現在主力在新公司，如果成功轉型 IT 公司，以前的業務我看會把它賣掉，反正以前的業務也難賺錢，成本又重，所以會從重型生產工業轉成 IT 業務，也算是賭公司的未來。

一般電子業務來講，產品不斷更新，所以代理的公司，主要是人才和信譽，所以這新上任的人員，是否可以帶動出生機呢 ?

    学历不高，又年轻，也没有裙带关系，可以座这位子应该有点本事。在守住一阵子看看囖。

三年內不會倒閉, 你能耐長期到三年嗎  ?
新股東辛勤才 將對PDA EXPERT提供3年的盈利保證，即未來3財政年的淨利不能低過100萬令吉。

算它一年三百千的資金，就算公司不賺錢，這新股東辛勤擔保 三年內的一百萬盈利。
所以這三年內的財報有這一百萬來頂住。

辛勤才將獲得4千零38萬股新股，並因此持有該公司6.02%股權，不過，如果該公司單悉數轉換，他的股權持有會沖稀至4.10%。
現在如果他全部賣出去他手上的股票，之後拿出一百萬出來給它擔保的三年內的資金一百萬來講，他還有百多萬進口袋
這一百萬可以耐三年 一年三百多千的盈利。
對他來講，更本就是把IT丟給人家也沒關係 {:3_83:} 怕不怕呢 ?

好在它是發股收購，而不是向銀行借錢去買進它的 IT公司，所以如果不做了，也可以再賣出去
上一次的附加股，幾千萬的資金，也還了一些債務，所以前途還是有一半機會重生。

明年

我想ICT的Management 通常多是年轻的，应该不是大问题。。。
