稳大预计2018财年净利翻倍

（吉隆坡29日讯）医疗服务公司稳大（Adventa Bhd）预计，截至10月杪2018财政年的净利将较去年同期增长一倍，得益于不断增长的分销和灭菌业务。

董事经理刘振源今日出席股东常年大会后向记者说，分销和灭菌业务的数量和客户均不断壮大。

有鉴于此，他表示，公司已将灭菌业务的产能提升30%。

“就目前趋势而言，我认为今年做得很好，相信下个季度的盈利增长将比第一季强。”

截至1月杪2018财年首季，稳大净利从19万1000令吉，或每股0.13仙，增长逾两倍至67万4000令吉，或每股0.44仙，归功于分销和灭菌业务的贡献提高。

首季营业额也劲扬48.04%至1389万令吉，相比同期的938万令吉。

（吉隆坡9日讯）稳大（ADVENTA，7191，主板工业股）澄清，在顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主板工业股）于上週五公佈控告该公司大股东兼董事经理刘振源案件中提及的Adventa资本私人有限公司，並不是该公司的子公司。

顶级手套上週五公佈，控告刘振源等各方，並获得新加坡法院的庭令，禁止Adventa资本脱售资產。

由于上述诉讼涉及稳大的大股东，且稳大和Adventa资本的名字相像，引人联想，导致多家媒体报导有误，包括《星报》、《新海峡时报》、《TheEdge》等。

此外，稳大也补充，该公司及子公司都没有涉及顶级手套和刘氏等各方的诉讼。

刘振源及其家族持有稳大的43.46%股权，早在2012年，就与新加坡南方资本集团（Southern Capital Group）旗下Mulberry亚洲基金联手收购稳大的手套业务，而稳大则转型，经营居家洗肾机与医疗器材消毒业务。

展延发附加股凭单

另一方面，稳大今日傍晚也发文告称，打算展延发售附加股和凭单的计划。该公司董事经理兼大股东刘振源是此次发售附加股的承销人，承诺认购最后未被认购的附加股。

他表示，因被顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主板工业股）控告，故无法执行上述承诺。

因此，稳大董事局决定展延该企业活动。

顶级手套在上週五（6日）宣佈，打算控告刘振源误导，并向后者索偿。此外，稳大董事局澄清，该公司和其子公司，与刘振源和顶级手套之间的诉讼案无关。【东方网财经】

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Adventa, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Board has resolved to defer the Company’s Proposed Rights Issue. The Proposed Rights Issue is intended to be undertaken on a full subscription basis.  The Company proposes to procure irrevocable undertakings from Mr Low Chin Guan, the major shareholder and the Managing Director of Adventa, to, amongst others, subscribe for his rights entitlements and all the remaining Rights Shares which have not been subscribed.  The Proposed Undertaking is subject to the Proposed Exemption.
