The Board of Directors of AWC (“Board”) wishes to announce that SEPL, a sub-subsidiary of AWC, had on 9 January 2019 accepted a letter of acceptance from SDK for the provision of subcontract works, namely Pneumatic Waste & Linen Chute System, Foodwaste Treatment System Work, for a total consideration of SGD8,568,200.00, approximately to RM25,965,930.10 (“the Contract”). These terms are to be embodied in a formal Subcontract Agreement to be executed between both parties. In the meantime, pending the signing of this Subcontract Agreement, this letter of acceptance shall constitute a legal and binding contract between SEPL and SDK.
