（吉隆坡16日讯）麻坡万利（MBL，5152，主板工业产品股）截至2011年12月31日财年，献议派每股2.5仙的单层免税中期股息。

公司发布文告表示，上述股息的除权日和享有权益日期分别为2011年11月30日和12月2日，派息日则落在2011年12月16日。[NanYang]

麻坡萬利176萬售地

（吉隆坡6日訊）麻坡萬利（MBL，5152，主要板工業）獨資子公司麻坡萬利工程，以176萬329令吉脫售2塊土地。

該公司今日發佈文告說，上述2塊土地皆位于麻坡巴口路（Jalan Bakri），總面積達4974平方公尺的土地售價91萬174令吉，另一面積4646平方公尺的土地為85萬155令吉。

麻坡萬利指出，脫售上述資產並不會影響公司繳足資本及持股分佈，也不會對現有財年淨資產、盈利及負債帶來明顯改變。

該公司董事局透露，脫售這2塊土地可有效釋放公司價值，未來也無需再為這項投資背負維修成本，脫售所得也可充作公司營運資本及現金流。[ChinaPress]

    Yen老大，现在跳去RM0.895咯，如果你昨晚RM0.83买进100lots现卖出的话，大约赚RM500了，不过你需要RM8400来压着几天啦

    Yen,今天很多涨是因为希腊换债可期，所以帮了一把。(但我的Kinsteel和Masteel没有动静）
MBL这么多年来最高点是RM7.12（11月2009）和RM7.2（7月2011），过后就下到蛮够力的
现在创了一个高点，我也不太会分析可能我帮你问一问我的remiser
