股海宝藏：柏利赛石油可强劲反弹

在大型和以合约为基础的油气服务公司当中，柏利赛石油（PERISAI，0047，主板贸服股）看来更具抗跌力，因为它的商业模式是拥有本身的资产。柏利赛石油科技联合拥有一支由9艘岸外船只组成船队，当中包括一艘浮式生产储油轮和一艘铺管船，名为Enterprise3（E3）。

它也拥有一个移动式岸外生产平台（简称MOPU）以及一架升降式钻油平台（jack up rig），名为PP101。

目前，柏利赛石油是在2015年本益比12倍水平交易。合顺油气是在2015年20倍水平交易。它较同侪出现巨大的折价是不合理的，预料在未来当它脱售E3和为MOPU争取到合约的话，它与合顺油气之间的估值差距将会收窄。

尽管上半年表现逊色，但是分析员预测，柏利赛石油在下半年及2015年和2016年的盈利将会强劲反弹。

2014年首季，柏利赛石油蒙受的核心净亏为280万令吉，因为将移动式岸外生产平台和铺管船空置的高昂成本计算在账目中。

这些设备于2013年10月完成之前的计划之后，便一直空置至今。

尽管柏利赛石油在第二季会继续表现疲弱，但是盈利会在第三季和第四季恢复，因为它为升降式钻油平台所取得的1亿5800万美元（5亿1800万令吉）3年合约即将动工，以及预料铺管船将从2014年第三季出租，以支援国油耗资100亿令吉的运输及装置计划。

就在铺管船和移动式岸外生产平台展望不稳定的时候，浮式生产储油轮和升降式钻油平台的盈利则飙涨。

柏利赛石油即将移交升降式钻油平台，这是它的第二资产，这将支援该公司由一家光船租赁（Bareboat Charter）转型成为营运商。这是该公司管理层于6月的投资马来西亚大会期间所分享的讯息。

浮式生产储油轮预料会在8月中开始运作，这让该公司可以扭转移动式岸外生产平台和铺管船空置期间的盈利劣势。

积极竞标3合约

马银行投资研究预测，柏利赛石油将于2015年第二季，获得一架新的升降式钻油平台，名为Pacific102，而另外一架升降式钻油平台Pacific103，则将于2016年第三季交货，相信它将能够以更高赚幅的价格租出去，因为在未来它将通过内部管理钻井业务。

Pacific101目前是由Hercules管理。值得一提的是，柏利赛石油是国内第二大的升降式钻油平台供应商，于2016财年预料拥有总共3个钻井，而同侪合顺油气则有8个钻井。

由于14个外国升降式钻油平台合约将会在最的1至2年内到期，所以柏利赛石油预料将可以从中受惠。

整体而言，PP101和Kamelia的盈利预料在近期内将会飙升，而市场目前低估了浮式生产储油轮和钻井资产的潜在贡献，这些业务总共将占2015财年盈利的60%。

根据马银行投资研究，柏利赛石油手上还有移动式岸外生产平台的合约，现在它已经积极竞标3家公司的移动式岸外生产平台合约，而结果最快将可以在2015年第一季知晓。



国内工程机会多

除了区域商机之外，国家石油继续于2011财年至2015财年开销300亿令吉的趋势，预料将为岸外船只提供需求的支撑，以及将提供柏利赛石油一个强大的平台以出租它的资产给国内业者。

柏利赛石油的表现，将继续获得国油在国内岸外所进行的勘探和开采活动所支持。

2015财年及之后的营运将达到最高水平。目前，共有6家证券行推荐买入柏利赛石油，因为它拥有良好的展望，再加上它近期和中的盈利能见度高，均匀分散油气业领域的风险以及避开不稳定的市场情况。

投资者应该放眼柏利赛石油2015年及之后的盈利潜能，因为这个时候该集团的营运将达到最高水平，届时它的资产将全面使用，这为2014财年至2016财年的复合年增长盈利，将由9700万令吉，增加至2亿7000万令吉的预测，提供了良好的基础，主要受到新的钻井、浮式生产储油轮和移动式岸外生产平台业务所推动。

这将使它的本益比估值，降至2016财年6.7倍的吸引人水平，同时也拥有良好的上涨空间，因为同侪的本益国估值是介于11至12倍。



股价回落可买入

技术而言，近期从高点1.73令吉，下跌12%至7月11日的1.52令吉，提供了长期投资者逢跌买入的良机。

这是因为根据日线和周线图，其股价已经进入超卖区。

关键支持为1.49令吉（周Bollinger band最低水平）以及1.45令吉（2014年5月5日的低点），而关键阻力处于1.65令吉（周Bollinger band最高点）以及历来最高点1.73令吉（2014年1月15日达到）的水平。

钻油业务开始贡献 柏利赛盼下半年转盈

（新加坡17日讯）岸外钻油平台业务开始贡献，柏利赛石油（PERISAI，0047，主板贸服股）期望下半年可转亏为盈。

柏利赛石油昨日推介首个升降式钻油平台Perisai Pacific101（简称PP101），进军岸外钻油平台市场。

董事经理依杰依沙在推介礼上指出：“PP101下个月将在登嘉楼开始为国油勘探提供服务，希望公司在下半年转盈。”

在5月，公司接获国油勘探颁发总值1亿5800万美元（约5亿300万令吉）合约，提供PP101，为期3年。

截至3月底首季，公司净亏298万令吉，上财年同期则净赚2368万令吉。

营业额下跌65%，报1087万令吉。

目前，柏利赛石油有两座升降式钻油平台还在建造，预计在明年中和2016年中接收。

依杰说，新业务进一步增加所提供产品和服务的价值，以及扩大在岸外石油天然气价值链的地位。

柏利赛发2.6亿债券

（吉隆坡19日讯）柏利赛石油（PERISAI，0047，主板贸服股）发行1亿200万新元（约2亿6190万令吉）票据，年利率为6.875%。

柏利赛石油向马交所报备，最新发行票据为子公司Perisai资本（L）企业，此前所设立高达7亿新元（约17.97亿令吉）的多元货币中期票据计划之一。

总值1亿200万新元的票据，将在2016年届满，并会与去年10月发行的2300万新元（约5905万令吉）多元货币中期票据整合。

PERISAI石油科技（PERISAI，0047，主要板工業）將在未來2年交付兩個升降式鑽油台（jack-up drilling rig），我們看好這能助推高營業額成長，維持“買入”評級。

PERISAI石油科技預計分別在2015年5月和2016年9月交付Perisai Pacific 102和Perisai Pacific 103；管理層認為這能帶動旗下鑽油業務，並貢獻60%收入。

該公司最近在新加坡推介Perisai Pacific 101首個升降式鑽油台，以14萬4400美元（約45萬6236令吉）每日出租率把該升降式鑽油台出租給馬石油勘探，為期3年。

PERISAI石油科技在2014財年首季取得失望業績，是因旗下流動岸外生產單位（MOPU）Rubicone和深水起重鋪管船（DLB）沒被充分使用。

MOPU和E3船艦暫停貢獻‧貝利賽財測大砍

（吉隆坡15日訊）貝利賽（PERISAI,0047,主板貿服組）第二季業績轉虧為盈，但上半年仍面對350萬令吉虧損，表現繼續落後市場預期，分析員考量移動式海上生產裝置（MOPU）和E3船艦暫停貢獻，決定大砍今年財測和目標價。

豐隆研究指出，貝利賽上半年傳出虧損其實在預料之內，因MOPU和E3船艦組約去年9月到期後一直處於閒置狀態，每月料“燒掉”貝利賽400萬令吉，管理層透露兩艘船艦的空窗期可能得延續至今年杪。

“我們原本預測M O P U將在2014財政年作出3個月貢獻，E3船艦則會作出6個月貢獻，但在刪除兩艘船艦的短期貢獻後，決定調低2014財政年財測55%，以及2015財政年財測8%。”

豐隆建議投資者把目光放在2014年以後表現，尤其是2016財政年，因為一旦自升式平台開始貢獻，貝利賽本益比料大幅降低至8倍水平。

肯納格研究同樣因刪除OPU和E3船艦貢獻，而下砍貝利賽2014財政年財測50.8%，以及2015財政年財測9.8%。

“大幅調低財測是因為這些處於空窗期的資產不僅無法帶來收入，更得面對巨大的貶值和利息虧損，MOPU和E3船艦在今年作出貢獻的幾率已變得非常渺小。”

達證券繼續樂觀看待貝利賽前景，認為該公司有能力捕捉自升式平台的高需求，加上供應短缺料支持船艦租金，相信貝利賽將於2015和2016年陸續接收的新船艦，可望租金更高的租約。

The total disposal consideration was arrived at after taking into account the costs of investment of the Company in Perisai Labuan. 3.         BACKGROUND INFORMATION (a)            Perisai Labuan Perisai Labuan was incorporated on 15 October 2004 in the Federal Territory of Labuan under the Labuan Companies Act 1990.  It has an authorised share capital of USD100,000/- comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of USD1/- each of which 1,000 ordinary shares of USD1/- each have been issued and credited as fully paid up.  Perisai Labuan is principally engaged in chartering of offshore assets which are primarily for oil and gas offshore production and drilling units. PERISAI油科 淨利猛挫1倍

（吉隆坡5日訊）PERISAI石油科技（PERISAI，0047，主要板貿服）本財年截至9月底第3季營業額按年增31%至4472萬令吉，淨利大挫90%至232萬令吉，主要因缺乏租船合約。

PERISAI石油科技今日發佈最新業績，本財年首9個月營業額按年下挫32%至6637萬令吉，淨利勁挫1倍至20萬4000令吉。

該公司指出，儘管新建造的自升式鑽井平台，PERISAI太平洋101在8月份已開始鑽井業務，但本財年首9個月的營業額卻走跌，主要因流動岸外生產單位（MOPU）Rubicone沒有獲得任何合約所拖累。

PERISAI石油科技淨利受挫，除了因缺乏合約以外，也因融資成本高所拖累。另外，該公司與其他公司組成的聯營公司的貢獻也有所減少。【中国报财经】

第三季業績疲軟‧貝利賽財測大砍95%

（吉隆坡6日訊）貝利賽（PERISAI,0047,主板貿服組）第三季淨利大跌90.47%至223萬2千令吉，分析員大砍今年財測37至95%，並調低評級和目標價。
評級目標價調低受疲軟業績拖累，貝利賽股價週四最低跌10仙或10%至90仙，閉市收窄跌勢，跌9仙或9%，報91仙。

首9個月淨利剩下20萬4千令吉，比較前期的淨利7千118萬2千令吉重挫99.71%。

肯納格研究認為，貝利賽要遲至明年才能贏取訂單，而閒置之流動岸外生產單位Rubicone明年下半年才有機會，閒置資產受偏高融資成本侵蝕賺益，調低這個財政年財測65.3%，下個財政年下修33.7%。

馬銀行研究調低今年財測84%，明、後財政年調低44%和37%，認為在低油價環境中，閒置的流動岸外生產單位Rubicone和裝管駁船（企業3）仍是主要疑慮。

達證券預測，上述兩大資產大約要到明年第二季才停止閒置，加上浮式生產儲油卸油設備貝利賽卡米利亞貢獻減少，高融資成本夾擊下，今、明兩財年財測大砍62%與27%。

出於相同原因，興業研究對其未來盈利保持謹慎，調低今明兩年財測95%與38%；豐隆研究大砍今年財測68%。

朝聖基金局增持貝利賽至5.72%

（吉隆坡12日訊）朝聖基金局（Lembaga Tabung Haji）連續5天收購貝利賽（PERISAI,0047,主板貿服組）股票，累積持股擴大至5.72%。

大馬股票交易所數據顯示，朝聖基金局在11月3至7日間累積收購貝利賽為數908萬4千800股股票，持股擴大至5.72%或6千817萬4千100股股票，但並未透露收購價。

EPF減持至6.91%

另一方面，公積金局則在11月7日售出200萬股貝利賽股票，持股權減至8千244萬股或6.91%。

根據貝利賽2013年常年報告，截至2014年4月30日止，Ezra控股以23.59%間接持股為公司最大股東，EOC有限公司則以12.13%持股緊追在後。（星洲日報／財經）

資產明年料全面租出‧貝利賽盈利可轉強

（吉隆坡18日訊）貝利賽（PERISAI,0047,主板貿服組）旗下兩項油氣資產閑置利空，惟其他油氣資產料可填補部份盈利真空。分析員預期該公司旗下資產可自2015年起全面租出，未來盈利表現有望轉強。

聯昌研究分析員最近與貝利賽管理層會面後得知，貝利賽的流動岸外生產單位-Rubicone及鋪管駁船-企業3（Enterprise3）可能要等到2015年第二季才開始投入操作。它們在完成合約後，即從2013年10月就開始閑置。目前該公司在大馬及印尼促銷這兩項資產。

同時，貝利賽正為2015年4月/5月接收的升降貝利賽太平獻有增無減，可緩和上述兩項空置資產的盈利真空。

PP101在2014年8月開始投入操作，並已開始在第三個油田操作。貝利賽卡米麗亞則在2013年11月開始生產，並在今年開始作出全年盈利貢獻。

隨著東盟對升降鑽油平台的需求強勁，這可從合順油氣（UMWOG,5243,主板貿服組）旗下鑽油平台偏高使用率顯示出來，預料PP102合約到期後，相信將

洋102（PP102）的潛在客戶開始洽商。而PP103則預期在2016年6月才接收，加入公司船隊。

聯昌研究對Rubicone及企業3閑置感到失望。不過，該公司旗下的PP101及浮式生產儲油裝置——貝利賽卡米麗亞的淨利貢可攫取新合約。

該行預期貝利賽旗下資產將全面租出使用，2015年及2016年的盈利表現將轉強。該行預測其2014-2016年年淨利分別為2千340萬令吉、1億4千680萬令吉及1億7千660萬令吉。該行將目標價減至2令吉20仙（之前為2令吉37仙），並給予“加碼”評級。（ 星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡20日訊）PERISAI石油科技（PERISAI，0047，主要板貿服）子公司獲得延長合約提供岸外支援船，價值2300萬美元（約7745萬令吉）。

文告指出，該公司持股51%的子公司Intan Offshore私人有限公司接获 emas Offshore欲延長合約兩年，合約期限從原本的2012年9月1日至 2015年8月31日，如今延長至2017年8月31日。

獲延長合約的岸外支援船分別是Lewek Emerald、Bayu Intan、Lewek Eagle、Lewek Mallard及Lewek Swift。

PERISAI石油科技指出，上述岸外支援船共每日支付Intan Offshore租賃費用3萬1630美元（約10.4萬令吉），因此粗略計算，延長合約總值達2300萬美元。【中国报财经】

Description	EXTENSION OF BAREBOAT CHARTERS OF FIVE (5) VESSELS UNDER THE INTAN OFFSHORE GROUP OF COMPANIES
1. INTRODUCTION Reference is made to the Company’s announcement of 18 September 2012 where it was announced that the Intan Offshore Group, comprising of the Company’s 51% subsidiary Intan Offshore Sdn Bhd and its  subsidiaries, had secured bareboat charters of its offshore support vessels from Emas Offshore Pte Ltd for a duration of three (3) years commencing 1 September 2012 and expiring 31 August 2015 (“Charterparties”) with an option to extend for a further duration of two (2) years (“Option”). The Company is pleased to announce that it has today received a notice from Emas Offshore Pte Ltd exercising its Option to extend the Charterparties as detailed below. 2. TERMS OF EXTENSION OF CHARTERS (a) The Charterparties are extended (“Extension Charters) for the following vessels :-   (i) Lewek Emerald    (ii) Bayu Intan   (iii) Lewek Eagle   (iv) Lewek Mallard   (v) Lewek Swift   (b) The Extension Charters are on the same terms as the Charterparties except for a new expiration date which is now 31 August 2017. (c) The aggregated daily charter hire for the Extension Charters payable to the Intan Group is USD31,630.00 per day. The expected value of the Extension Charters amounts to approximately USD23 million. 3. INTAN GROUP OF COMPANIES   The Intan Group is a 51% subsidiary of Perisai.
