kdu 会在今年IPO,以凑资在PENANG & ISKANDAR 建新国际学校,2014年建成启用。
24/2/2012 将公布2011年第4季度财报和2011全年净利,已计算净利高达7千万,24/2/2012也会公告全年股息RM170,
2011年9月已发放中期股息RM50,所以终期股息是RM120将在2012年上半年发放。 |

百樂園斥954萬 認購澳洲單位信託

(吉隆坡23日訊)百樂園(PARAMON,1724,主要板房產)以300萬澳元(約954萬令吉)認購澳洲單位信託。
該公司向馬證交所所報備說,獨資子公司百樂園投資與房產,以每單位1澳元(約3.18令吉)認購VIP百樂園單位信託300萬個單位,總值現金300萬澳元。
VIP百樂園單位信託規模達600萬個單位,由VIP百樂園公司管理。
上述認購不會影響截至12月31日2011財年的公司股本、盈利、負債及淨資產值。[ChinaPress] |

百樂園斥1.25億 購八打靈工業地

(吉隆坡12日訊)百樂園(PARAMON,1724,主要板房產)斥資1億2500萬令吉,向資遣工的美企Spansion收購位于八打靈重工業園30畝工業地。
該公司向馬證交所報備指出,子公司已與Spansion進入買賣協議,以1億2500萬令吉收購該土地。
文告指出,此收購是配合百樂園拓展地庫計劃,有助維持長期收入。
該公司指出,此現成工業地可讓公司直接申請修改設計后出售,預計2013財年正式動工,估計耗時7年發展整項計劃。
文告指出,計劃尚未命名,公司亦暫未確定發展成本,故暫時無法推測發展總值。
賣方Spansion為美國NOR閃存記憶體(Flash Memory)供應商,受經濟不景氣影響,關閉位于該工業地製造廠房,660名員工遭資遣。[ChinaPress] |

(吉隆坡13日訊)百樂園(PARAMON,1724,主板產業組)以1億2千500萬令吉,收購沙阿南的一塊永久地契地庫及當中的廠房,以打造工業計劃,承建半獨立式廠房。
受到這項消息激勵,該股一度揚升3仙或1.9%至1令吉61仙,閉市報1令吉59仙,起1仙。
分析
由於百樂園的工業計劃將“複製”表現卓越的哥打白沙羅“Surian工業園”,因此以“Surian工業園”為基準,興業研究估計新計劃的發展總值將達約2億8千萬令吉。
“我們認為地庫收購價合理,相等於每平方呎96令吉,較華陽(HUAYANG,5062,主板產業組)位於沙阿南體育館附近的租賃地庫每平方呎叫價80令吉。”
該行相信市場對該計劃有一定的需求,特別是中小型企業,而且該地庫擁有良好的交通網絡,可輕易銜接至各主要大道,週遭林立各大型廠房。
興業預計地庫收購計劃可在3個月內完成,料在2013年初對外推介,發展期長達7年,激勵2013及2014財政年財測獲上調6%至12%;且維持百樂園“符合大市”評級,合理價1令吉65仙。(星洲日報/財經) |

多方獻購KDU‧百樂園無意脫售

(吉隆坡6日訊)百樂園(PARAMON,1724,主板產業組)雖然接獲多方收購伯樂學院(KDU)股份建議,但目前無意脫售該資產,未來會持續增加產業投資以提昇收益。
針對大馬教育領域近期頻傳併購活動的消息,伯樂學院教育集團首席執行員拿汀鄭玉蓮在股東大會後表示,該公司也接獲多方買家建議,計劃收購旗下的伯樂學院股份。
“除了國家股份公司(EKUINAS),還有其他公司曾經和我們接洽。公司會依據情況和收購條件,考慮參股計劃是否長期益及公司和股東,但目前並無意售賣該項資產。”
她表示,若符合經營理念及條件,會考慮讓對方參股,並視情況決定經營模式。
另外,百樂園董事經理拿督劉榮洲亦透露,雖然產業市場因打房政策呈放緩跡象,但未來公司還是會提昇產業投資增加收益,預計2013年業績會比今年表現佳。
“公司計劃在巴生河流域一帶尋找新地段,並打算為巴生及八打靈再也13區的產業進行翻新。至於澳洲聯營產業發展則計劃建設住宅單位。”
他補充,由於檳城北海的計劃還處於洽談階段,目前無法透露其進展。
派息方面,他表示會派息40%,並考慮採取固定派息政策。
目前產業貢獻80%營業額,其餘20%來自教育業務,產業總發展值為50億令吉,地庫可應付5至8年發展。
曾世揚接任CEO
另一方面,百樂園宣佈,董事經理兼首席執行員王敬壽將從6月18日起卸任,由曾世揚接任為該公司新首席執行員。
曾世揚為新加坡國立大學會計學學士,是前任桂嘉資產管理(QCAPITA,5123,主板產業投資信托組)首席執行員兼執行董事。(星洲日報/財經) |
