收購強化競爭力‧AWC正面成長

(吉隆坡1日訊)AWC設施方案(AWC,7579,主板貿服組)相信新收購公司會對業務有正面的貢獻及有信心獲得更新政府大樓管理合約。

在今日股東特大結束後,該公司董事經理拿督阿莫卡比爾表示,今天新收購的兩間私人有限公司,將會強化該公司核心業務的競爭力。

詢及這兩所公司對集團帶來多少盈利貢獻,首席財政員蘭迪切蒂表示,以上兩間公司兩年內的保證利潤是780萬令吉,而公司上個財年盈利成長為7%,相信若能保持過往紀錄,該公司業績有正面成長。

專注私人領域發展

他也補充,該公司接著會更專注於私人領域的發展,因為做出成績後,會更有實際的成果來表示該公司具有良好的管理經驗和解決問題能力。

新收購兩家公司分別是Qudotech私人有限公司及DD Techniche私人有限公司,前者業務是水管相關機械電子工程,後者則是機械工程承包商,包括設計雨水蓄集產品的導管與系統,也從事特殊水槽貿易業務。

Qudotech私人有限公司目前手上的合約總值約有6千600萬令吉,大約4千500萬已完成。最近計劃競標合約的總值約有1億令吉。

AWC設施之前私有化南馬和砂勞越地區政府大樓特許經營合約,在2013年6月到期。目前採取每6個月檢討和更新合約的方式進行。

阿莫卡比爾表示目前該公司正在和政府討論合約更新,他相當有信心該公司會繼續獲得合約,只是一些文件上的往來問題需要解決。

擬開發港垃圾自動收集市場

該公司目前也有新的海外計劃,該公司打算開發香港的垃圾自動收集(AWCS)市場,惟具體詳情尚未能公佈。

詢及大馬最近推動垃圾分類計劃,對該公司的業務是否有正面的影響。他表示這對公司是一項利多,只是此項政策尚未十分完善。在資源回收政策完善外國,公司推廣這項系統反而更為容易。

關於垃圾處理和回收方面,本地業務和國外業務的比例是對半。

Stream的服務內容,是透過建立覆蓋範圍廣泛的地下導管,自動收集和分類有關地區民眾製造的垃圾,無須再依賴人手或垃圾車,(星洲日報/財經)

AWC取消MOU

(吉隆坡6日讯)AWC(AWC,7579,主板贸服股)宣布,取消与NIHON TUNA资源机构签署有关海事设备管理的了解备忘录(MOU)。

AWC表示,从2011年6月23日签署MOU至今,由于没有任何进展,因此已通知对方取消MOU,并已从10月29日起生效。【南洋网财经】

We refer to the announcements made by the Company on 23 June 2011, 25 August 2011, 29 November 2011, 28 February 2012, 29 May 2012, 29 August 2012, 29 November 2012, 27 February 2013, 29 May 2013, 28 August 2013, 27 November 2013, 27 February 2014, 27 May 2014, 27 August 2014, 24 November 2014, 17 February 2015, 21 May 2015 and 28 August 2015 pertaining to the MOU between AWC and Nihon Tuna Resources Corporation in relation to the management of marine facilities available in Malaysia through technology cooperation and other relevant efforts.

In view of the fact that there has been no development at all since the execution of the MOU, the MOU is deemed to have no force and effect. The Board of Directors of AWC wishes to inform that the MOU was terminated with effect from 29 October 2015 pursuant to a notice of termination from the Company to Nihon Tuna Resources Corporation on the same date.

獨立遺產大樓水管工程 AWC獲6195萬分包合約

(吉隆坡11日訊)AWC(AWC,7579,主要板貿服)子公司獲頒總值6195萬令吉分包合約,負責國民投資機構(PNB)118層樓高獨立遺產大樓水管工程。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出,子公司Qudotech私人有限公司獲國投摩天樓工程的主要承包商頒發是項合約,負責該大樓的水管工程。

文告指出,基于是分包工程,該計劃去年11月2日已生效,預計竣工日為2019年12月2日。

“該座樓高118層的大樓計劃為一項綜合發展計劃,涵蓋住宅、酒店及商業單位,地點位于默迪卡體育場(Stadium Merdeka)及國家體育館(Stadium Negara)舊址,大樓完成后料樓高逾500公尺,將成為國內最高建築物。”【中国报财经】

為酒店提供管道工程 AWC獲頒1900萬合約

(吉隆坡2日訊)AWC(AWC,7579,主要板貿服)子公司Qudotech私人有限公司獲阿末查基資源(AZRB,7078,主要板建築)旗下Ahmad Zaki 私人有限公司頒發價值1900萬令吉合約,為50層樓酒店提供管道工程,及35層辦公樓進行裝修工程。

該公司向馬證交所報備,上述合約價值1900萬令吉,但不包括6%消費稅。

這項合約是在1月23日發給Qudotech,並在今日簽署,預計會在2017年底完成。

In addition to the KL118 Tower Project announced by AWC on 11 January 2016, this Subcontract is expected to strengthen further Qudotech’s order book in relation to projects it has on hand.

AWC獲9000萬分包合約

(吉隆坡15日訊)AWC(AWC,7579,主要板貿服)成功標得總值9000萬令吉莎阿南醫院維修分包合約,為期5年。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出,我國政府已接受競標,並發出工程意向書,為新建竣的莎阿南醫院進行維修工作。

文告指出,此分包合約為期5年,總值9000萬令吉,將從今年3月1日起生效至2021年2月28日。

該公司指出,莎阿南醫院共有300個床位,今年1月1日建竣,合約內容包括工程、清潔及維修工作。

“這項合約鞏固公司在醫療業的業務,目前已為蕉賴康復醫院及柔佛州所有政府診所行維修,此外也為政府在其他州屬從事其他商業維修工作。”【中国报财经】

1. INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of AWC Berhad (“AWC”) is pleased to announce that a tender submitted by the Facilities Division for the maintenance of the newly completed Shah Alam Hospital has been accepted by the Government of Malaysia. The fee for the maintenance of the Shah Alam Hospital under this Subcontract is approximately RM90 million over the maintenance period of five (5) years. AWC has, on today’s date, accepted and returned the Government of Malaysia’s Letter of Acceptance of Tender.
These terms are to be embodied in a formal contract to be executed between both parties.

2. DURATION OF THE SUBCONTRACT
The Subcontract is effective from 1 March 2016, for a period of five years, ending 28 February 2021.

3. RISK FACTORS
The Subcontract for the maintenance of the Shah Alam Hospital is in the ordinary course of business for our Facilities Division. It represents the continued involvement of the AWC Group in the Healthcare Segment in addition to the current maintenance projects undertaken, including those under the Concession from the Federal Government. The potential risks involved in this Subcontract are considered normal operational risks, and are the same with all our maintenance projects undertaken.

4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The Subcontract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the AWC Group over the duration of the Subcontract.

5. DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS
None of the Directors and major shareholders’ of AWC and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Subcontract.

6. DETAILS OF THE SUBCONTRACT
The Shah Alam Hospital is a three hundred (300) bedded hospital which was completed and launched on 1 January 2016. Under the terms of the contract to be executed, the maintenance of the Shah Alam Hospital will be for a period of five (5) years, and will cover all engineering, cleaning and maintenance works required.
As mentioned, this Subcontract extends the AWC Group’s involvement in the Healthcare Segment, where we already maintain the Cheras Rehabilitation Hospital and all state government clinics in the State of Johor. This is in addition to the maintenance works undertaken by the AWC Group under the Concession from the Federal Government for the states of Johor, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan and Sarawak, and to the other maintenance works undertaken in the Commercial Segment.

管理維修政府建築物 AWC合約獲延長10年

(吉隆坡7日訊)AWC(AWC,7579,主要板貿服)為中央政府南部及砂拉越地區的建築物進行管理、維修及提供支援服務的特許經營合約,獲延長至2025年,總值約5.55億令吉。

馬證交所報備指出,該公司自2008年開始獲得上述特經營合約,此后獲中央政府延長兩次,最終于本月7日,雙方決定執行私有化協議。

私有化協議的內容是往后中央政府位于南部(馬六甲、森美蘭及柔佛)及砂拉越地區的建築物,或未來的新建築物,均由AWC負責進行管理、維修及提供支援服務。

上述協議長達10年至2025年12月,首5年AWC將每年獲得5200萬令吉,接下來的5年則提高至每年5900萬令吉,換言之10年獲得付費5億5500萬令吉。

另外,AWC亦需要負責中央政府舊資產翻新計劃的工作。【中国报财经】

Description
Execution of Privatisation Agreement in respect of Building Maintenance Support Services ("Renewed Concession") and Critical Asset Refurbishment Programme ("CARP") for Federal Government Buildings in Southern Zone and Sarawak Zone
1.   INTRODUCTION
Ambang Wira Sdn Bhd (“AWSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of AWC Berhad (“AWC”), was previously awarded the privatization of the management, maintenance, upkeep, and support services for the relevant Federal Government Buildings (“Contract Buildings”) for the Southern Zone and Sarawak Zone (collectively “the Zones”). The Southern Zone covers the states of Malacca, Negeri Sembilan and Johor. The original concession was from 1 June 1998 till 31 May 2008 (“Original Concession”).
On 15 July 2008, AWC announced that the Original Concession had been extended from 1 June 2008 for a further five years to 31 May 2013 (“Extended Concession”).
On 16 January 2014, AWC announced that AWSB had on 15 January 2014 received a letter from the Public Private Partnership Unit of the Prime Minister’s Department informing AWSB that the Federal Government had agreed in principle to the Privatisation (i.e. the extension to the works carried out under the Original Concession). The implementation of the Privatisation was subject to the terms and conditions of the Privatisation to be negotiated between the Federal Government and AWSB.
Between the expiry of the Extended Concession on 31 May 2013 till the date of execution of the agreement for the Renewed Concession on 7 March 2016, AWSB has continued to carry out full maintenance works for the Contract Buildings in the Zones via interim contracts executed between the Federal Government and AWSB.
AWC is hereby pleased to announce that on 7 March 2016, AWSB has executed the Privatisation Agreement with the Government of Malaysia for the provision of building maintenance and support services for Contract Buildings and Future Contract Buildings and for the CARP for Contract Buildings in the Zones throughout the Renewed Concession Period.

2.   INFORMATION ON THE RENEWED CONCESSION
The Renewed Concession encompasses the similar scope of work covered under the Original Concession, in that AWSB is responsible for the provision of building maintenance and support services on all Contract Buildings. The fee to be received by AWSB to carry out the works under the initial five (5) year period for the Renewed Concession are approximately RM52 million per annum. This fee is to be revised from the sixth (6th) year of the Renewed Concession to RM59 million per annum for the remainder five (5) year period. The total fee to be earned for the services granted under the Renewed Concession over the ten (10) year period amount to approximately RM555 million (excluding the CARP portion).
In the event that the Government builds any new buildings in the Zones, AWSB would then be responsible also for the building maintenance and support services for the these Future Contract Buildings at a price to be agreed later.

3.   DURATION OF THE RENEWED CONCESSION
The Concession Period for the Renewed Concession is from 1 January 2016 till 31 December 2025 (“Renewed Concession Period”). AWSB may apply to the Government of Malaysia for an extension of the Renewed Concession Period not later than six (6) months prior to the expiry of the Renewed Concession Period.

4.   CARP
The CARP covers a new scope of work awarded by Government, to undertake the refurbishment of critical assets currently deployed in the Contract Buildings. The CARP is an additional element executed together with the Renewed Concession Agreement, and did not form part of the Original Concession or Extended Concession.
The CARP is to be carried out on assets as already identified by the Government in accordance with a timeline as agreed. AWSB shall bear all costs and expenses for the CARP, where the amounts have also already been agreed.
The fees to be earned by AWSB for the CARP are approximately RM14.5 million per annum, for a total of approximately RM145 million over the Renewed Concession period. The fees from the CARP represent a new revenue stream which was not there previously.

5.   RISK FACTORS
The Renewed Concession is for the provision of facility management services in the ordinary course of business for AWSB. The potential risks involved in this Renewed Concession are the same with any other project undertaken of a similar nature and are considered normal operational risks.
The CARP, which is a new responsibility for AWSB, is an extension of its responsibilities under the Renewed Concession, and do not pose any significant additional risks to AWC. In addition, the CARP may require contributions from other AWC’s group of companies. In this respect, the work required under the CARP would be within the expertise of the other AWC group of companies.

6.   FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The Renewed Concession and CARP will generate a total revenue of approximately RM700 million over the Renewed Concession Period. This is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the AWC Group for the current financial year as well as over the next ten years i.e. the duration of the Renewed Concession Period.

7.   DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS
None of the Directors and major shareholders of AWC and/or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Renewed Concession or the CARP.

(吉隆坡25日讯)AWC(AWC,7579,主板贸服股)成为美国PURETi集团的大马分销商,负责在国内分销所有的PURETi品牌产品。

根据文告,AWC与PURETi集团是在周三(23日)签署分销协议。

这项协议可每年更新,但PURETi集团会根据最低订单数量或目标的达成程度,来决定是否续约。

PURETi集团的业务,是生产、营销和售卖本身拥有专利的二氧化钛光催化表面处理方案(photocataly tictitanium dioxide surface treatment)。

该处理方案通常用来清洁和维修建筑物,也用在汽车领域和保护整体环境。

1)Introduction
The Board of Directors of AWC is pleased to announce that AWC had on 23 March 2016 entered into a Distribution Agreement (“Agreement”) with PURETi to be the Malaysian distributor for all products under the PURETi brand name.

2)Salient Terms of the Agreement
a. PURETi appoints AWC (or its nominated subsidiary, subject to PURETi’s consent) as its distributor for its products in Malaysia.
b. This appointment is renewable annually, subject to the achievement of targets/Minimum Order Quantities as set out in the Agreement.

3)Information on PURETi
PURETi is a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware in the United States of America. PURETi is located at 44 West 28th St., Fifth Floor, New York, NY 10001.

PURETi is engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing and selling its patented line of photocatalytic titanium dioxide surface treatments for environmental benefits. These are used for cleaning and maintenance of buildings, for healthcare purposes, in the automotive industry and for general environmental purposes.

4)Rationale
First and foremost, PURETi’s products can be used in the maintenance and cleaning of all buildings which are currently in the care of the AWC and its subsidiaries (“AWC Group”) under the Facilities Division. This will result in savings in material used, as well as in maintenance frequency and therefore also in labour savings.

Secondly, AWC Group will market this product to all other building owners, whether currently maintained by us, or not. This includes those buildings where we are currently involved in, either through our Engineering Division or our Environment Division.

The photocatalytic products under the PURETi brand name have certain anti pollution qualities and anti odor qualities (breaks down odors) and are extremely environmentally friendly. This supplements our product offering under our Environment Division.

5)Financial Effects
The Agreement is not expected to have a significant impact for the financial performance of the AWC Group for the current financial year ending 30 June 2016. Going forward, it is expected to contribute positively to our financial performance thereafter.

6)Directors’ and Major shareholders’ interest
None of the Directors or major shareholders’ of AWC, or persons connected to them, has any interest, direct or indirect in the Agreement.

7)Statement by the Directors
The Directors of AWC are of the opinion that the Agreement is in the best interests of the AWC Group.

8)Approval Required
The Agreement is not subject to any approval from shareholders or any other parties.

(吉隆坡10日訊)AWC(AWC,7579,主要板貿服)每股淨現金達24仙,盈利表現也獲持續增長的特許經營收費,及強勁環境事業務帶動,可望派發特別股息,激勵股項連續兩日交投活躍。

聯昌證券研究指出,該公司旗下STREAM業務在國內有超過90%市占率,管道工程子公司QDT則高度獲利,在高級和高層建築物的非常利基市場營運。至于雨水收集系統業務DDT的賺幅亦顯著擴展,這是基于政府在數個州屬強制性實施雨水收集系統。

該行估計,AWC的2015至2018財年3年每股盈利複成長率(CAGR)為33%,主要提振因素包括13%的特需經營收費增長,直接貢獻公司盈利表現、CARP計劃和莎阿南醫院,及高賺幅環境業務。

該公司的市值有40%為現金,截至今年3月底,AWC的淨現金每股達24仙,借貸數額幾乎等于零。

根據管理層披露,這些現金並無約束且超出營運需求,加上公司已鎖定未來10年的特許經營收費,估計有空間派發特別股息。不包括潛在特別股息,AWC的股息收益預計介于3.2%到4.8%。

AWC第三季净利暴涨10倍 派发1.5仙特别股息

(吉隆坡25日讯)基于所有业务的表现走好,AWC Bhd 2016财政年第三季净利暴涨10倍至576万令吉,或每股2.25仙,相比上财年同期净赚57万5000令吉,或每股0.26仙。

2016财年第三季(截至今年3月杪)营业额飙升143%至7533万令吉,同期报3099万令吉。

这家工程服务供应公司也宣布,2016财年(截至今年6月杪)派发每股1.5仙的特别股息,派息日定为7月1日。

AWC今日透过大马交易所发布文告称,由于公司今年标得多项新合约,其中最为人知的有雪州莎阿南医院的合约及联邦土地发展局大楼(Menara Felda)合约,加上维修工作的费用提升,因而促使第三季及今年至今的设施业务营业额及盈利均走升。

AWD的环境业务营业额也大跃升,主要因为正在进行的项目工程进度账款入账良好,以及大马、新加坡和中东地区的大型项目进度走好。

此外,其工程业务的营业额和盈利也因新加坡的强稳销售表现,以及刚收购的水管设施子公司贡献走高所推动。

综合2016财年首九个月的业绩表现,其净利翻近一倍至1076万令吉,或每股4.38仙,同期仅净赚559万令吉,或每股2.48仙。

合共三季营业额报1亿7334万令吉,同期仅录得9396万令吉,涨幅为84.5%。

AWC董事经理兼集团总执行长Ahmad Kabeer Mohamed Nagoor在今日的一项文告中指出:“第三季录得7500万令吉的营业额,此为表现最好的一季。合共三季营业额累积至1亿7300万令吉,净赚1076万令吉,这些记录远超过2015财年的全年业绩表现(净赚778万令吉)。”

他补充道:“我们期待最后一季的业绩表现,并将继续致力为股东创造价值。”

AWC获颁1815万合约

(吉隆坡31日讯)AWC(AWC,7579,主板贸服股)获Mulia产业发展公司,颁发敦拉萨国际贸易中心(TRX)项目内Signature大厦的1815万令吉分包合约。

根据文告,这项合约是由AWC独资子公司Qudotech私人有限公司获得,为Signature大厦进行水喉工程的供应、安装、交付、测试、维修和保修服务。

1. INTRODUCTION

2. DURATION OF THE SUBCONTRACT
For the purposes of the Subcontract, the Project commence immediately. The completion date for the Project is targeted to be 15 September 2018.

3. RISK FACTORS
The Subcontract is for the provision of plumbing services which is in the ordinary course of business for Qudotech. The potential risks involved in the Project are the same with any other plumbing project undertaken and are considered normal operational risks.

4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The Subcontract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the AWC Group over the duration of the Subcontract.

5. DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS
None of the Directors and major shareholders’ of AWC and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Subcontract.

6. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT
Under the terms of the Letter of Acceptance, Qudotech is required to enter into a formal subcontract agreement with the Main Contractor within 14 days of receiving the same from the Main Contractor. To date, the final draft subcontract agreement has not yet been received by Qudotech.

7. DETAILS OF THE PROJECT
The Signature Tower building comprising a 92 storey office tower which includes one floor of retail/commercial space, eight (8) storeys of parking space is located along Jalan Tun Razak/Jalan Davis, and forms part of the greater TRX development.
TRX will be a dedicated international financial and economic hub, promoting Malaysia as a new global economic growth nucleus. The entire TRX project is a development that will take place on 70 acres of prime property in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

8. OTHER INFORMATION
The securing of the works under the Subcontract for the Project, adds on to the contracts already awarded to Qudotech namely the KL118 Project (Warisan Merdeka, 118 storey Tower), and the MAS Building/PNB 1194 project (refurbishment of existing 35 Storey building and construction of new 50 storey building) which were announced on 11 January 2016 and 2 February 2016 respectively. These contracts are in addition to projects already being implemented by Qudotech, including The Astaka project in Iskandar Johor (70 storey residential building). Our foothold in the plumbing sector in the construction industry is further strengthened with the securing of the contract for yet another premium high end project.
The project adds on to the healthy order book currently carried by Qudotech, which now stands at approximately RM130 million over the next three (3) to five (5) years.

AWC包揽1.3亿令吉TBS交通总站合约

(吉隆坡9日讯)AWC Bhd 包揽一项价值1亿3000万令吉的维修工程合约,为南湖镇综合交通总站(Terminal of South Bandar Tasik Selatan,TBS)进行维修工作,长达5年。

AWC今日透过大马交易所发文告指出,大马政府已批准由该集团的设施部门提呈的投标。

这家综合设施管理服务供应公司表示:“除了上述维修工作合约外,AWC也从中央政府处包揽柔佛、马六甲、森美兰和砂拉越州的维修工作,这些工程从今年1月1日直至2025年12月31日,长达10年。”

TBS是座落于吉隆坡的主要长途巴士新总站。TBS衔接南湖镇火车转运站(Bandar Tasik Selatan Rail Interchange Station),并成为24小时全天候综合交通枢纽。

兴建TBS旨在缓解富都中环总站(Pudu Sentral,此前称富都巴士车站Puduraya Bus Terminal)的拥挤情况,TBS是在2011年1月1日启用。

AWC今日稍早也因成交量大增,而接获马交所发出的不寻常市场交易(UMA)质询。

AWC有望攫更多合約‧股價今年已漲96%

(吉隆坡8日訊)AWC設施方案(AWC,7579,主板貿服組)有望持續在大馬及新加坡攫取更多資源回收合約,前景看俏。

週三股價一度漲9%

該公司股價今日受捧走高,盤中一度大漲9.03%至78.5仙,並以75.5仙作收,全天揚3.5仙或4.86%;全日成交量達4千494萬8千400股,為熱門榜第四名,今年迄今,該公司股價已經上漲96%。

聯昌研究近期在新加坡為AWC設施方案舉辦投資巡迴展(NDR),該公司管理層向當地基金經理表示,公司毛賺幅介於12%至18%。

AWC設施方案核心業務為“STREAM”自動垃圾收集系統,分為設備、環境及工程。其中醫院綜合管理的毛賺幅介於15%至18%,而商業建築介於12%至15%。

聯昌表示,巴生河流域土地稀缺,對該公司長遠發展而言,屬於正面消息,因高端及高樓建築需要使用STREAM及Qudotech私人有限公司(QDT)技術。

AWC設施方案在2015年收購QDT,QDT業務為水管相關機械電子工程,目前手握1億3千萬令吉合約,STREAM及機電工程(M&E)部門手握合約價值分別為1億零5千萬令吉及3千500萬令吉。

聯昌補充,敦拉薩交易中心(TRX)也給該公司帶來攫取相關合約的機會。此外,新加坡人民組屋也必須安裝垃圾回收系統,給STREAM帶來更多擴展機會,而新加坡樟宜醫院(CGH)、機場第3及第4航站(T3及T4)已經採用STREAM系統。

參觀CGH後,聯昌認為,絕大數醫院以手推車方式回收床單,這種方式,極易使病毒散播在醫院各處,而院方忽略了這點,這也意味著AWC設施方案有望從此處取得成長機會。

AWC設施方案管理層補充,除了上述合約外,公司潛在合約還包括阿布扎比的Al-Raha發展項目,潛在總值為1億5千萬令吉。

管理層說,Al-Raha的導管已經在2011年設置好,所有新的安裝將優先考慮採用STREAM。

綜合上述看法,聯昌認為,該公司2016至2018財政年的淨利有望取得成長,維持“加碼”評級及1令吉13仙的目標價,2017財政年的本益比為9.3倍。若該公司攫取新合約及派發特別股息,屆時再另行評估。(星洲日報/財經‧報道:謝汪潮)

(吉隆坡26日讯)AWC(AWC,7579,主板贸服股)子公司M&C工程与贸易,被委任为赛城教育中心项目的指定分包商,合约总值1267万4000令吉。

根据文告,合约内容包括提供空调和机械通气服务、电气及防雷服务及超低电压服务。

AWC表示,这立即动工的项目,在明年8月17日交付,相信期间可贡献净利。

AWC董事经理兼集团总执行长拿督阿末卡比尔,通过文告表示,赢得合约突显出公司在工厂业务的能力和努力。
