大马统一寻资金注入A&W快餐

（八打灵再也20日讯）大马统一（KUB，，主板贸服股）表示，该集团正在与潜在伙伴进行洽谈，以便为其A&W快餐连锁业务注入资金。       

大马统一董事经理拿督旺莫哈末诺旺阿末表示，正在洽谈的潜在伙伴可能是政府相关公司，如国家股权公司（Ekuinas）或者国民投资公司（PNB）。

「我们的弱点是缺乏资金进行扩充活动，我们將会寻求可以注入现金的伙伴，让我们可以进一步扩充。不过，现阶段还未有具体的决定。」

他指出，大马统一脱售泰国A&W的股权，已经进入最后阶段。他在今天出席该公司股东常年大会后，向媒体如此表示。

大马统一计划于明年在巴生谷开设3至4家A&W快餐连锁店，同时也寻求在沙巴和砂拉越开设新快餐连锁店。

截至去年12月31日止，大马统一2012財政年全年税前亏损1678万令吉，相比上一財政年的5120万令吉亏损。同时，大马统一目前手握1亿4400万令吉现金，將充作新投资。[东方日报财经]

統一合作社 次季淨利266萬

（吉隆坡6日訊）受資訊通訊科技（ICT）業務帶動，統一合作社（KUB，6874，主要板貿易）次季轉虧為盈，錄得266萬2000令吉淨利。

該公司向馬證交所報備，截至今年6月30日，次季營業額按年上揚21%至2億4781萬令吉，稅前盈利轉虧為盈，錄得308萬1000令吉。

統一合作社指出，資訊通訊科技業務貢獻稅前盈利190萬令吉，按年漲增2.8倍。

累計首6個月表現，統一合作社營業額揚14%至4億7150萬令吉，淨利325萬1000令吉，每股盈利上揚至0.58仙。[中国报财经]

KUB 拟售A&W40%股权

（吉隆坡21日讯）大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）计划将A&W大马的40%股权，脱售给一个合适的单一投资者，而大马统一合作则将持续持有主要的60%股权。

该公司董事经理拿督万莫哈末诺称，该计划是个策略性之举，以确保A&W快餐的营运可持续复苏及取得快步拓展。

“我们也希望可以通过自己的资产注入，而使A&W快速发展，但这样做的速度会很慢。”

他举例：“以大马统一合作而言，我们在一年内只能开设2至3家分店。而通过和资产伙伴合作，我们可增设10家分行。这就是差别所在。”

万莫哈末诺是在周二出席与孤儿们的开斋节活动时，发表上述谈话。

然而，他续称，该计划仍取决于A&W经商模式的需求。目前，与大马统一合作进行洽谈的仅有一家公司。

明年增设4分店

“我们仍在寻觅符合标准的企业，如在快餐业务拥有专业知识的公司。”

他说道，该公司在1月份时，已与美国的A&W就如何将A&W大马的特许经营业务进一步巩固其营运而展开讨论。

截止7月份，A&W快餐业务共取得近100万令吉的净利。

万莫哈末诺称：“这净利表现乃是整合A&W管理层营运、增强职员技术及关闭大马表现欠佳分店之举的绩效。”

他续称，该公司计划明年在优越的地理位置开设3至4家分店。

此外，该公司的重心将会放在独立的分行，如八打灵再也的免下车服务店（Drive In）。

KLIA2跑道完成95%

同时，万莫哈末诺宣布委任沙末莫哈默沙立夫为A&W营运的新总执行长。他说道，沙末在快餐领域拥有丰富的经验，对A&W业务发展有利。

另一方面，他披露，大马统一合作负责的新廉航终站（KLIA2）跑道工程，已完成了近95%。而飞机的降落测试则会在8月30日举行。[南洋网财经]

大马统一合作子公司 东马开发7284 公顷油棕地

（新山13日讯）大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）子公司———大马统一合作农业控股（KUB AgroHoldings），放眼在2015年，在东马开发7284公顷油棕种植地。

大马统一合作农业控股总执行长再纳阿比丁表示，计划已进入最后阶段，其中已鉴定砂拉越木胶（Mukah）、诗巫，及沙巴的几个地区。

“公司已经和几家公司，特别是砂拉越方面，签署了有关收购和发展土地的了解备忘录。”

他日前在一项移交回教法定税金（zakat）贡献予柔佛回教理事会（MAIJ）的仪式后，向记者发表上述谈话。

西马土地有限再纳阿比丁解释道，由于西马土地有限且价格昂贵，而东马仍有许多土地有待发展，因此，公司将注重发展东马种植地。

无论如何，他拒绝透露相关开发成本，仅表示公司会在近期公布详情。

目前，公司在砂拉越的木胶（Mukah）和柔佛的加亨（Kahang），分别拥有4047公顷和3237公顷的油棕种植地。

另外，为配合上述发展，公司将耗资4500万令吉，在木胶兴建一座每小时能提炼45公吨的鲜果串的原棕油提炼厂，并预计在2015年完成。

再纳阿比丁表示，为扩展业务，公司计划投资家禽养殖，特别是在大马统一合作农业控股旗下位于油棕种植地的畜牧综合计划。[南洋网财经]

統一合作社獲3918萬合約

（吉隆坡27日訊）統一合作社（KUB，6874，主要板貿易）子公司總值3918萬令吉合約，為馬來亞大學彭亨甘孟（Gambang）校舍建造宿舍。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，子公司統一Builder獲UMP控股建造名為“建造大學宿舍kk4”的合約，合約總值3917萬8700令吉。

文告指出，工程需在9月11日起的48週內完成，不影響公司股本，但將貢獻至截至今年底財年業績。[中国报财经]

大马统一合作将呈工程变更索款

（吉隆坡9日讯）大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）将向大马机场（AIRPORT，5014，主板贸服股）提交新廉航终站（klia2）工程变更令（variation order，简称VO）。

《商业时报》引述大马统一合作子公司--KUB Builders私人有限公司总执行长哈林姆拉韩透露，该公司将在明年初，向大马机场提交工程变更令。

KUB Builders是新廉航终站部分工程的建筑商，在2011年10月获得大马机场颁发2亿6880万令吉工程合约，工程内容包括打造3.96公里的第3条跑道、滑行道及其他相关工作。

第3条跑道完成

“该工程将会有一些VO要提交，都是一些大马机场在颁发合约后，向我们要求的额外工程。我们将会对此进行计算，希望可在明年初提交给大马机场。”

KUB Builders已经完成了第3条跑道的工程，也在本周一进行了飞机降落的测试。

“若第3跑道可在新廉航终站明年5月开幕时，按时移交的话，那就更加意义重大。”

大馬統一放眼轉虧為盈

（雪蘭莪‧八打靈再也13日訊）大馬統一（KUB，6874，主板貿服組）放眼2013年轉虧為盈，主要是脫售旗下蒙虧泰國A&W快餐店業務，大馬快餐店重組後轉虧為盈和建築與電力、油棕業務做貢獻等因素支撐。

月杪移交
KLIA2第三跑道

另一方面，大馬統一本月杪將移交第二吉隆坡國際機場（KLIA2）第三跑道計劃給大馬機場（AIRPORT，5014，主板貿服組）。

該公司董事經理拿督旺莫哈末諾旺阿末說，這項計劃移交後有助提振盈利。

全長3.96公里該機場跑道斥資2億6千880萬令吉，是於2011年頒發計劃予大馬統一。

快餐業務營業額
料達4200萬

旺莫哈末諾旺阿末說，大馬今年將增設8間快餐店至29間，並放眼2017年開設35至40間，快餐業務明年放眼6千萬令吉營業額，預計今年營業額達4千200萬令吉。

他今日在在靈區A&W慶祝50週年主持儀式後也說，旗下建築業務競標政府的可負擔房屋計劃，目前正等待招標結果。大馬統一近期也獲的3千900萬令吉工程，以在大馬彭亨大學建學生宿舍。

售泰A&W業務

據悉，泰國快餐店去年已脫售10間蒙虧分店，預料今年杪將脫售其餘35間分店業務。

該集團2011與2012財政年分別蒙虧5千800萬與6千零80萬令吉，截至2013年6月30日第二季，各獲淨利266萬2千令吉（前期虧損265萬7千令吉），首半年獲盈利325萬1千令吉（前期虧損679萬5千令吉）。

沙末說，在在巴生河流域的2個地點已鑑定，平均每間店的資本開銷為100萬至120萬令吉。他說，在馬開設的新店將選擇在策略地點，目前聚焦巴生河流域，東海岸有北根、甘馬挽、瓜拉登嘉樓峇都務魯海濱。（星洲日報／財經）

（八打灵再也15日讯）大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）旗下A&W大马私人有限公司，计划通过增设分店，提高明年营业额至6000万令吉。

A&W大马总执行长沙末莫哈末沙立夫日前在A&W大马50周年庆上表示，预料今年营业额可达4200万令吉。

“增加新分店的计划从现在开始进行至明年，我们一共会增加8家新分店，希望明年杪分店会有29家。”

他解释，其中2家分店将在今年杪前开张，其余则陆续于明年开张，每家新分店成本约100万令吉至120万令吉。[南洋网财经]

大马统一IHI联手进军再生能源

（吉隆坡19日讯）大马统一（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）与IHI环境公司（IHI Enviro Corporation）签署谅解备忘录（MoU），联手在大马发展再生能源和水源过滤系统，计划在近期建造垃圾焚烧炉。        

IHI环境公司是日本巨擎IHI企业旗下的子公司，有30年歷史，曾分別在日本和美国建造46座和6座废物处理设施。IHI环境公司主席兼首席执行员荻野政之表示，IHI环境公司首次与大马公司合作。

这项备忘录由大马统一董事经理拿督旺莫哈末诺旺阿末和荻野政之，在大马城市和谐、房屋及地方政府部长拿督阿都拉曼达兰的见证下签署。

阿都拉曼达兰在开幕致词时说，「大马目前的废物处理系统不能有效地发挥其剩余价值又不环保。良好的废物处理系统和注重环保將能吸引更多的外国游客。」

「目前政府对未来国內的废物处理有3个考量，分別是须有更先进的系统、注重环保及价格合理。此外，寻找適合建造垃圾焚烧炉的地点是个挑战。」

阿都拉曼达兰透露，政府目前深切关注国內再生能源的发展，如废物处理以及生物质能源（biomass），並希望在2015年之前把这两项能源製造的电力提升到530兆瓦，占总再生能源985兆瓦的一半以上。而在来临的月份將会有2个新的垃圾焚烧炉供竞標，其中一个位於纳闽。

大马统一主席拿督斯里阿都哈林表示，目前大马大部份的垃圾处理方式是垃圾填埋场，不但不环保且製造害虫问题。反观垃圾焚烧炉，没有上述问题，也有效地把垃圾转换成有用的能源。再生能源未来除了能为集团带来可观收入，也能为国家环境和进步带来贡献。集团把垃圾焚烧炉的建造位置圈定在纳闽、马六甲和柔佛州。」

旺莫哈末诺旺阿末则表示，这项协议属於技术合作，而相关细节將在来临的股东大会上宣布。

目前集团已准备在纳闽建造垃圾焚烧炉，產生的电能將供给集团本身运作用途，剩下將卖给国家能源。

目前大马统一超过50%的营业额来自能源部份，相信进军再生能源、与先进国的相关公司合作能为公司未来带来正面影响，毕竟广泛使用再生能源已经是全世界尤其是先进国的大趋势。【东方网财经】

Introduction KUB Malaysia Berhad (‘KUB’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that the Company had on 19 June 2014 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (‘MOU’) with IHI Enviro Corporation (‘IHIE’) for the development of Biomass-to-Energy businesses in Malaysia. Information on IHIE IHIE is a company established and registered under the laws of Japan, having its place of business at Shikura Building, 10-11, Kiba 5-Chome, Koto-Ku, Tokyo 135-0042, Japan.  It specialises in engineering and manufacturing of the stoker-fired furnace, fluidised bed-furnace, sewage treatment and recycle technology. IHI Group Corporation of Japan (‘IHI Group’) has been involved in engineering and manufacturing businesses in Malaysia since 1969. Its portfolios include the development of various power stations for Tenaga Nasional Berhad and other IPP Providers, Co-generation system for KLIA and BOG Compressor for RGT-1 LNG Terminal for Petronas Gas Berhad. Its Malaysian branch office is situated at UBN Tower, Kuala Lumpur. Salient Points of the MOU (i)        The MOU formalises the relationship between KUB and IHIE for the purpose of securing Biomass-to-Energy projects in Malaysia. Notwithstanding the above, any business project or venture pursued under the MOU shall be subject to the execution of specific agreements setting out such terms and conditions to be agreed by both Parties, covering inter alia the scope and cost of activities to be undertaken by the Parties. (ii)       The MOU is for a period of one (1) year unless terminated in the following manner: (a)          Mutual agreement of the Parties hereto to terminate the MOU; or (b)         By either Party by giving at least one (1) month notice in writing of its intention to terminate. (iii)      Unless otherwise agreed, all cost and expenses incurred and/or to be incurred (including but not limited to any incurrence of any external or third party costs) in the performance of the MOU shall be borne by the Party who incurs it. Singgahsana酒店被逼拆 KUB将获10年赔偿

（吉隆坡9日讯）配合大型发展项目，而被逼于明年拆除的KUB Singgahsana（八打灵再也）私人有限公司，或称为Singgahsana酒店，将会获得长达10年的赔偿。

母公司大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）董事经理拿督万莫哈末出席股东大会后指出，酒店已从1月1日起，停止营运。

潜在发展总值70亿

Singgahsana酒店坐落在雪州八打灵再也政府地段，面积达11.6公顷，毗邻马资源（MRCB，1651，主板贸服股）正在发展总值30亿令吉的八打灵再也中环（PJ Sentral）项目。

同时，该地段也靠近八打灵再也推事庭及化学局，潜在发展总值逾70亿令吉。

《商业时报》在稍早前报道，马资源正物色地段，以扩充八打灵再也中环项目。

分析员认为，Singgahsana酒店停止运作，有助改善大马统一合作的资产负债表。

年亏300万

他说：“该公司的酒店业务每年亏损约300万令吉，拖累了整体盈利表现。

“关闭酒店是好事，该公司可以省下这笔钱。”

2008年，该公司曾尝试把酒店业务卖给伊甸机构（EDEN，7471，主板贸服股）套现，当时叫价350万令吉，但最终交易流产。

随着大马统一合作逐步脱售非核心资产，万莫哈末有信心今年的税前盈利可倍增。

截至2013年12月杪财年，该公司取得750万令吉税前盈利，营业额达9亿2086万3000令吉。【南洋网财经】

灵市A&W改建办公楼 马统一合作进军产业

（吉隆坡21日讯）持有马来西亚和泰国A&W专利的马统一合作有限公司（KUB，6874，贸易服务组）计划明年把八打灵再也52区的地标性A&W餐馆，转型成为2座总发展值2亿6300万令吉的办公大楼。

集团董事经理拿督旺莫哈末诺称，这项称为KUB Tower的计划，将拥有2座分别10层和15层的大楼，以及一座5层停车场，占地1英亩（0.4公顷）。

他指出：“董事部最近已经批准在八打灵再也A&W所在地兴建办公大楼的计划。动土礼预料将在明年初举行，并预期在2018年建竣。”

旺莫哈末诺说，这个地点的重新发展将释放该位于Amcorp广场与Taman Jaya轻快铁站附近，预测现有市值2500万令吉产业的潜在价值。

“许多人都觊觎这幅土地。我们在此兴建办公大楼，以多元化我们的收益基础，以及释放其潜在价值。”

他补充，现有A&W餐馆将在年杪前关闭，及在新建完成后迁移到其中一座大楼。

这项计划象征着马统一合作透过旗下单位KUB建筑私人有限公司，首次进军产业市场。后者已拥有兴建学校、学院和体育馆的经验。在去年，这个单位贡献了集团收益的6%。

旺莫哈末诺表示，一旦相关精密审核与其他程序完成，以‘不少于500万令吉’脱售该集团在A&W餐馆（泰国）全部股权行动，将在未来2个月内落实。

不过，他强调，继该蒙亏快餐连锁成功于去年录得189万令吉净盈利后，马统一合作将维持A&W（马）私人有限公司40%属‘非卖品’的立场。

马统一合作现在将不会出售任何资产，或多元化任何业务。它放眼其商业收益率可达到12%至13%的稳定水平。

“我们准备进入下一阶段的成长，我们的最新财务业绩显示我们努力的成果。我们的基础仍然强劲，负债率去年降低到0.28倍，及商业收益率9%。”

旺莫哈末诺不论它正投标在甲洞柏令京园兴建一座垃圾发电焚烧炉的报导。

“我们并没有投标柏令京园的垃圾发电焚烧炉计划，但我们已经提呈一份计划，于沙巴纳闽一幅面积6英亩土地建筑一座垃圾发电焚烧炉，后者每日处理产能达100公吨。这将可转换为每日3兆瓦的电力。”

他补充，马统一合作计划在‘缺乏存在’的地区，如柔佛、马六甲和森美兰投标更多垃圾发电焚烧炉计划。

一座每日100公吨产能垃圾发电焚烧炉建筑成本约为1亿令吉，而一座每日1000兆瓦垃圾发电焚烧炉的建筑成本则据悉介于8亿至12亿令吉之间。【光华日报财经】

大马统一董经约满离职

（吉隆坡5日讯）大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）董事经理拿督万莫哈末，因合约届满而宣布离职。

大马统一合作向马交所报备，现年61岁万莫哈末离职，并于11月1日生效。

他从2011年12月开始，担任集团董事经理，不过，他在同年10月至12月期间，曾担任集团代总执行长。

他在2001年至2011年10月，曾担任Summit石油公司总执行长。【南洋网财经】
