Remarks :

The first and final single tier dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015 was paid on 23 August 2016 to the shareholders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors on 28 July 2016 after the approval from the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 31 May 2016.

（吉隆坡15日讯）先进联营（ASB,1481,主板工业产品组）间接联号公司Holiday Villa资产有限公司（HVA），将以232万5000瑞士法郎（约993万9000令吉）增持旗下瑞士联号Post Hotel Arosa（Arosa）13.79%股权。

该公司在文告中表示，Arosa将发行7000新股，将其注册资本从100万瑞士法郎（约444万令吉），增至450万瑞士法郎（1998万令吉），HVA将认购其中4650股。

该笔交易当中94万1165瑞士法郎（约402万3000令吉）为先进联营在2013年贷予Arosa贷款，另外138万3834瑞士法郎（约519万6000令吉）则将以现金支付。

Arosa董事兼大股东阿雅蒂为先进联营非执行董事以及其父亲为该公司执行主席拿督阿莫斯比持。

先进协作瑞士酒店失火

（吉隆坡3日讯）先进协作（ASB，1481，主板贸服股）间接子公司Posthotel Arosa AG，在瑞士的Holiday Villa Arosa酒店日前发生火灾。

先进协作向马交所报备，目前暂未能估算这场火灾带来的财物损失，不过估计有足够的保险可以弥补损失，目前正等待保险公司的评估和调查。

该公司说，火灾是在上周五（31日）下午4时发生，但所幸酒店总经理和雇员及时疏散人群，因此，没有人严重受伤。

充分投保

有4名住客被送院，但迄今仅有一人仍留院。另外，部分受轻伤的住客，在现场给予急救。

Arosa旅游局的负责人，将协助为酒店住客提供其他住宿地点。

该公司也说，对于火灾事件的导火线，目前毫无头绪。

董事部也无法确定对该公司带来的财务影响，但相信有充分投保，因此冲击不大。【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to inform that a fire incident occurred on Friday, 30 December 2016 at around 4:00 p.m. (1600 GMT)(local time in Arosa) at Holiday Villa Arosa located at Oberseepromenade, CH 7050 Arosa, Switzerland, a hotel owned by Posthotel Arosa AG, an indirect 62.49%-owned subsidiary of ASB. The speedy reaction of the hotel’s general manager and his staffs resulted in the safe evacuation of all in-house guests and staffs. However, some guests were given on the spot first aid for minor injuries and 3 guests were hospitalised but to date only 1 guest is still in the hospital. The Head of Arosa tourism assisted to provide alternative accommodations for all guests in other hotels. The cause of the fire is still unclear. At this juncture, the Board is unable to finalise the financial impact to ASB Group but believes that the damages are adequately insured pending the insurance company’s assessment. Further developments of the above matter will be announced in due course. This announcement is dated 3 January 2017.

（吉隆坡15日讯）先进联营（ASB，1481，主板工业产品组）将提供155万8660英镑（约883万令吉）预支予联号公司，以发展伦敦资产，提升产业价值。

该公司发文告表示，独资子公司Synergy Realty股份有限公司（SRI）将为40%持股公司Helenium控股有限公司（HHL）提供股东预支或认股设施。

HHL已提呈伦敦Kilburn公寓翻新工程计划书，预计建筑期从2017年12月至2018年杪，整体资本开销预算为503万1000英镑。

HHL有意透过股东及银行贷款融资，股东预计需提供389万6650英镑资金，SRI的40%持股料需预支155万8660英镑，其余60%资金由集团执行主席拿督阿末瑟比巴卡及非独立非执行董事安东塞兹拿督阿末瑟比贡献。

两者分别持股35%及25%。
