达全球今年海内外
推10亿房产项目

（吉隆坡30日讯）达全球（TAGB，5158，主板产业股）计划在今年推出发展总值达10亿令吉的国内外产业项目。

达全球执行董事邱宝金在股东大会后的记者会上表示，公司一直在策划新产业计划，但市场变化不定，而且讲究时机。

她提及，公司新上任的总执行长程如锦，也一直计划推出更庞大与更具吸引力的产业。

邱宝金说，去年的产业营业额贡献主要来自海外业务，而今年动工的国内产业项目，也需等待明年方可带来贡献。

目前该集团位于八打灵再也，需时10年发展的Damansara Avenue城镇计划，发展总值大约为38亿令吉。

达企业（TA，4898，主板金融股）董事经理兼总执行长拿汀陈桂芳表示，Damansara Avenue城镇内的Ativo Suite预计将在第三季推出，发展总值达4.5亿令吉。

海外产业方面，达全球在悉尼的Little Bay产业计划，发展总值约4.8亿令吉。

而位于温哥华的特朗普酒店大厦，预定于今年8月开幕，发展总值大约5.4亿令吉。

另一方面，陈桂芳表示，达企业目前在国内拥有9间达证券分行，并计划在未来开设更多的分行。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡10日讯）特朗普当选美国总统，激励了达全球（TAGB，5158，主板产业股）和达企业（TA，4898，主板金融股）的股价飙涨，因为该集团与特朗普有业务关系。

达企业持有达全球60.17%的股权。

达全球是位于温哥华的特朗普国际酒店及大厦（Trump International Hotel and Tower Vancouver）的联营发展商。

一向以来，达全球和达企业的交易量都较为平淡，今日交易量竟分别有5905万3300股以及595万7400股。

特朗普在大选中获胜后，似乎有许多投资者对两家公司的股票有兴趣。

洪建文．特朗普概念股

特朗普成为“总统先生”已经几天了，暗自捶胸怨叹自己“瞎了眼”的投资者，不少应该配了副新眼镜，胸前的淤青应该也散了不少。

老实说，在“虚假”民调和信息满天飞的情况下，被“虚拟”的美好世界给遮蔽双眼的绝对不在少数，投资者那里听得见低调的异见，唯有在“看走眼”的情况下亡羊补牢，急忙拥抱特朗普概念股来修补破损的关系。

因此，在亡羊补牢的心态簇拥下，特朗普概念股遍地开花，当中以中国股民最具创意，一只与特朗普毫无关系的“川大智胜”，单凭其寓意“川普（特朗普）出奇制胜”，一跃成为网民心中的“特朗普概念股”，股价涨得一塌糊涂。

相比之下，另一只名为“西仪股份”的股票更为可怜，只因股名谐音“希姨”，即被当作希拉里概念股，股价莫名其妙在周三跌停。

不过，比起那些半路出家的杂牌军，达全球（TAGB，5158，主板产业组）的“特朗普概念股”血统可是纯正多了，绝对经得起时间的考验。

要追溯起达全球和特朗普结下的善缘，这完全归功于集团独具慧眼，在2014年4月杪建议以1亿加元，向西乔治亚发展公司收购加拿大特朗普国际酒店计划（Trump Hotel）。

更叫人惊喜的是，这栋名师设计的大楼将在今年杪竣工，并随即向全球投资者公开发售，仿佛就是预先为“总统先生”入主白宫准备贺礼，难怪特朗普一当选，达全球在总统光环加持下，一周股价即扬10%，并带动母公司达企业改写52周新高。

特朗普鱼跃龙门身价百倍，达全球与之扯上关系鸡犬升天，并不叫人意外，但关键在于风光得了多久？

投资者都是贪新鲜，善忘的，特朗普风潮正热，达全球只是刚好搭上这趟便车，一旦特朗普上任后，未来日见夜见，投资者那还会对他抱以热情，而达全球近年来业绩表现并不甚理想，在缺乏夯实的基础下，股价能否持续长虹值得商榷。

概念股只是一时的炒作题材，根本无法恒久远，投资者与其追着虚无飘渺的“概念”跑，不如专心寻找将虚幻的“概念”打造成现实的公司，才是恒久投资的致胜之道。

“特朗普沒做錯甚麼” 達環球溫哥華酒店不換名

（吉隆坡16日訊）達環球（TAGB，5158，主要板房產）不會為旗下溫哥華豪華公寓及酒店項目更換名字，堅持以美國總統特朗普的名字命名。

《金融時報》報導，達環球兼溫哥華房地產發展商Holborn集團總執行長程如錦說：“我們經已鎖定合約”。他認為從商業角度而言，特朗普家族並沒有做錯什么。

報導指出，當地居民要求該集團將特朗普的名字從溫哥華特朗普國際酒店大樓中移除；上述63層樓高的酒店是特朗普集團（Trump Organisation）及Holborn集團聯營的項目，共耗資約3.6億加元（約12.3億令吉）打造。

Holborn集團由大馬房地產發展商拿督程鐵建所創辦，他也是達企業（TA，4898，主要板金融）主席，現年37歲的程如錦是他的兒子。

報導指出，上述項目中的公寓早已售罄，酒店則會在2月底盛大開業，有關發展在展延6個月后，已在上個月試營（Soft Opening）。

上述建築由Holborn集團所擁有，特朗普集團則收費負責管理及從中收取許可費用以讓該項目以“特朗普”名字命名，並在達到一定訪客數量后，收取額外的“獎勵金”。

自特朗普勝選以來，達環球股價便大漲了26.09%或6仙至29仙。

马产业大亨程如锦眼光独到‧与特朗普合作获厚利

（吉隆坡28日讯）大马富豪拿督程铁建的长子——产业大亨程如锦与美国总统特朗普同名品牌早前签署品牌授权协议，并在加拿大首都温哥华兴建“特朗普国际酒店及大楼”，而他所赚的利润也远比他所开的价来得高。

程如锦已在这次的合作中获利，而其持有的达全球（TA Global）从温哥华特朗普项目中所赚取的盈利，在2015年报1040万美元（约4618万令吉），占总盈利的57%。

特朗普国际酒店及大楼即将在本周开幕，这栋由加拿大顶尖建筑师设计，69层高气派大楼的售价已经在该国破纪录，但当地警方预计特朗普2名儿子为酒店及大楼开幕时将引起大型示威活动，反对将特朗普品牌产业设为地标。

不过，程如锦在接受美联社的专访时说，他的鸿博（Holborn）地产集团是在特朗普政治崛起前，约2013年与他达成交易；而他看中的是特朗普品牌的生命力与威望。

他去年接受英文报章《星报》的访问时也说道：“我要的是一个能吸引很多注意力的品牌，以致大众会转而对我留下深刻印象，知道我负责这个品牌。”

对特朗普言论感“极度压力”

程如锦也说，自己之所以选择特朗普品牌，是因为与特朗普的长子小特朗普关系微妙。

“我们都是长子，而我们的父亲都很专制；我们或许在财务上没问题，但我们无法获得父母的注意，因为他们都忙着工作。”

不过，他坦承自己目前被上述合作协议“锁住”，没有退出交易的法律依据，而条件目前也尚未公布。

“这会是严重的法律后果。”

在特朗普于今年1月20日的宣誓仪式，程如锦也在社交媒体Instagram分享自己身在其中的照片。

但是，他在访问中指出，他对特朗普发表有关穆斯林、墨西哥人及女性的言论感到“极度压力”。“因为人们都因此攻击我，我进行了很多心灵探索。”

37岁的程如锦在加入产业界前靠股票累积财富，较后继承家业，于去年被委任程铁建的达企业（TA Enterprise）子公司达全球的首席执行员；而鸿博地产集团的基地则在加拿大。

达全球推Ativo Suites公寓

（吉隆坡25日讯）达全球（TAGB，5158，主板产业股）推介发展总值达5亿5000万令吉的Ativo Suites公寓，放眼打造年轻人向往的时尚及优质生活。

该公司昨日推介位于斯里白沙罗的Damansara Avenue产业项目（简称DA项目）展示厅，一同推介Ativo Suites公寓。Ativo Suites公寓共分2座公寓，分别高37及34楼，一共有686个单位。

达全球总执行长程如锦指出，该公寓预计在今年5月动工，并料在2021年中旬建峻。

他是在DA项目展示厅和Ativo Suites公寓推介礼上如是指出。出席者包括非独立非执行董事拿汀陈桂芳、执行董事邱宝金、集团销售与市场主管蔡颂荣及工程总监李元丰等。

程如锦说，DA项目共占地48英亩，是一项综合商务发展项目。整个项目的发展总值达72亿令吉，料耗时10年完成。

他补充：“DA项目的发展元素还包括服务式公寓、零售单位、办公楼、运动场、表演与艺术中心及购物广场。”

程如锦还指出，面积介于500平方尺至1500平方尺的公寓单位，将采用智能系统。住户可利用手机应用程式，轻松的遥控和控制家中的电器及电灯，调节使用量。

还可控制门锁，辨识访客、监控公寓的保安，甚至是通过该手机程式订购食物。

另一方面，程如锦透露，该公司于2010年，已推出Ativo Plaza及Azelia Residence，建筑工程都已完成，且相关单位已售罄。

DA项目位于八打灵前往甲洞方向的白沙罗大道旁，交通四通八达，位置优越。

程如锦解释：“还有环绕的第二中环公路（MRR2）及双溪毛糯公路，且DA项目也衔接捷运第二路线（MRT2），提高居民的交通便利。” 【e南洋】

Description	REASON FOR VARIATION ON THE RATE OF DIVIDEND DECLARED COMPARED TO PREVIOUS YEAR
The Board of TA Global Berhad is pleased to recommend a final dividend of 0.40 sen per ordinary share under the single-tier system for the financial year ended 31 December 2016, which is higher than the final single tier dividend of 0.25 sen per ordinary share declared for the financial period ended 31 December 2015. The proposed dividend is in line with the Company’s improved performance and higher profit achieved for the financial year ended 31 December 2016. The proposed final dividend of 0.40 sen per ordinary share under the single-tier system for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 is subject to the shareholders’ approval at the Company’s forthcoming Ninth Annual General Meeting. This announcement is dated 19 April 2017.
