那个LR是公司献意股东们用钱来申请ICULS（不可赎回可转换债券股）我建议你拿钱来申请。。你还可以申请多点。。。再有不明白PM我。。

产业投资和工程收入减 成功机构净利挫53%

（吉隆坡29日讯）产业投资与发展业务工程收入减少，成功机构（BjCorp，3395，主板贸服股）截至今年1月31日第三季净利滑落52.93%至1528万令吉，上财年同期为3246万5000令吉。

集团表示，消费者产品与服务行销业务配合进军新市场导致成本增加，也是影响盈利表现的原因。

但在博彩和酒店与度假村业务带动下，集团第三季营业额仍扬升1.68%至18亿701万3000令吉，上财年同期为17亿7723万7000令吉。

集团披露，大马成功多多私人有限公司（Sports Toto Malaysia）农历新年期间、一般会取得较高的销售额，而且这期间的开彩数量也比较多。

同时，由于浮罗交怡海事和航空展览会（LIMA）在这季度内举办，成功机构在浮罗交怡度假村的租用率也改进，进而带动酒店与度假村业务营业额。

截至1月31日首9个月，成功机构共录得3亿882万4000令吉净利，比上财年同期的2亿4446万9000令吉高出26.32%。

营业额微增
集团的同期营业额也按年增长了0.98%至52亿9293万3000令吉，上财年同期则为52亿4171万4000令吉。

集团指出，脱售成功财产保险（Berjaya Sompo Insurance）40%股权而取得的回酬，是带动首9个月盈利表现的原因之一。

集团现财年第三季和首9个月的每股盈利分别为0.35仙和7.05仙，上财年同期分别为0.74仙和5.60仙。

展望未来，成功机构董事认为，由于全球经济走势不明确，集团在现财年第四季会维持现有表现。[Nanyang]

老实说我在0.93-0.955的时候进了很多~
曾经也在0.98-1.05时出了很多~
以目前的价位可以说已经蛮漂亮的切入点，差不多是时候要反彈了。。。
也许在Warrant上市后反彈。。
