（吉隆坡31日讯）ETI科技（ETITech，0118，主板科技股）在截至2011年11月30日的第一季，取得116万令吉的净利，比去年同期稍微增长了1.6%。

该公司在文告中指出，现财年第一季的盈利主要来自自身品牌的流动充电产品以及定制的电池配套。

ETI科技在现财年第一季的营业额有1221万1000令吉，比上财年同期的1367万9000令吉稍微减低。

由于净利按年比较的差距不大，该公司在现财年第一季以及上财年第一季的每股盈利同为0.17仙。[Nanyang]

（吉隆坡9日訊）ETI科技（ETITECH，0118，主板科技組）建議私下配售10%新股。

ETI科技發出文告表示，該公司將在6個月內配售至多6千808萬股新股，相等於10%股權，新股的發售價將有折價，惟折價不會超過5天平均價的10%。所籌獲的資金將用作營運資本。

綜合通運擁有衡陽石化物流的25.42%股權。

此投資將讓綜合通運進一步擴張中國的石化物流業務。（星洲互動）

从15%++卖到剩4%, 差不多要出完了.....

是的。。。。科技发展是这样的。。。。 没有所谓的包好和赚钱的。。。。

不再是大股东 ETI创办人售500万股

（吉隆坡26日讯）ETI科技（ETITech，0118，主板科技股）创办人兼执行董事拿督丹尼斯蔡，脱售500万股后不再是主要大股东。

根据马交所资料，丹尼斯蔡在周四以每股10.5仙脱售500万股。

脱售股份后，丹尼斯蔡现持有ETI科技3060万股，相等于4.33%股份。[Nanyang]

ETI 科技陷亏 2创办董事沽股

（吉隆坡1日讯）2012财年业绩陷入亏损后，ETI科技（ETITech，0118，主板科技股）两名创办董事、包括董事经理李佳庆和执行董事拿督丹尼斯减持股权。

截至8月31日第四季，公司营业额虽按年增加28.4%至3369万令吉，但仍净亏833万令吉（上财年同期为129万令吉净利）。

这使公司本财年共面对659万令吉亏损，上财年赚375万令吉。

公司业绩表现不理想，ETI科技两名创办人近期在公开市场脱售了7600万股。其中，李佳庆上个月将持股从7.93%减至3.51%，丹尼斯持股权则从11.06%降至4.33%；他们多数以每股至少10仙价位沽票。

不过，Al Yousof LLC仍然是持有该公司14.92%股权最大股东。

盈利超过1年内不断滑落，ETI科技股价也一直趋跌；10月8日下跌至每股9仙低价位，比2月14日的21.5仙下挫了58%。

今日闭市时，该股进一步滑落0.5仙或5%至9.5仙，成交量达498万4600股。[Nanyang]

ETI 科技财年截止改到2月28

（吉隆坡18日讯）ETI科技（ETITech，0118，主板科技股）宣布，将财政年截止日期，从8月31日，更改至2月28日。

ETI科技向马交所报备，这是为了配合把行业性质与时间产生的财务影响，纳入公司财务表现。

配合更换财年，下一次的财务稽查报告，时间将从2011年9月1日开始，直到2013年2月28日，一共涵盖18个月。[Nanyang]

The insufficient of fund was mainly due to the delay in collection and slowdown in current business. 3.         Measures to address the Default ETI Tech is negotiating with its bankers for the restructuring of its current credit facilities. ETI Tech is in the midst of re-strategizing an immediate action to overcome the current situation. 4.         Financial and Legal Implications of the Default ETI Tech has received Notice of Demand dated January 7, 2013 from the Solicitors of SCB, seeking to recover the entire outstanding amount as at December 31, 2012. SCB will take legal action against ETI Tech of which in the worst-case scenario, a winding up petition might be filed against ETI Tech and ETICB (as corporate guarantor to the said credit facilities). 5.         Business, Financial and Operational Impact of the Default The Default might lead to discontinuity of the Group’s business operation.
