Pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“MMLR”), the Board of Directors of Kimlun wishes to inform that KIASB, a wholly owned subsidiary of KIMLUN, had on 10 August 2020 entered into a tripartite Share Subscription Agreement ("SSA") on its proposed subscription of 9,800,000 ordinary shares, representing 49.0% equity interest of the enlarged share capital in the Investee for a cash consideration of RM40,000,000.00 ("Subscription Sum").
