动机，目前仍在建造中，预计将在明年落成发电。

至于该公司在洪都拉斯的再生能源计划，则暂时不变对外透露详情。

针对原油价格走底的问题，曾钊联则说，这是每个行业都会面对的调整期，无论如何，随着近期石油需求上升并带动油价走升，他预测油价今年有望返回65至70美元之间交易。

他说，由于目前石油还是无法完全被替代的能源，因此，他相信随着国际油气公司继续投资开采，加上工业领域的需求增加，原油价格将会逐步回升。【南洋网财经】

The Board of Directors of WSC is pleased to announce that its subsidiaries namely, PPI Industries Sdn Bhd and Petro-Pipe (Sabah) Sdn Bhd have been awarded a sub-contract valued at approximately RM188.96 million by Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. for the supply and delivery of coated steel pipe piles for the Pengerang Deepwater Petroleum Terminal Project located in the district of Kota Tinggi, Johor, Malaysia. The sub-contract involves the manufacture and delivery of coated steel pipe piles. The risks are the normal operational risks associated with the manufacturing, coating and delivery of steel pipe which is one of the core business of WSC Group. The sub-contract is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2016. The sub-contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of WSC Group over the sub-contract period. （吉隆坡18日讯）华商控股（WASEONG，5142，主板工业产品股）获颁边佳兰深海石油终站涂层分包合约，总值1亿8896万令吉令吉。

根据文告，子公司PPI Industries和Petro-Pipe沙巴，获Penta-Ocean建筑公司，颁发上述的分包合约。

这项合约包括制造涂层钢管桩，预料将在明年第三季完工。
