MATERIAL LITIGATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 9.04(f) OF THE LISTING REQUIREMENTS
OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD
We refer to the previous announcement made by the Board of Directors of ICB
("Board") on 1 December 2006 in relation to the lawsuit against Japan Air Lines
(JAL) in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York ("District
Court").
Further thereon, the Board wishes announce that the Company had on even date
received written notification from Messrs Mosses and Singer LLP that the
District Court had on 30 September 2009 granted JAL's motion to dismiss the
claim.
The decision stated that the Enhanced Border Protection Act ("Act") requires
JAL to examine the passports of passengers at domestic airports and therefore
the national security interests protected by the Act outweigh ICB's commercial
interest in its patent.
Subsequently, the Company had on 13 October 2009 filed notice of appeal to the
United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington ("Federal
Circuit"). The matter is now pending a scheduling order for proceedings in the
Federal Circuit.
The Board is in the view that the above action will not have material impact on
the financial position or business of the Group for the financial year ending
31 December 2009.
This announcement is dated 15 October 2009.

随后，该公司于09年10月13日提出了上诉的通知
美国法院在华盛顿联邦巡回（“联邦上诉
电路“）。此事现正等候在一个程序调度命令
联邦巡回。
委员会认为，上述行动不会有实质性的影响的看法
财务状况或集团业务终了财政年
2009年12月31日。

身为MY KAD制造商的IRIS，有被牵涉在这些供应商中吗？
之前听说他跟MAYBANK有巨款合约，会不会是这个？
目前知道主要供应商是MAYBANK而已。

據悉，首要供應商及第二供應商（或更多供應商）已收到政府支付個別的訂金，不過，這項計劃喊停後，已完成的4000架解讀器將形如“廢物”。
消息說，供應商目前擔心，解讀器的製造開銷無人承擔，屆時供應商將面對龐大損失。
因此，供應商希望政府只是暫時“喊停”，在等待時機成熟後，繼續推行這項計劃。 |

0.175 的 Buy Transaction不少，而且是1000，1000或2000，2000买的，明天应该会冲到0.185左右。。。 |

最近几天有股价调整（correction），如果今天闭市是0.165，明天肯定会继续冲。。0.160/0.165是进场的时候，前几天可是0.175的。。。
而且早市交易量很少，0.160的support也蛮强的，但是0.165的S-Q也一样强，三文治pattern 。。。 |

希望如此。 市场好像很多炒家已经套利了。 袋袋平安。。
渐渐没力冲破0.165 价位。没信心今天挂收在0.165呢 |
