预期信贷亏损改善‧马屋业次季多赚24%

（吉隆坡30日讯）基于预期信贷亏损（ECL）改善，马屋业（MBSB,1171,主板金融服务组）截至2019年6月30日第二季净利走高23.97％，至1亿零622万5000令吉。
半年净利1.9亿
不过，首半年净利因高预期信贷损失拖累，按年下跌52.78％，至1亿9005万5000令吉。
次季营业额起3％，至8亿1766万令吉，但上半年净利仍下滑0.47％，至16亿零169万7000令吉。
该公司总裁兼首席执行员拿督斯里阿末再尼透过文告表示，第二季盈利、股本回酬和资产回酬改善，归功于预期信贷亏损减少。
展望下半年，他说，马屋业虽对经济不明朗感到忧虑，但将继续落实措施提升客户体验及扩大数码银行能力，其中集团将把47家分行中的15家彻底转型为数码分行，甚至是在年杪前推介网络申请来往及存款户头平台和电子钱包。
回溯第二季表现，马屋业净利赚益下滑至2.84％，主要是净收入减少7.87％，至3亿3631万令吉；净营运收入下滑14.1％，至2亿3097万令吉。
集团总存款增加6.63％，至369亿9000万令吉；总资产起4.7％，至496万5000令吉；普通股一级资本率（CET1）企于17.4％、净呆账率则从前期的1.91％走高至2.38％。
