和合建筑联营获2.2亿工程

2017年1月13日
(吉隆坡12日讯)和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑股)持股80.7%的联营公司DSE-HH获颁总值为2亿2139万8033.14令吉的河流维修工程合约。

和合建筑今日向马交所报备,将为登嘉楼州勿述(Besut)河流提供维修工程。

维修工程合约还包括供应机械、设备、工具、劳工,及材料,并用于构建防护堤、护岸、隔泥幕、填沙、安装沉降板等相关工作。

根据马交所文告,该工程预计本月动工,为期36个月。

DSE-HH是和合建筑和DSE建筑公司的联营公司。

同时,该建筑工程也获政府批准,支持在登嘉楼瓜拉勿述区发展永续海洋旅游业。

和合建筑指出,该合约预计可贡献未来的净利和净资产。

纳入上述合约后,该公司目前订单增加至约5亿令吉。

和合建筑总执行长黄吉良说:“这意味着2017年是个好开始,相信未来能够获得更多合约。”【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of Ho Hup is pleased to announce that DSE-HH JV, an unincorporated joint venture formed by DSE Construction Sdn Bhd (“DSE”) and Ho Hup, (the “Joint Venture”) has on 9 January 2017 been awarded a contract by DSE for the supply of machinery, equipment, tools, labour and material  as part of the project to construct a breakwater, revetment, silt curtain, beach nourishment, install settlement plates and all associated works in relation to the rehabilitation works along Sungai Besut (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) for a contract sum of RM221,398,033.14 (inclusive of 6% Goods and Service Tax).  Ho Hup’s share in the unincorporated joint venture is 80.7%.

Information about DSE
DSE is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965, with its registered office in Kuala Terengganu and an authorised share capital of RM2,000,000.00 divided into 2,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, out of which 1,630,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid up. Its principal activities are construction and services and rental of plant and machinery.

Duration of the Contract
The Contract duration is approximately 36 months and is scheduled to commence in January 2017.

Financial Effects
The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group's future earnings and net assets.

Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interests
None of the Directors and/or Major Shareholders and/or persons connected to them, have any interest, direct or indirect in the award of the Contract.

Statements by Directors
The Directors are of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of the Company after considering, amongst others, the potential financial contribution to the earnings of the Company.

Approval Required
The Contract is in the ordinary course of business of the Company and does not require approval from any authority or shareholders.

和合建筑委洲际集团
管理亚庇海滨酒店


2017年1月21日
(吉隆坡20日讯)和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑股)宣布,委托洲际酒店集团(InterContinental Hotels,简称IHG),管理其在亚庇的酒店。

根据文告,旗下子公司Golden Wave私人有限公司(GWSB),已在昨日与IHG签署管理协议。该酒店目前正在待建,共367间房间,预计于2021年竣工。

该酒店坐落在市中心主要海滨位置,占地5英亩,附近有高端住宅、商业办公楼和餐饮场所。作为亚庇海滨Crowne Plaza的品牌,该酒店属于高端综合发展项目。【e南洋】

末季营运成本高
和合建筑净利减半


2017年2月21日
(吉隆坡20日讯)受到较高营运成本拖累,和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑股)截至去年12月底末季,净利按年下跌52.45%。

该公司向马交所报备,末季净赚920万3000令吉或每股2.62仙,上财年同季为1935万4000令吉或每股5.58仙。

同时,末季营业额从8609万9000令吉,下滑48%,达4471万2000令吉,主要是因为建材业务的营业额减少。

全年净利跌7%

合计全年,净利按年跌7%,达6584万6000令吉或每股18.86仙;营业额则收窄18%,达2亿4385万令吉。

展望未来,该公司认为下财年表现良好,因为更活跃竞标建筑工程、推出更多产业发展项目,及有信心建材业务贡献更多营业额。【e南洋】

和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑组)业务前景如何?早前提出的一系列筹资计划会影响公司前景吗?还有利可图吗?

答:自2014年脱离PN17公司以来表现优异的和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑组),近期一系列发新股筹资以融资地段收购与营运,显见现金短绌难展手脚,肯纳格研究预测这一两个财政年净利增长缓至2至3%。

该行说,和合建筑累积可发展地库达486英亩,最近获得勿述河2亿2140万令吉修复工程,这是自2015年来最大宗的替补订单,保守估计手握3亿5000万令吉建筑订单,可忙上2年。

不过,该行预估,2016与2017财政年基于仅靠建筑订单与武吉加里尔镇贡献,因而预测盈利增长势头转弱。

2016年首9个月,基于其武吉加里尔的Aurora Place发展计划接近竣工,致使该公司营业额跌6%,然而净利仍增长12%,主要受建筑助一臂之力,建筑赚益改善1.6%至8.9%。

肯纳格研究预测,其2016至2017财政年约取得2至3%的净利增长,相比脱离PN17地位的2014年增长192%,2015年增长8%。

基于凌厉收购地段,其负债比目前达0.53倍,因而很难再举债以作发展用途,若要控制负债比至0.60倍以下。

和合建筑2016年1月献议发5配1发附加股送1凭单,献议筹资高达6810万令吉作为现有建筑与屋业发展营运用途,该项企业活动延期至2017年4月。2015年1月,该公司透过发3110万新股,成功筹获3490万令吉。

该行认为,早前“短线买进”评级与84仙的目标价已全面反映,未定评级;保守预测2017财政年获2亿5000万令吉建筑订单。

营收减 开销增‧和合首季少赚35%

(吉隆坡19日讯)营收降低和开销增加,拖累和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑组)截至2017年3月31日止首季净利下跌35.02%报1239万9000令吉,前期为1908万1000令吉。

首季营业额则急挫56.16%至3554万7000令吉,前期为8107万5000令吉。

和合建筑在文告中表示,武吉加里尔A区项目接近完成和预拌混凝土收入下跌65.3%,拖累首季营收。至于盈利下跌则受低营收进账和更营运开销影响。

展望未来,该公司指出,产业发展部门今年将在武吉加里尔和亚庇推出两个项目,至于建材部门已取得勿述河的供应合约,正寻找适合地点以重迁预拌混凝土厂至巴生河流域以外地区。

今年内推16亿产业

和合建筑预见产业领域逐渐看俏,计划今年内推出16亿令吉产业,料2018财政年起业绩表现强劲。该公司首席执行员拿督黄吉良今日在股东大会后透露,该公司料在今年第三、第四季推出3项发展总值共达16亿令吉的产业项目,料有3至4年的盈利可见。

询及原因,他表示,产业市场料将在第三季后开始复苏,料武吉加里尔、古来及亚庇项目,在第三季获得批准后,可取得可观的认购率。

“我们预测产业发展业务对整体公司的营收贡献,将维持于去年约1亿令吉的水平,但因项目推出的时间点较迟,或将导致大部份的营收体现于下财政年的业绩。”

他说,该公司一向积极寻找适合地库,或强化该公司于武吉加里的地位,但目前焦点为上述3项产业的顺利推出。

截至2016年,公司3大业务,即产业发展、建筑、建筑材料,分别占营收的50%、25%、25%。

截至3月,黄吉良指出,公司旗下产业发展项目的未入账销售额,共达1亿4200万令吉;建筑项目则有约4亿3400万令吉未入账,可让该公司持续忙碌3年。

他补充,该公司截至目前,已竞标40亿令吉的建筑项目,计划今年内再投标3亿至4亿令吉,主要为政府关联项目。

至于建筑材料业务,他称,混凝土的表现虽下跌20至30%,但料可持续为公司带来盈利。

不过,黄吉良认为,因公司位于马六甲的石矿,与马六甲皇京港、南部双轨铁道仅有30至45分钟的距离,加上大马宏愿谷等大型基建项目,因占据地理竞争优势,料业务可取得成长。

和合建筑的马六甲石矿是于2016年10月开始营运,现有合约总值报1000万令吉。

未决定筹资

询及是否在今年内筹资,黄吉良称,与马顿(MALTON,6181,主板产业组)联营合作的武吉加里尔城项目,如联营应收款项陆续入账,那么,该公司或无向股东筹资的迫切需要,但仍将其企业活动视为公司选项之一。

和合建筑是于2016年1月,首次建议通过发行附加股、可赎回的优先股(RPS),以及免费凭单为公司融资,合计料可筹得最多1亿3622万令吉,多次展延,目前完成期限已获批延后至今年10月12日。

他补充,与马顿子公司——Pioneer Heaven有限公司合作的产业发展项目,大部份销售额将在今年起陆续入账,因此料可正面体现于和合建筑接下来的2至3年内的业绩。

至于股息,黄吉良表示,管理层仍在商讨中,料以每股2至3仙开始回馈股东,但强调未有定案。

和合建筑取消附加股

(吉隆坡13日讯)和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑组)取消附加股计划。

和合建筑发文告表示,大马交易所批该公司延至10月12日落实该企业建议的期限已届满,该公司决定不再进行该建议,因为有意寻求取代方式以达到融资要求。

该公司是在2016年1月宣布发附加股和可赎回优先股集资1亿3600万令吉。

和合建筑关丹发展1.8亿综合项目

2018年3月13日
(吉隆坡12日讯)和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑股)签署联营协议,携手将关丹一片面积达8129.9平方米的商业地发展成综合项目,发展总值料达1亿8000万令吉。

和合建筑今日向交易所报备,通过独资子公司Ho Hup Ventures(关丹)私人有限公司,与Koperasi Serbausaha Makmur有限公司签约。

该土地属于永久地契,计划发展成涵盖零售商店、停车场、3星级酒店、商业办公楼及服务式公寓。

和合建筑称,联营符合公司业务,且地处战略位置,发展计划将加强净利和发展记录。【e南洋】

HO HUP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BERHAD ("HO HUP" OR "THE COMPANY")-JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT BETWEEN HO HUP, HO HUP VENTURES (KUANTAN) SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF HO HUP, AND KOPERASI SERBAUSAHA MAKMUR BERHAD FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PARCEL OF FREEHOLD COMMERCIAL LAND LOCATED IN DAERAH KUANTAN, NEGERI PAHANG DARUL MAKMUR
The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that Ho Hup, Ho Hup Ventures (Kuantan) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ho Hup, and Koperasi Serbausaha Makmur Berhad had on 12 March 2018, entered into a joint venture agreement for the proposed development of a parcel of freehold commercial land held under GM 1661 Lot 6620, Jalan Teluk Sisek, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur, measuring approximately 8,129.90 square metres.
