宝腾畅销‧多元资源止亏3个月赚4621万

（吉隆坡23日讯）宝腾（Proton）销量大增，带动多元资源工业（DRBHCOM,1619,主板消费产品服务组）转亏为盈，截至2019年6月30日止的3个月取得4621万4000令吉净利，前期为亏损6659万9000令吉。
3个月营业额则增长29.48%至34亿3685万7000令吉。
由于该集团将结账日期从3月改至12月 ，因此现财政年只有9个月。
多元资源工业在文告中表示，业绩表现改善主要来自汽车业务的销售回升。
该集团汽车部门的营收跃升59.2%至22亿3000万令吉，因宝腾推出多个改款车型，以及其他车型的促销活动，推高销售。
整体而言，直到今年7月，宝腾共交付了5万2108辆车，相比去年同期销售3万5561辆车。
服务部门的营收则持平于10亿9000万令吉，产业部门营收下跌，因建筑相关项目进展不一。
展望未来，该集团的汽车业务预料保持强韧，宝腾改善后的车型，以及其他新车型，应可推动表现。
该集团属下大马邮政（POS,4634,主板交通物流组 ）则继续面对竞争，价格和成本受挑战，但正致力于解决此问题。该集团的其他业务如国防、银行、邮政和物流、特许经营和产业，将在充满挑战的市场中继续动力以达到具持续性的商业模式。

（吉隆坡26日讯）即使宝腾（Proton）今年次季贡献不俗的销售，但市场分析员对多元重工业（DRBHCOM，1619，主板消费股）的看法出现分歧，因其它业务的表现依然疲弱。
多元重工业周一面对沉重卖压，股价大热走低，全天共跌11.86%或35仙，闭市报2.60令吉挂收，是全场第5大下跌股，并以1亿零54万股转手量，登上全场热门榜第2名。
该公司上周五（ 2 3 日） 宣布，2019财政年首季（截至6月30日止）转亏为盈，净赚4621万令吉；营业额则按年大涨29.48%，至34亿3686万令吉。由于结账日从3月31日改为12月31日，因此现财政年仅有9个月。
兴业投行分析员表示， 这是该公司连续第2季录得核心净利。不过，汽车业务与上财政年末季（截至3月31日止）相比则逊色不少。现财政年首季的税前盈利为9080万令吉，上财政年末季（截至3月31日止）则高达2亿5000万令吉。
另外，大马银行投行分析员称，税前盈利按季下跌，主因是防务设备业务的AV8项目的完工时间展延、产品组合有所调整，以及2018财政年末季有一笔减值回拨。除此之外， 看淡多元重工业前景的的肯纳格投行分析员也指出，该公司的净利表现不符预期，仅占全年预测的15%，因汽车业务的盈利贡献比预测低。其中，旗下本田汽车因消费者等待新车款的推出，导致其销量按年下跌23%。
汽车业务支撑
不过，分析员指出，取得将近9100万令吉收益的汽车业务，依然有助于抵消其他盈利表现不佳的业务，比如服务业务、大马邮政（POS，4634，主板交通物流股）及房产业务。其中，大马邮政继续录得亏损，首季净亏1500万令吉。
展望未来，大马银行投行分析员相信，多元重工业在汽车业务的支撑下，其盈利前景将保持稳定，尤其是宝腾X70及X50国内组装（CKD）即将面市。“由于该公司正积极重振业务，宝腾品牌也重获消费者的信心，这将为多元重工业的股价提供上升动力。”
兴业投行分析员看好多元重工业长期盈利前景，除了宝腾首7个月的市占率大幅回升至15%（去年同期为9.8%）外，该公司与中国浙江吉利（Geely）合作所推出车款或将成为有利因素。
然而，考虑到汽车业务低于预期及公司更改结账日，肯纳格研究分析员将2019至2020财政年盈利预测分别下修43%及12%。另外，他也担忧宝腾X70国内组装车款， 比不上原装进口（CBU）车款的销售。
