Further to the announcement made on 28 October 2013, on behalf of the Board of Directors of MBSB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”) wishes to clarify that the proposed 16-year Sukuk Commodity Murabahah Programme of up to RM4,000 million (“Sukuk Murabahah Programme”) to be undertaken by Jana Kapital Sdn Bhd (“Jana Kapital”) is merely to facilitate the issuance of the Structured Covered Sukuk under MBSB’s proposed 15-year Structured Covered Sukuk Commodity Murabahah Programme of up to RM3,000 million (“Structured Covered Sukuk Programme”).

Under the Structured Covered Sukuk Programme, the Structured Covered Sukuk will be issued in tranches from time to time and each tranche will be backed by identified eligible financing receivables held by Jana Kapital. As part of the transaction structure of the Structured Covered Sukuk Programme, the proceeds arising from the issuance of the Structured Covered Sukuk will be utilised for, amongst others, the subscription of the Sukuk Murabahah to be issued by Jana Kapital ("SPV Sukuk Murabahah") under theSukuk Murabahah Programme. Jana Kapital will utilise the proceeds arising from the issuance of the SPV Sukuk Murabahah to purchase eligible financing receivables from MBSB. MBSB will in turn use the sale proceeds of the eligible financing receivables for its working capital purposes, including funding of its origination of financing assets in line with its business activities.

Hence, the fundraising for MBSB will be solely from the Structured Covered Sukuk Programme whilst the Sukuk Murabahah Programme is set up to merely facilitate the issuance of Structured Covered Sukuk.

不好意思,问一下一个noob的问题,dividen 的 ex-date 和 payment date 是什么?对当天股价会有影响的吗?

ex-date是股息除权日,这天该股参考价(ref price)会调整 + 在这天之前购买才会享有股息。。payment是付息日,就这样。。  发表于 1-11-2013 03:18 PM

马建屋下月发售4.9亿回债

(吉隆坡21日讯)马建屋(MBSB,1171,主板金融股)拟12月发售首批具担保回教债券(Covered Sukuk),预估规模高达4亿9500万令吉。

马建屋总执行长拿督阿末再尼接受彭博社的访问时表示,该公司建议发售的回教债券,将成为全球首批以应收款项(Receivables)作担保债券。

具担保债券通常是有房贷或公债为担保,并获得较高评级。

马建屋10月宣布,建议配合集资计划,发行最高30亿令吉的回教债券。

这批总额近5亿令吉的回债,就是计划首个部分,预计由旗下特别用途公司Jana Kapital私人有限公司负责发售。

“马建屋选择以发售具担保回债筹资,因为这类借贷成本,较低于一般债券。”

他透露,马建屋首批具担保回债,获得大马评级机构(RAM)给予AA1评级,是第二高评级且更高于公司的A1评级。

他指出,这是公司扩展业务的策略之一,同时希望借此降低成本和支撑盈利增长。[南洋网财经]

(吉隆坡25日訊)馬屋業(MBSB,1171,主板金融組)將主推企業貸款業務以減輕個人貸款業務放緩的影響,並放眼2014財政年的總貸款成長達10至15%。

減輕個人貸款放緩影響

該公司總裁兼首席執行員拿督阿末再尼表示,自國家銀行收緊貸款條規以控制節節攀升的家庭債務後,個人貸款業務成長確實有所放緩。

“然而,我們已開始推動其他貸款業務如企業貸款,因此即使個人貸款業務有所下滑,我們並不認為會有太大的影響,整體貸款情況仍會續成長。”

他認為,10至15%貸款成長目標是可達到的,甚至有望超越該目標,因看好2014財政預算案中的計劃有利於該公司擴充企業貸款業務。

他在推出結構性資產擔保伊斯蘭債券的媒體匯報會表示,該債券共計劃籌資30億令吉,將分批進行,而第一批債券發行計劃將酬4億9千500萬令吉,預計不遲於下月發行,其餘胥視業務需求而陸續發行。

他披露,發債所籌獲得資金主要將用作推動企業貸款業務,並鎖定項目融資和政府私人融資措施(PFI)等計劃,而至今該公司已從數項總值約56億令吉的政府私人融資措施計劃中攫取貸款。

“我們共有30億令吉的債券股備用,計劃在明年將其提昇至70億令吉,以支持企業貸款業務的成長。”

該債券為全球首個結構性資產擔保伊斯蘭債券計劃,是以金融應收賬項為抵押資產的伊斯蘭債券,為興業投資銀行首創,並獲大馬評級機構(RAM)對其第一批債券發行給予“AA1”的初始評級。

當被詢及是否會申請銀行執照時,阿末再尼表示暫無提呈任何相關申請,這是該公司過去兩年策略的一部份,但目前仍在研究領域環境、必要性和後果的過程中,惟一旦該公司業務企穩且有需要,或會決定申請銀行執照。(星洲日報/財經)

获准发行附加股扩充业务 马建屋展望审慎乐观

二零一三年十二月十日 晚上十时六分
(吉隆坡10日讯)马建屋有限公司(MBSB,1171,金融组)在特别股东大会上成功获得股东们的通过,以发行总值14亿7000万令吉的附加股、以2亿3900万令吉代价收购旗下子公司的大厦,和进行股息再投资计划(DRP)。

该公司总裁兼首席执行员拿督阿末再纳表示,他们将利用附加股所筹得的45%资金予业务拓展(约6亿6000万令吉)上,其余4亿令吉充当未来1年的高成本融资用途。

同时,该公司也在未来半年内,分配部分的附加股予金融工具发展上。

至于收购子公司大厦一方,阿末再纳表示,预计该27层高的大厦可在未来3年内投入运作。

他称,位于白沙罗(Damansara)的办公楼已运作25年之多,阿末再纳指出,他们已物色隔壁办公楼以拓展办公空间。

另外,该公司发行总值70亿令吉(22亿2000万美元)的伊斯兰债券中,价值4亿9500万令吉的首批债券逐步获得投资者认购。

他今日出席马建屋特别股东大会记者会时,透露上述谈话。

对于国行落实的收紧贷款措施指南,是否对马建屋带来一定影响?他直言,配合该项新指南,马建屋正缩减个人贷款业务。

虽然如此,但他强调,公司没有放弃该业务,且会与企业业务同时推广。

企业业务包括产业融资,以及中端至高端的房屋抵押贷款。合适地点则分别坐落于槟城、雪兰莪、吉隆坡、柔佛以及沙巴。

“同时,我们也正在处理着政府颁发的合约如天然气及石油、联邦政府和一些大学的发展项目。”

融资业务一方,“我们已经批准价值40亿令吉的贷款,预计在明年发放出去。”

虽然上述指南将带来一定的冲击,但他仍放眼2014财年的每股回酬(ROE)将稍微高于领域同行的平均水平13%,至16%或17%。

他称,马建屋的成本收入比率是该领域同侪之中最低,仅有18%,相信未来的1至2年内,该比例将不超过22或23%。

无论如何,阿末再纳放眼企业业务可在未来获得15%至20%成长;而公司下个财年的营业额可增长15%。

他透露,马建屋想做更多,但却不愿意透露进一步详情,仅表示公司在以往提过的发展计划将可在明年内落实。

冀望零售与企业业务贡献差距收窄

阿末再纳续称,零售和企业业务目前分别为公司带来75%和25%的营业额贡献。

他冀望明年的零售和企业业务贡献额,可调整至60%和40%,后年则是55%和45%,以平衡公司的投资组合。

“无论是产业盈利税、第三者融资或者是海外买家都会受到影响,且不只是马建屋,所有的融资机构皆受到影响。”

阿末再纳坦言,国行落实收紧贷款后,促使各家融资机构纷纷抓紧具有良好背景的融资者。

尽管如此,阿末再纳补充,他们不会忽视低收入层的客户,反之,会将与政府携手推出不同配套迎合市场的要求,如PR1MA房屋等。

否认申请银行执照

此外,他否认马建屋申请银行执照的说法。

“要申请执照的话,也须获得股东们的同意;让他们评价和决定。“

阿末再纳披露,公司在过去数年内致力于拉近不必要的距离,制定所有政策等程序以让马建屋拥有银行的营业模式。

他也不讳言说,自己欢迎合并计划,且认为,公司可透过合作伙伴的现有管道,把触角延伸至新市场上。[光华日报财经]

今天看见MBSB有Right Issue,我一点在手上,但请问那个Right Issue要如何购买呢?我要如何计算划不划算和Right Issue后有什么影响呢?

截止日期後。。 大家啊都會得到OR的。。 然後就會給股東或投資者買賣這些附加股認證權的。。。

合理價格。。 市場會給你知道的。。。

附加股。。是要看為何公司要。。。

這家公司。。 因為要擴展業務和還貸款。。。

如果你不要申請的。。 你可以賣掉right issue 的 OR。。 如果你要的你就要在申請日期準備好資金。。。

附加股增加了。。 就會使公司的EPS被稀解。。 但如果公司還是增加盈利那麼就會賺更好。。 因為股東可以得到更多股東。。在一個折扣的價格。。
