The Board of Directors of YOONG ONN CORPORATION BERHAD (“YOCB”) wishes to announce that Syarikat Yoong Onn Sdn Bhd (Company No. 171966-W), a wholly-owned subsidiary of YOCB, has on 27 November 2018 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Ekocheras Capital Sdn Bhd (Company No. 486071-X) for the acquisition of one floor of Office Suites at Level 13, EkoCheras Office Suites, Taman Mutiara Barat, 56000 Kuala Lumpur held under Geran 78870  Lot 480726, situated in Mukim Kuala Lumpur, in the state of Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur with net aggregate floor area of 8,987 Square feet for a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Six Million Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand and Eight Hundred only (RM6,790,800.00).   Please refer to the attachment for further details.
