稳大第三季净利增28%

（吉隆坡24日讯）受益于丁腈医用手套销售增长，稳大（Adventa，7191，主板工业产品股）截至7月31日第三季录得28.35%的净利增长。

稳大通过文告指出，第三季净利从上财年的401万7000令吉，扬至515万6000令吉；营业额涨4.76%至1亿850万4000令吉，上财年为1亿357万7000令吉。

“丁腈手套销售量增长4.7%，医用手套业务亦取得微幅增长，主要是原料成本较9个月前有改善。”

公司也强调，虽然乌拉圭工厂的乳胶手套生意良好，但大马出口业务则因欧洲和美国销售放缓而受影响。

每股盈利3.37仙
首三季方面，营业额报3亿1894万8000令吉，较上财年的3亿1406万5000令吉涨1.55%；净利则从1265万6000令吉，扬至1401万3000令吉，涨幅达10.72%。

单季每股盈利为3.37仙，累计9个月每股盈利达9.17仙，上财年分别为2.63仙和8.28仙。

稳大表示，欧元区不稳定和美国经济放缓，所幸原料成本放缓抵消此不利因素，有信心在原料价格波动和美元汇率的压力下，依旧能取得正面全年表现。[Nanyang]

（吉隆坡2日讯）稳大（Adventa，7191，主板工业产品股）宣布，Aspion私人有限公司完成收购业务后将派发每股1.70令吉予股东。

稳大今年6月收到Aspion正式信函，以相等于每股2.10令吉的3亿2085万117令吉收购所有业务。

稳大向马交所报备，之后将派发每股1.30令吉的特别股息，并建议资本削减以回退每股40仙。

较早前，稳大也修正预测的脱售业务净获利，从原先的1亿6042万令吉调整值9560万令吉。

资料显示，Aspion的董事分别是刘晨光和Mulberry亚洲基金II有限公司，两者分别持有30%和70%股权。

刘晨光同时也是稳大董事经理兼主要大股东，持有38.25%股权。[Nanyang]

不是的，就只有rm1.70而已。。

Adventa不是脱售全部业务给大股东，自己还保留些业务的。。

是的，会一次过。。

之后将派发每股1.30令吉的特别股息，并建议资本削减以回退每股40仙。

确实的日期还有待EGM通过后再决定。。只好耐心等候。。

你看清楚。。。 他没有真正的的私有。。。公司还在的。。。 会回退资本。。然后再发展。。。

如我現在賣的話, 大約虧rm 750+ (rm2.65- rm1.90).
如等公司回退资本 rm1.70 ,就虧rm 950. 不過還可等股價回升, 對嗎?
因這股還不錯吧?
