听别人说CP投资管理层换了，不是很确定，可能要留意下基金表现趋向。

从耶伦发表后，美国市场短暂会上扬，美金短暂会软弱，不过对持有基金投资外国的，短暂可能会不利，因美金和马币对换率可能会回倒RM3.80.个人看法和推测而已。        


Yellen: Economic readings mixed, appropriate to proceed cautiously

Yellen, speaking to Economic Club of New York, noted in prepared remarks that recent readings on the strength of the U.S. economy since the beginning of the year have been mixed. All major U.S. indexes turned positive after the release of Yellen's remarks.

In fact, Yellen said that only gradual increases in the federal funds rate are likely to be warranted in coming years, and global developments have increased the risks associated with the Fed's economic outlook.

Yellen's speech comes after a dovish Fed opted to leave interest rates unchanged earlier this month. In its statement, the FOMC noted that "global economic and financial developments continue to pose risks" to U.S. economic growth, and that inflation was "expected to remain low in the near term."

This will exposure to currency risk and country risk, consider high risk fund need to be monitoring for long term invest. Local fund investment have consistency return and stable compound dividend can control inflation.

That is reason investor investment portfolio must be designed properly with proper asset allocation according to trend instead of invest single fund such as purely in local equity market for long term. Moreover, investment portfolio should review at least yearly or half yearly to ensure the investment capital will grow and protect capital as well.

New home sales roar back, crushing forecasts with a 619,000 annual pace in April

Sales of new homes surged in April, a sign that builders are stepping up as demand for housing remains robust.

Sales soared 16.6% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 619,000, the Commerce Department said Tuesday. That was the biggest monthly jump in 24 years and trounced estimates of a 525,000 pace.

请问你个人觉得这基金优势什么？是从那个角度分析？（是基金过往表现，国家投资区域,基金经理投资策略，基金投资组合？）好奇为何会想到这基金？

不懂是不是因为这基金的D ISTRIBUTION INCOME 由ANNUAL BASIS 换去 QUATERLY BASIS 料呢？

Yes, agreed for that, but have to see what actually the investor mainly purpose, and their risk bearing level too. Experience and also confidence.

Portfolio Allocation是根据个人投资目的，目标，风险承受能力，投资数额，是否每月定时加额，投资存放时间，投资回酬率期望而设计的。
国内有许多好基金，CPAM funds 只是其中一个选择而已。。。

Totally Agreed. Advisers knowledge must have very strong knowledge of investment before give proper advice to investors and according to investors needs.
