收起来先。如果你有注意到的话，在过年和过年期间忽然有很大的交易量，虽然没起，但肯定一点有人在大量买入。

我相信为来得几个星期，肯定有些动作（利好消息），到时才卖也不迟。

裕豐獲亞庇2億合約

（吉隆坡27日訊）裕豐（PJI，7122，主要板貿易）獲得兩項位于沙巴亞庇，總值約2億709萬令吉的商業地產建築合約。

裕豐今日向馬證交所報備，子公司Trolka工程公司（KTSB）昨日收到兩封來自Sunsea發展私人有限公司（Sunsea Development）發出的建築頒發書，主要是建設及完成未完成的工程。

第1份合約為完成3層樓的購物商場和低層停車場設施的建設，總值為9236萬令吉，完成日期為今年的7月9日。

第2份合約為完成一棟7層樓的套房和一棟13層樓的酒店和基礎設施的建設，總值為1億1472萬令吉，完成日期分別為今年的10月14日和明年的4月14日。

該公司指出，該合約將為截至本財年6月底的收益與淨資產做出貢獻。[中国报财经]

场外收购7.04%股权 General Technology 晋裕丰大股东

（吉隆坡10日讯）General Technology私人有限公司通过公开市场，收购裕丰（PJI，7122，主板贸服股）（前称八打灵建设）4288万股或相等于7.04%股权后，崛起成为大股东。

根据上述持股权，General Technology已是裕丰最大股东，第二大股东则是杜顺发（译音），持有3067万股或5.04%股权。

让人感到好奇的是，尽管他们皆持有显著股权，但是却没有委任代表进入董事部。

根据大马公司委员会的资料，General Technology的股东是汇丰信托（马）有限公司，公司董事则是年届74的裕大（Industrial Concrete Products）前任董事经理林阳杰及妻子郭宝萍（译音）。

该公司的另外一名董事为黄达昌（译音）。

林阳杰是裕大创办人之一，在2004年9月份退休之前，曾经担任董事经理一职。

他在制造与建筑业拥有逾40年经验，并曾于1961年至1970年期间，在公共工程局（JKR）任职。

同时，他也是Jurutama私人有限公司的创办人之一，该公司在1971年堪称“A级”承包商。

追溯1983年，Jurutama被怡保花园（IGB，1597，主板产业股）收购，随后注入IJM（IJM，3336，主板建筑股）。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡14日讯）裕丰（PJI，7122，主板贸服股）建议一系列企业活动，包括增加法定股本、设立雇员认股计划（ESOS）、更换公司名及修订公司章程。

裕丰向马交所报备，建议下列4项企业活动：
（1）把每股面值10仙现有1亿令吉法定股本（涵盖1亿股）增加至5亿令吉（涵盖5亿股）。
（2）设立雇员认股计划，最高达现有已发行已缴足资本的15%。
（3）更换公司名至YFG有限公司（YFG Berhad）。

裕豐獲3197萬捷運工程合約

（吉隆坡30日訊）裕豐（PJI，7122，主要板貿易）子公司P.J. Indah有限公司獲得捷運公司頒發3197萬令吉的捷運系統工程配套。

此公司向馬交證所報備，P.J. Indah負責位于巴生谷雙溪毛糯車站的V1至V2配套。此公司將會供應、購買、安裝、測試及調試火災探測和保護配套。

文告指出，此合約估計會于2014年12月完成，料不會對公司截至6月30日的營業額有極大影響，但將帶動未來業績。[中国报财经]
