答：
（3）先進聯營過去兩、三年非常低調，除了宣佈過兩、三宗的收購產業特別是酒店資產之外，就沒有其他重大的企業消息。

資料顯示，以目前該公司市值21仙為准，截至2011年12月31日為止財政年全年每股淨利為0.85仙，本益比約為24.70倍，若以一般估值標准，是有點過高。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）

近來看到的好幾隻股都是有PROFIT但是股價就一直往下探!
如此股的NET ASSET 0.916 , 但股價卻連0.2也撐不住啊!

手上好幾隻都是這樣的, 全LOSS.

（吉隆坡22日訊）先進聯營（ASB,1481,主板工業產品組）間接獨資子公司Antara Holiday Villas公司（AHV），以220萬令吉向ASH控股公司收購吉隆坡市中心的辦公室單位。

先進聯營在文告中說，旗下酒店和名勝部門目前租用該辦公室，透過這次收購，該部門將可擁有本身的辦公室。（星洲日報／財經）

先進聯營第三季虧523萬
先進聯營最近公佈了最新業績，第三季蒙受523萬4千令吉虧損，前期是獲利28萬6千令吉；首三季也蒙損120萬1千令吉，比較前期是261萬7千令吉。

由於資訊和通訊科技部的營收走低，該公司第三季營業額自前期5千546萬令吉微挫1%到5千489萬3千令吉，首三季營業額則由前期1億6千461萬6千令吉微起1.79%到1億6千756萬1千令吉。

該公司的業務多元，包括投資控股、酒店和名勝、資訊和通訊科技、產業發展、旅遊部，但整體而言，第三季的表現平平。投資控股因聯號公司的貢獻受挫，虧損由前季的90萬令吉擴大到380萬令吉；酒店和名勝業務的經歷因脫售子公司蒙虧50萬令吉，稅前盈利自次季的40萬令吉減半到20萬；資訊和通訊科技業礙於東南亞市場的商業單位營運支援系統營收滑落，營業額從次季的1千230萬令吉跌到900萬；因營收欠佳，產業發展部的稅前盈利較前季34萬令吉低，僅達25萬令吉，旅遊部也自次季的2千200萬令吉降低到2千零40萬。該公司其他部門的虧損，也因經常費用提高，由前季的180萬令吉，擴大到230萬。

該公司坦言，在全球經濟展望不穩、歐元區債務危機懸而未決、中國和許多經濟體成長走低的風險之下，截至12月杪的財政年表現持續面臨挑戰。

儘管如此，該公司的各部門將持續評估業務，同時採取各措施推動業務成長，包括擴展業務據點、加強分銷網絡、市場和產品發展。

The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that AHV has on 10 January 2013entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (“JV Agreement”) with THHR to incorporate a private limited company in Malaysia (“JV Company”) with a view to jointly manage the Hotel to be developed by Lembaga Tabung Haji at Kuala Nerus, Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu (“Hotel”) under the Holiday Villa brand upon completion of the Hotel which is expected to be by middle of 2013. The JV Company is proposed to be incorporated with an authorised and issued and paid up share capital of RM500,000.00 comprising 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. The parties’ interest in the JV Company shall be in the following proportion:- Party Percentage THHR 30% AHV 70% Consequently, upon incorporation, the JV Company shall be a 70%-owned subsidiary of AHV. THHR is a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 and having its registered address at Level 18, The Gardens North Tower, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur and its business address at Level 18, Bangunan Tabung Haji, 201, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. The JV Agreement is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net assets per share of ASB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.
