Contents	:	Reference is made to our announcement dated 17 November 2009. The Company would like to clarify that whereas the announcement dated17 November 2009 stated that Dato’ Annuar has "accepted" an offer fromBSI Capital on behalf of BSI Investment Trust No.3 to acquire hisentire shareholdings in Idaman, subject to the terms and conditions tobe mutually agreed by the parties, the word "accepted" would have morecorrectly been stated as "received". In this regard, please note that BSI Capital’s offer to acquireDato’Che Mohd Annuar bin Che Mohd Senawi (“Dato’ Annuar”)’sshareholdings in Idaman has not been concluded. The offer isconditional upon the necessary approvals being obtained, including thatfrom Bank Negara Malaysia (“BNM”). Dato’ Annuar has since informed BNMof the offer received from BSI Capital to acquire his shares in Idamanand he has sought for the necessary approval from BNM to commencenegotiations for the Share Sale. This announcement is dated 7 December 2009.

IDAMAN - APPEAL AGAINST DE-LISTING DISALLOWED

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has, after due consideration of all the facts and circumstances of the matter, decided to disallow Idaman Unggul Berhad’s ("IDAMAN" or "the Company") appeal and to de-list the securities of IDAMAN.

Accordingly, the securities of IDAMAN will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on Wednesday, 23 December 2009. IDAMAN is required to communicate Bursa Securities' decision to their shareholders.

Effect of De-listing from the Official List of Bursa Securities

With respect to the securities of IDAMAN which is currently deposited with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository"), the securities may remain deposited with Bursa Depository notwithstanding the de-listing of the securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities. It is not mandatory for the securities of a company which has been de-listed to be withdrawn from Bursa Depository.

Alternatively, shareholders of IDAMAN who intend to hold their securities in the form of physical certificates can withdraw these securities from their Central Depository System (CDS) accounts with Bursa Depository, at anytime after the securities of the company are de-listed from the Official List of Bursa Securities. This can be effected by the shareholders submitting an application form for withdrawal in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Bursa Depository. These shareholders can contact any Participating Organisation of Bursa Securities and/or Bursa Securities' General Line at 03-2034 7000 for further information on the withdrawal procedures.

Upon the de-listing of IDAMAN, the Company will continue to exist but as an unlisted entity. IDAMAN is still able to continue the Company's operations and business and proceed with the Company's corporate restructuring and the shareholders can still be rewarded by the Company's performance. However, the shareholders will be holding shares which are no longer quoted and traded on Bursa Securities.

他们在吃股东的钱，如果除牌就是通吃以前买的人。
在股市里是很正常的。只要小股东多的股都会发生这样的事！

LCL也是cari的热门股，今天又新低了。

出完票的公司很容易就可以暴跌和除牌，只要他们玩以下这样就可以了。
输钱的都是买股票的小股东。所以买股最好要避开报纸或cari报好的股，越好就越容易暴跌。

    我想唯一的出路是重组及重新包装再上市，当然要看大股东要不要放本钱。 另外，idaman的皇牌是tahan insurance 的执照。现在被国行监督着。
