如果是长期投资，个人不是很看好Petra，目前是亏钱的公司，去年应该亏了7千万。他的子公司Petra Energy 也不是很赚钱，project 减少了很多，没有很多新的project，应该会影响接下来这一年的收入。主要原因是因为那些比较“有关系，会拿project” 的董事已经离开，而且也卖了手头上的股票。目前看来，短期的投资就必须看有没有炒作。个人愚见，买卖自负，谢谢。 |

是咯！好像又有一位董事退出了。我看他们唯一的出路就是等sapcres来收购，但是他们收购的原因不是因为Petra，应该是因为Penergy。 |

- Disposal of accommodation workbarge
Announcement Details/Table Section :
The Board of Directors of PPB wishes to announce that Ampangship Marine Sdn Bhd ("AMSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PPB, has on 29 March 2011 received from its solicitors, the Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) executed by AMSB with PT PANN (Persero), a company incorporated in Indonesia, in respect of the disposal of an accommodation workbarge (built in 1977) for a total cash consideration of USD8,200,000-00 (approximately RM25.0 million) (“the Disposal”). The MOA is dated 23 March 2011 as signed by the representative of PT PANN (Persero) on 28 March 2011.
The Disposal is in line with the fleet renewal plan of PPB Group and the proceeds will be utilised by PPB for bond repayment
None of the Directors, major shareholders of PPB and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Disposal.
This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 10.05 of the Main market Listing Requirements. |
