累积全年净利，按年锐减40.88%至260万9000令吉；营业额则按年减少16.34%，至3730万令吉。

根据文告，公司业绩表现滑落，是受到种植产品销量减少的拖累。

该公司今日向马交所报备，永和独资子公司Gim Triple Seven私人有限公司，已与美景控股独资子公司Serba Sentosa私人有限公司签署买卖协议。

该公司董事部认为，该产业位于加影市镇中心，毗邻现有的电动火车站和计划中捷运站，可为永和建立较好的形象，并容纳更多的员工。

另外，由于该产业的地点策略与交通方便，具有升值的潜能。

永和计划通过内部资金和银行贷款来为该收购进行融资。

应对胶价波动
永和转攻油棕产品

（万宜21日讯）主攻橡胶领域的种植工具与材料供应商永和（GREENYB，0136，创业板）指出，为了应对橡胶价大起大落，计划多元化旗下产品组合的发展，转攻油棕业者的需求。

永和执行董事覃建安在出席股东大会后指出，橡胶价依然相当疲软，这对于公司不是一项好消息。

“我们认为，只有当橡胶价在每公斤1.80美元（约7.35令吉）或以上时，公司的橡胶相关业务才能表现良好。”

因此，公司已在开始研发与油棕业相关的产品，如生物肥料和Green PlusG 2等，而且会在未来三年内将行动升级。

展望未来，随着油价的提升和汽车行业对于橡胶的高需求，覃建安对于天然橡胶价的前景较为看好，并预计该商品价格会在2018年杪前反弹。

另一方面，覃建安指出，其他非种植业产品——以花盆为主在欧洲的销售增长可喜，另外相关业务在美国和澳洲市场的表现也令人满意。

同时，公司也正在开发厨具和其他家用工具产品，预计会在下财年推出。【e南洋】
