就業放緩‧JOBST賺幅料減

（吉隆坡13日訊）市場就業情況通常在年杪大幅放緩，估計JOBST機構（JOBST，0058，主板貿服組）第四季網上招聘廣告量為14萬6千則，總值2千800萬令吉，第三季為18萬2千則和3千600萬令吉價值。

2012年就業市場展望保守，惟相信情況不會如2008年次貸危機般惡劣，營運環境挑戰叢生將推高經營成本，料導致淨賺幅放緩至30%。預計為提昇業務量，可能下調招聘廣告價格1至3%。

此外，澳洲SEEK公司目前已持有該公司勁敵――JobsDB的80%股權，加上JobsDB握有餘下20%股權的賣權在手，不排除SEEK未來收購餘下20%股權，然後將之與JOBST機構合併；值得一提的是，SEEK目前同為JOBST機構大股東，持有21.3%股權在手。

若以SEEK收購JobsDB股權的22.1倍本益比估值計算，JOBST機構股價潛在估值為3令吉50仙。

（吉隆坡18日訊）JOBST機構（JOBST，0058，主板貿服組）在2012年財政年首季取得好開端，業務表現保持平穩，主要獲得年初聘請張貼有增無減的支撐，特別是今年經濟成長展望樂觀所推動。

黃氏唯高達指出，該公司在2012年財政年首季求職張貼每月成長可觀，大馬業務按年成長28%，新加坡增長36%，以及菲律賓則激增137%。

預料該公司在廣告、員工及研究與開發等領域的成本走高，以確保公司的競爭力，使該行預期其2012/13年財政年的營運賺幅下跌1.1%/0.6%。

該公司淨利則分別調高至4千420萬令吉和5千240萬令吉，分別增加2%及4%，因營業額走高至1億4千230萬令吉及1億6千300萬令吉。該行預測其2014年淨利為6千100萬令吉。

該行指出，美國上市公司Linkedln為該公司潛在直接競爭對手，因它也是專注在網上聘請領域，同時使用者群也迅速成長。

不過，該公司涵概各層面的增聘領域，而Linkedln則專注在企業及專業職位，後者在大馬僅佔小部份市場份額。

若以折扣現金流估值方法，該公司的目標價調升至2令吉50仙，並獲得3.2%淨週息率的支撐。

有可能與JobsDB合併
該行指出，若是JobsDB少數股東提早在2012年6月前執行選擇權脫售20%股權給Seek公司（目前持有其80%股權）的話，該公司也可能與JobsDB合併。後者目前也是JOBST機構的大股東，持有22%股權。（星洲日報／財經）

就业坊净利滑8%

（吉隆坡17日讯）就业坊（Jobst，0058，主板贸服股）首季净利下滑8.19%至1036万4000令吉，并宣布派发每股1.50仙股息。

较高的税率导致截至2012年3月31日首季的净利下滑，上财年为1128万9000令吉。

营业额则从上财年的3362万6000令吉，上扬12.60%至3786万4000令吉；每股盈利为3.24仙，上财年为3.57仙。

另外，就业坊今天宣布与越南Nguyen Hoang Bao签署谅解备忘录，在新加坡成立联营公司。

就业坊会持有80%股权，双方初步资本贡献为100万美元（311.38万令吉）。

同时，Nguyen Hoang Bao将会在越南成立“JS越南”公司，新联营公司将收购JS越南的所有股权。[Nanyang]

（吉隆坡1日讯）就业坊（Jobst，0058，主板贸服股）签署联营合约，在新加坡设立JS越南控股，后者将持有越南就业坊100%股权。

就业坊向大马交易所报备，子公司新加坡就业坊今日与阮黄宝（译音）签署股权合约，一同成立和经营名为JS越南控股的联营公司。

新加坡就业坊在联营公司持80%股权，另20%则由阮黄宝持有。

同时，JS越南控股也将收购越南就业坊的100%股权，后者主要业务是提供网络就业营销和服务，还包括履历撮合业务、就业展、网络广告、就业咨询等业务。

公司指出，新加坡就业坊将通过内部融资完成此联营合约，并称这项合约符合公司欲将事业版图拓展至东南亚地区的策略。[Nanyang]

黃氏唯高達說，最近進軍越南5千多萬人力的就業市場，大馬就業人口只有1千200萬，預計聯營初期回酬不高，打造品牌後可釋放強大潛能。

“目前盈利重點聚焦大馬，首半年就業網上宣傳增長20%，大馬佔總營業額重達75%；迄今每股手握24仙淨現金，明年將達40仙，為派豐厚股息和擴大業務版圖捎來驚喜。＂

JOBST機構透過新加坡JOBST機構在越南設立聯營公司，持有聯營公司的80%股權，初步投資額為80萬美元（約248萬5千令吉），第二階段投資120萬美元或370萬令吉，料透過內部資金投資。聯營公司主要負責推銷及分銷網絡招聘張貼及履歷表產品。

“菲律賓業務職業招聘按年58%至7萬2千則招聘，主要是成長需求高；大馬的就業招聘，已由傳統的印刷媒體，轉換媒介至網上招聘，這符合JOBST機構運作模式。＂

在香港上市的先傳媒集團（Cinderella Media）持股8%、Innity Corp持股21.1%，股息與股價飆漲回酬不俗；台灣上市的104人力銀行股價平平，惟相信都會保留有關持股。

（吉隆坡2日訊）縱然全球市場情緒疲弱繼續抑制公司招聘，JOBST機構（JOBST，0058，主板貿服組）憑藉其雄厚資本，依然有潛力可派高息。

JOBST機構對集團表現持謹慎看法，表示銷售成長在短期內將趨向淡靜，主要受3大因素牽制，即開齋節假期導致第三季獲利走低，大馬及新加坡競爭走穩及價格按年稍微改善，以及越南投資須4至5年時間才可正面貢獻業績。

目前該公司正積極增加銷售部及呼叫中心的員工人數，以獲取更多市場率。

該行認為此舉加上其海外拓展計劃，將持續對該公司獲利形成壓力。不過菲律賓業務受業務流程外包（BPO）領域支撐，將加速成長。

“第三季度業績符合預期，開齋節假期剛好落在該季導致本獲利按年及按季走低，不過預計第四季表現將彌補此不足。＂

該行指出，目前JOBST機構持有總值7千630萬令吉現金（每股24仙），派息政策為50%，低資本開銷料具派發高息及併購的潛能。

鑒於缺乏重估催化元素，加上海外拓展成本及競爭力高漲，聯昌研究給予該股“中和＂評級，在調整低有效稅率後，提高其財測1%，目標價從2令吉26仙調升至2令吉32仙，2014財政年本益比13.6倍。（星洲日報／財經）

We refer to our announcement on 1 October 2012 and wish to announce that JobStreet.com Pte Ltd (“JobStreet Singapore”), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of JCB had on 14 December 2012 entered into a Supplemental Agreement (“Agreement”) with Nguyen Hoang Bao (“HN”) to amend the Shareholders’ Agreement dated 1 October 2012. Pursuant to the Agreement, JobStreet Singapore shall hold 81% (instead of 80%) and HN shall hold 19% (instead of 20%) of the ordinary shares in the joint venture company in Singapore, JS Vietnam Holdings Pte. Ltd. (the “JVC”) which shall include the two (2) shares of the subscriber shareholders of the JVC. The JVC is to acquire and hold 99% (instead of 100%) of the ordinary shares of JobStreet Company Limited of Phong C2, Lau 4, Toa Nha IBC, Phuong Ben Nghe, quan 1, Tp Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam (“JobStreet Vietnam”) while the remaining 1% of the shareholding in JobStreet Vietnam is to be retained by HN due to regulatory requirements in Vietnam. All other salient terms of the Shareholders’ Agreement included in our announcement dated 1 October 2012 remain unchanged. This announcement is dated 14 December 2012.

网上招聘需求大增 Jobs机构业绩亮丽

（吉隆坡3日讯）Jobs机构有限公司（JOBST，0058，贸易服务组）公布，在截至2012年12月31日止第4季度，所录得的税前利润，按年从1012万5000令吉增长至1819万令吉。

至于营业额则由前期的3397万5000令吉上升至3643万3000令吉。

该公司致函马交所说，此外，在截至2012年12月31日止的全年财政年度，一共取得1亿6078万9000令吉的营业额，以及7739万1000令吉的税前利润。

在谈到最后一季获取较高营业额一事，Jobs机构说，由于网上招聘服务需求大增，导致销售按季增长19.9％，因而带动营业额增加。

“在国内和菲律宾的网上招聘服务表现良好，它们是集团的核心市场。”

它称：“营业额上涨，再加上较低的营运开支，导致集团的经营活动增加37.5％。”

至于展望未来，Jobs机构指出，由于经营环境持续不明朗，导致一些招聘活动出现放缓迹象。
