世纪通运3867万 巴生购2工业地

（吉隆坡4日讯）世纪通运（CENTURY，7117，主板贸服股）将以总额逾3867万令吉，在巴生收购两片工业地。
世纪通运子公司Century Total物流，分别与Sierra Towers和Eight Edition，签署土地买卖合约。
该公司以1884万6644.76令吉，向SierraTowers收购一片约17万4506平方尺的土地。
同时，公司以1982万8966.32令吉，向Eight Edition买下一片占地18万3602平方尺的地段。
世纪通运表示，配合扩展巴生谷分销中心的策略，公司决定收购土地。
公司也考量到土地收购价合理，与当地其他产业价格相近，且地点临近新巴生河流域大道（NKVE）与巴生港口。
公司提到，土地坐落在新工业园内，有良好基建与设施，相信可带动公司未来盈利增长。【南洋网财经】

售Century Onsys 51% 世纪通运账面赚195万

（吉隆坡3日讯）世纪通运（CENTURY，7117，主板贸服股）建议脱售旗下Century Onsys私人有限51%股权，完成脱售活动后，料获得194万5000令吉的账面获利。
该公司向马交所报备，将通过独资子公司世纪物流（Century Logistics）私人有限公司，以1令吉现金，把所持有的Century Onsys私人有限股权，全数脱售给惹端阿都拉曼。
世纪通运指出，截至去年底，Century Onsys面对达719万2000令吉的赤字，其中拖欠世纪物流和子公司达337万8000令吉。
以51%股权计算，世纪物流将因Century Onsys面对194万5000令吉赤字。因此，脱售Century Onsys全数股权和债务后，账面上将获利，且该笔赤字不会增加世纪通运的负债。【南洋网财经】

大股东有意撤资 世纪通运或易主
二零一五年一月五日 晚上七时十七分
（吉隆坡5日讯）消息来源指出，合共持有约44%的世纪通运控股有限公司（CENTURY，7117，贸易服务组）大股东，有意出售他们在这家供应连锁管理与物流供应商的股份。
市场传言，世纪通运控股的大股东有意以每股3令吉至3.20令吉，也是该公司红股发行与股票分拆前代价，出售他们的持股。经考虑于10月9日的红股派送与股票分拆后，这相等于每股1令吉至1.06令吉。
上述要求价格比该股上周五闭市价62.5仙溢价了60%至70%。
世纪通运控股最大股东是其执行主席拿督潘振茂，拥有该公司的26.67%股份。至2014年10月21日止，潘振茂拥有19.18%直接股权，及透过妻子与女儿间接控股7.49%。
其他大股东包括世纪通运控股董事经理张自兴，持有11.53%，而其兄弟及集团执行董事张自川则拥有6.03%。张自兴与张自川均为潘振茂外甥。
消息称：“过去，这些大股东已获得海外物流供应商的接洽，以购买世纪通运控股的股份，但由于评值问题一直都没有落实。”
在去年3月，有报道披露，全球创投有限公司（FGV，5222，种植组）正与潘振茂展开洽商，以收购世纪通运控股的重大股份。之后向大马交易所作出回应时，该集团证实它正与全球创投探讨洽商企业活动，惟当时尚未落实任何协议。
当时的消息说，全球创投初步表示有意就这批股权提出每股2.95令吉的献议价，比3月交易价2.65令吉溢价11%，惟这项洽商最终遭全球创投董事部撤消。
该集团截至2014年9月30日止的每股净资产值企于2.13令吉。
消息称：“大股东仍然有意卖出在世纪通运控股的股份，但同时他们也积极统一集团的海外经营，及转移焦点至本地市场以推动价值。”
去年，世纪通运控股已撤出其蒙亏石油运输经营，脱售了旗下7119公吨干净成品油槽船。
它也以3亿2000万泰铢（3200万令吉）脱售其在泰国Rojana工业园的分销中心，获得预测赚益200万令吉。
潘振茂在集团2013常年报告中透露：“我们已经作出策略性决定，专注在成长我们的核心本地市场经营，并且撤出现有的海外投资。这些脱售是一个良好机会，让我们套现在泰国的产业投资。”【光华日报财经】

否认大股东售股 世纪通运放眼3亿营业额

（莎阿南6日讯）世纪通运（CENTURY，7117，主板贸服股）今天强调大股东兼管理层无意脱售公司股权，並且订下目標2015財政年取得3亿令吉营业额，未来2至3年（2016和2017年）增至5亿令吉。
世纪通运今天召开股东特別大会，就唯一的提案寻求小股东的通过，即发出佔公司股本最多15%的僱员认股（ESOS）供职员认购。该提案顺利获得股东通过。
在股东特大结束后，世纪通运管理层接受记者访问时，强调早前有媒体引述消息，指世纪通运3名大股东卖股的报导不实，不止向投资大眾传达不正確讯息，同时也对公司带来极大困扰。
3名被指卖股的大股东是拿督潘振茂、张自兴和张自川，他们分別持有世纪通运的26.66%、11.53%和6.03%股权。其中，潘振茂和张自兴分別在世纪通运担任执行主席和董事经理。
张自兴表示，「我们昨天已针对相关报导通过大马交易所发文告说明，我和另2名大股东並没有脱售股权的意愿，亦没有接洽任何买家。」
与此同时，他补充，该报导的內容不实及有误导性，对世纪通运带来极大的困扰，因公司必须向大马交易所、客户和投资大眾作出解释。
世纪通运在5日文告中指出，该公司向相关大股东求证后，证实有报导指大股东有意脱售世纪通运是不正確的。该公司表示，这些大股东將继续引领公司拼成长。
採防御性成长策略
展望將来，张自兴说，世纪通运订下目標要在2015財政年取得3亿令吉营业额，未来2至3年（2016和2017年）增至5亿令吉。该公司將通过內部成长和併购活动来实现这些目標。
「我们將採取防御性的成长策略，皆因美国、欧洲和日本经济均疲弱。物流业的商机將集中在亚洲和东南亚。」
此外，他坦承，物流公司必须通过併购活动才能迅速壮大业务。世纪通运正洽购一家文件档系统公司，目前还在初步的谈判阶段。但这不是一项大型收购。
当被询及油价大跌对世纪通运的影响时，张自兴称，世纪通运经营各类物流生意，油价下跌对公司而言是有利的，因这將降低运输成本，但公司也会因此相对地调低运输服务收费。

Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 17 April 2015 accepted the offer to dispose a commercial land measuring 6,070.3 square metres, held under title no. HS(D) 293019, Lot PT 32307, Mukim Of Bukit Raja, District of Petaling, State of Selangor, to Top Glove Properties Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Top Glove Corporation Berhad for a cash consideration of RM20,255,450.00 ("Proposed Disposal").
The disposal consideration of RM20,255,450.00 was arrived at based on negotiations between the parties and after taking into consideration the prevailing market value of the land. After deduction of ancillary costs and real property gains tax, the Company is expected to realise a gain on disposal of approximately RM9.2 million.
The Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) for the Proposed Disposal is expected to be signed within 21 days from 17 April 2015, i.e. the date of acceptance of the offer, and a full announcement will be released upon signing of the SPA .
Based on the latest audited financial statements of the Company as at 31 December 2014, the highest percentage ratio arising from the Proposed Disposal is 7.5%.
The Board of Directors, having considered all aspects of the Proposed Disposal, is of the view that the Proposed Disposal is in the best interest of the Company and that the Proposed Disposal is fair and reasonable, and is not detrimental to the interest of the minority shareholders.
None of the Directors, Major Shareholders or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Proposed Disposal.

冀内部增长与并购 世纪通运盈利放眼双位增

（吉隆坡25日讯）世纪通运（CENTURY，7117，主板贸服股）放眼通过内部成长和并购活动，在今年再度达到双位数的盈利增长。
世纪通运董事经理张自兴在日前的股东大会后向记者表示，目前旗下世纪物流（Century Logistics）的营运可说全力火开。
该公司在截至12月的上财年，净利录得3329万令吉，与2013财年的2255万令吉净利比较，大涨47.63%；营业额在同期也增至2亿7523万令吉。
“今年我们肯定会（业绩）表现得更好。”
世纪物流的主要业务是提供浮式储存及转运服务予国际油气公司，以及为电子消费者提供物流采购服务。
他提到，在扩展仓储业务上，世纪物流最近在雪兰莪巴生耗资接近1亿4000万令吉，建立了一座多层仓库。
“该新仓库预计将于年杪完成，提供大约60万平方英尺的储存面积，增加公司的仓储空间30%至40%。”
谈购文件管理公司
此外，张自兴透露，世纪通运正洽谈收购一家涉及文件管理系统业务的本地公司，不过该收购活动并没有设立限期。
另外，世纪通运总财务长叶邱顺说，并购活动将会动用公司内部资金，目前为止，公司大约有4000万至5000万令吉的现金。【南洋网财经】 |

世纪通运2026万卖地

（八打灵再也9日讯）世纪通运（CENTURY，7117，主板贸服股），以2026万令吉出售一片面积1.5英亩的商业地段予顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主板工业产品股）旗下顶级手套产业。
该集团是通过子公司世纪物流控股（Century Logistics）脱售资产，扣除相关的费用和产业盈利税后，预计可获得920万令吉的净收益。
世纪通运向马交所报备，脱售所得资金目前将注入集团的存款、现款和银行户头，以购买信托基金获得每年3%的回酬。
截至去年12月31日，该片永久业权的商业地的账面净值是921万令吉。
世纪通运于2011年2月25日以882万令吉买下这项产业。【南洋网财经】
