緯樹2200萬購高寶成資產

（吉隆坡9日訊）緯樹控股（LATITUD,7006,主板消費品組）以2千200萬令吉收購高寶成集團（KPSCB,9121,主板貿服組）的巴生永久商業地產業及所有機械器材，以拓展上游及家具零件業務。

緯樹控股發文告表示，旗下公司將收購吧生加埔的1.7705公頃用久商業地產業及所有機械器材，出價分別是1千900萬令吉及300萬令吉。（星洲網）

（吉隆坡22日讯）纬树（LATITUD，7006，主板消费产品股）向马交所报备，关耀银（译音）持续增持该公司股权后，晋身为大股东。

该公司指出，关耀银在10月2日，收购了纬树487万600股或5.01%股权后，之后在10月3日至11月5日间，持续增持纬树股权。

受惠令吉汇价疲弱　纬树控股盈利更强稳

（吉隆坡3日讯）美国市场在截至2014年6月30日止财政年贡献93％的总收入后，因此令吉汇价转弱对家具制造商纬树控股有限公司（LATITUD，7006，消费产品组）有利，因它在汇兑收益中取得较高的赚益。

该集团董事经理林锦宏告诉传媒，美元兑令吉每升1％，意味着营业额和税前利润分别增加15万令吉及1万5000令吉。

他说：“我们期望美元会在明年持续走强，以提振我们的利润。与此同时，来自美国的需求也很高，我们期待它将会成为我们的销售动力。”

鉴于大马依赖石油收入，目前令吉兑美元下降了11％至3.50令吉，是自2009年以来的最低，而油价在过去4个月已跌至5年来的低位。

据台湾出生的林氏称，集团的产品满足中至中高收入家庭。随着美国的购房活动开始复苏，他预测木制家具的需求将会获得支持。

他指出：“我们的工厂几乎以100%的产能运作。我们也拨出800万至1000万美元，在越南兴建一座木材制造工厂，使到我们的木材供应可以源源不断。”

纬树控股是由林氏的已故父亲林鑫铿于1988年创立。目前，它已在3个国家，即马来西亚、泰国和越南拥有业务。在大马和泰国的业务，主要是生产实心橡胶木餐桌椅等家具，而越南工厂则制造各种木制的卧室家具。

自2013年5月8日起，令吉兑美元从2.9625令吉开始下降，该集团一直受惠令吉汇价走弱。在2014财政年度，它的净利润大幅增长125.79％至5502万令吉或每股盈利56.6仙，这是自1997年上市以来最高水平，而营业额则增长31.87％至6亿5103万令吉。

在2013财政年，纬树控股公布了净利润达2437万令吉或每股盈利25.07仙。这较2012财政年的984万令吉增长近3倍，由于美国在该年遭到经济危机，因此集团的业务大受打击。

自去年起，令吉开始下滑后，投资者对纬树控股股票的购兴不断上升。在短短一年间，该股价格已上涨近两倍。今日闭市时报3.60令吉，而市值则达3亿5090万令吉。今年10月1日，该股升至3.93令吉的历史高位。

在截至2014年9月30日止第1季度，纬树控股净利润按年增长14％至1665万令吉。然而，强劲的令吉将营业额拉低0.75％至1亿7574万令吉。

此外，该季度的利润率也按年从16.9％下降至14.92％。

但是，林氏预计：“原油价格大幅下降，也令到海外的原材料价格下跌。虽然，我认为客户会讨价还价，以降低售价，因为他们知道我们从美元走强和油价走低中赚取更多利润，不过，强劲的需求将使我们能够保持更优惠的价格。”

另一方面，在截至2015财政年第1季度，它的总借贷按年减少6.45％至8113万令吉。而融资成本也按年下降30.28％至68万4000令吉。

截至今年9月30日止，公司的现金储备达5007万令吉，折合每股52仙。

然而，林氏警告说：“我们的业务是有周期性的，通常1至6月是销售的淡季。因为客户在7至12月间建立库存，所以每年的上半财政年业绩是很出色的。”【光华日报财经】
