Ltd., (OOPA) against Mr Bui Sy Phong (Mr Bui) | We refer to our announcements on 6 September 2019, 17 June 2021 and 18 June 2021 pertaining to the announcements made by Captii, our subsidiary, to the SGX in relation to the suit HC/S 885/2019 in the High Court of the Republic of Singapore (“Suit”) filed by OOPA against Mr Bui.
