（吉隆坡25日訊）柳谷系統（WILLOW，0008，主要板科技股）以約1182萬令吉，收購WILLOWGLEN系統公司A級和C級股票。

該公司向馬證交所報備，通過Willowglen亞洲私人有限公司收購WILLOWGLEN系統1960股A級股和479萬9929股D級股。其中A級股具投票權但不獲股息，C級和D級股不具投票權但可獲分發股息。

上述收購有助柳谷系統擴展加拿大、美國和其他市場，並攝取新的專有技術和知識產權，為長期產品發展創造協同效益。

柳谷系統將通過內部融資，料在7月完成收購活動。【中国报财经】

包揽狮城694万合约 柳谷负责安全系统

（吉隆坡9日讯）柳谷系统有限公司（WILLOW，0008，科技组）从Incsys私人有限公司的手中，包揽一项价值694万令吉的合约，负责在新加坡进行综合安全与营运监控系统（ISOSS）工作。

柳谷系统在致给大马交易所文件中表示，独资子公司柳谷服务私人有限公司在12月4日获颁一项分包合约，为新加坡裕廊先驱电缆隧道（Jurong Island to Pioneer Transmission Cable Tunnel ELV）进行设计与建筑工作，譬如ISOSS工作。

该合约已于今年10月21日生效，预计在2017年10月30日完工。

柳谷系统表示：“此合约料可为公司截至2016年和2017年12月杪的盈利与每股净资产，带来进账。”

此外，这项合约将不获续约，并涉及正常的商业风险。【光华日报财经】

柳谷競標政府監管系統‧放眼攫多項合約

（吉隆坡27日訊）柳谷系統（WILLOW，0008，主板科技組）放眼攫取多項合約，合約類型包括政府監管系統、捷運2號線及輕快鐵3號線。

該公司董事經理黃宗秋在股東大會後表示，公司目前正在競標與政府相關監控系統合約，該合約是公司涉足新領域的第一步。

柳谷系統核心業務為監視控制與數據採集系統（SCADA），在工業領域安裝了超過一萬個遠程終端控制系統（RTU），包括油氣業傳輸與配送、電力監控、鐵道運輸、軍事設備與雷達系統、公寓監控等等。

他說，該合約涉及國家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板貿服組），潛力發展相當高。基於保密守則，暫不透露詳情。

“國能已經鑑定公司為合格的競標商，惟尚未頒佈合約。”

他補充，國能監控系統合約高達上億令吉。

“公司每個月都有不同價值的替補合約，只有高於500萬令吉的合約，才會發佈文告。”

1.5億未執行合約

有關未執行合約方面，他表示，目前未執行合約為1億5千萬令吉，可支撐公司未來12至18個月的業務，而競標中的合約總值介於3億至4億令吉左右。

“競標的成功率為20至30%左右。”

他表示，公司去年把業務拓展至加拿大，客戶來油氣領域，加拿大貢獻了500萬至600萬加元（約1千500萬至1千870萬令吉）營業額，預期來年仍有正面的成長。

70%營收來自新加坡

他說，公司20%營業額來自新加坡維修業務，屬於經常性收入。目前，公司70%的營業額來自新加坡業務貢獻。

“公司也有意攫取馬新高鐵監控合約，惟現在言之過早。”

他也期望，公司今年業務可以取得約10%的成長。

該公司2015財政年營業額與稅後淨利報1億1千927萬令吉及1千720萬令吉，成長幅度為8.67%及1.8%。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡23日讯）柳谷（WILLOW，0008，主板科技股）今天宣佈，获得一项输电站远程终站供应、交付、安装和操作合约，总值约573万令吉。

该公司表示，其独资子公司--柳谷服务私人有限公司，是在6月22日，获得SP Power Assets有限公司颁发的输电站远程终站供应合约。

同时，该公司补充，这项合约的期限从6月17日算起，並將在2019年8月1日完工。

柳谷与新加坡上市公司合作提供安全解决方案

（吉隆坡14日讯）柳谷（Willowglen MSC Bhd）与新加坡资讯科技公司联手合作，以扩大其现有的安全解决方案、系统和服务。

这家电脑控制系统供应商今日透过大马交易所发文告报备指，该集团与新加坡交易所凯利板（Catalist Board）上市公司Secura Group Ltd就上述合作，签署一项股东协议。

根据这项协议，双方将成立一家名为Secura Malaysia私人有限公司的联营公司，两家公司将各别持股50%。

Secura Malaysia将负责提供网络安全、国土安全、安全咨询、安全系统综合，以及其他安全产品和服务。

这家创业板上市公司预计，Secura Malaysia将顺利于2016年9月成立。

柳谷获1004万合约

（吉隆坡21日讯）电脑监控系统供应商柳谷（WILLOW，0008，主板科技股）宣布，获新加坡SP PowerAssets有限公司颁发总值1004万3000令吉的合约。

根据文告，这项合约是由柳谷独资子公司Willowglen服务私人有限公司获得，负责SP PowerAssets入侵检测系统（Intruder Detection System）的供应、安装及维修工程。

这项合约从即日起展开，预计在2018年9月20日完成。

柳谷预计，这项合约将为公司2017财年和2018财年，带来净利贡献。【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that on 21 September 2016, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has been awarded a contract valued equivalent to approximately RM10,043,000 by SP PowerAssets Ltd for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Intruder Detection System. The commencement date of the contract is on 21 September 2016 and will be completed by 20 September 2018. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2017 to 2018. The contract is not renewable and the risk in respect of the contract is the normal business risks. （吉隆坡17日讯）柳谷系统有限公司（WILLOW，0008，科技组）全资子公司柳谷服务有限公司，已获五洋建筑有限公司颁发556万令吉的合约。

它致函大马交易所表示，该份合约的工作范围是设计、供应及安装监察、控制和数据收集系统。

该集团称，上述合约的动工日期已在2016年9月29日起开始，料将在2017年11月30日完成。

柳谷系统补充：“预计该合约将会对集团在截至2016年和2017年12月31日止财政年度的盈利和每股净资产作出积极的贡献。”【光华日报财经】
