富达4送1红股

2016年9月1日
(吉隆坡31日讯)富达(PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑股)建议,以4送1比例,派发最多8496万2172红股。

根据文告,公司拥有足够的储备金来派发红股,并计划动用股票溢价户头中最低4225万7000令吉,或最高4248万1000令吉,来送出红股。

红股计划不会影响公司2016财年的净利表现,不过,若在净利维持不变,红股计划将会稀释每股净利。

富达表示,派发红股是为了回馈现有股东、提高公司股本,以及增加股票流通率;另外,在得到相关批准后,公司才会公布红股的除权日。【e南洋】

基建带动 富达乐观看待建筑业务

(加影9日讯)隨著政府为推动国家经济,致力提升基础建设,富达(PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑股)乐观看待其建筑业务,將持续取得成长。

富达董事经理拿督斯里张吉平表示,捷运、轻快铁、公路和高速大道建筑工程,將带动其他20至30个行业,比如物流和原料公司的成长。

「我们手头上的建筑订单,可至少支撑未来2年的成长。我有信心,接下来每年都可以爭取到新订单。」

他是今日出席股东特大会后,如是指出。

至於產业业务方面,张氏表示,银行收紧贷款,以及经济放缓的衝击,衝击產业市场。

配合政府为首购族提供可负担房屋的策略,该公司计划专注建设面积约500至600平方尺,售价介於30万令吉的產业。

这是该公司推动其產业业务,在未来2至3年持续成长的策略。

「我们也將在未来3至6个月,推出Rimbawan项目下2个阶段的可负担房屋。」

与此同时,张氏透露,公司目前的订单企於53亿2000万令吉,预计可持续至2025年。这包括3亿1580万令吉的新街场(SungaiBesi)至鹅嘜淡江(Ulu Kelang)的高架大道工程配套、以及布城第2阶段的「一马公务员房屋」(PPA1M)。

富达目前在巴西古当(Pasir Gudang)、柔佛、山打根和巴生谷拥有52.61公顷的土地。公司也计划在柔佛州建立零售商店,其他地区的相关计划则尚未敲定。

张吉平补充,当產业价格疲软时,公司计划收购更多土地,尤其是在巴生谷以外的地点建造更多大眾化房產,惟取决于可行性和地点的需求。

而富达其他核心业务,维修、工程、顾问服务、教育和贸易、製造业务依然可持续支撑公司整体营运。

富达在今天的股东特大通过4送1红股计划,这將提高其缴足资本介於2亿1218万令吉至2亿1241万令吉。若顺利获得当局批准,这项计划料可在11月杪完成。【东方网财经】

子公司收购剩余股权
富达获Sun Rock控制权


2016年12月7日
(吉隆坡6日讯)富达(PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑股)子公司富达发展私人有限公司(PDSB),向启昌(ASDION,0068,创业板)收购Sun Rock发展私人有限公司(SRDSB)其余的36%股权,借此取得所有控制权。

富达昨天向马交所报备,将以1令吉收购该36%股权,相等于36万的普通股。

富达指出,PDSB原本已经持有SRDSB的64%股权,因此,在上述收购计划完成后,SRDSB将成为独资子公司。

与启昌签署2协议

另一方面,启昌也发表文告指出,与富达签署终止协议(TA)及债务抵消协议(SOA)。

根据TA,双方将终止于2013年8月杪所签署的股东协议及Sun Rock发展的联营关系。

而根据SOA,Sun Rock发展拖欠启昌的债务,及启昌拖欠富达的债务,也将一并被抵消。【e南洋】

道路维修推动成长 富达前景佳

(吉隆坡4日讯)富达(PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑股)的道路维修业务,可带来稳定的收入,推动公司的成长,也让其继续派发优渥的股息,因此,分析员看好该公司的前景。

被肯纳格研究分析员喻为「被禾秆掩盖的珍珠」,富达股价週三受带动走高,该股以全天最低1.18令吉开市后,午盘更一度上扬全天最高至1.22令吉,惟最终收窄涨幅,以1.19令吉掛收,全天上涨5仙或4.38%,成交量达882万9500股。

分析员指出,富达在建筑领域的专长为道路维修,主要来自政府的长期特许经营合约,在2015財政年,这项业务佔其营业额和税前盈利各52%和69%。

道路维修业务的赚幅也非常可观,相比传统建筑领域的税前盈利赚幅为6%,富达的道路维修业务的税前盈利赚幅介於10至13%。

该公司其他业务的税前盈利贡献为18%,其中產业业务佔大部份,达10%;其余则为,工程、教育和贸易部门。

2016年首9个月富达的维修订单达44亿令吉,未来10年预计每年可对盈利带来4亿令吉的贡献。该公司每年竞標的政府道路维修订单总值为3亿令吉。

公司管理层指出,道路维修是公司的核心业务,未来將继续爭取大型的道路工程,预期每年可为公司的营业额作出额外1亿至2亿令吉的贡献。

分析员认为,政府接下来若为大选铺路,或陆续增加更多道路维修项目,富达料受惠。

另一方面,管理层也放眼在2017財政年获得5亿令吉的新建筑订单,主要来自基础建设和「一马公务员房屋」(PPA1M)工程项目。

分析员认为,这目標是可以实现的,除了因为富达已竞標的建筑订单高达50亿令吉外,该公司在「一马公务员房屋」工程项目也有良好的记录,目前已囊括2项总值9亿令吉的「一马公务员房屋」项目。

儘管富达没有设定派息政策,但在过去5年其派息稳定,將净利的60%派发给股东。分析员也指,其週息率也较其他同行来得高。「比较其他中小型股的2.9%週息率,我们预计富达2017財政年的每股派息为6.9仙,或相等於6.1%的週息率。」

该公司2016財政年首9个月(截至9月30日止)的净利减少10%,而税前赚幅也下滑9%,主要因2项道路维修工程不获续约。

手握7.4亿订单

不过,分析员认为,该公司2017及2018財政年將重新成长,因为有7亿4200万令吉订单支撑,加上,公司设下在2017和2018年每年获得5亿令吉新订单的目標;同时,该公司手握44亿令吉的维修订单,足以让公司忙碌10年;另外,其房產业务的未入账销售为1亿1300万令吉,也將支撑其盈利表现。

富达因为融资其「一马公务员房屋」发展项目,在2016財政年首9个月的负债水平偏高,达1.2倍。

当有关发展项目在2017年上半年完工,该公司將获得政府5亿2500万令吉的付款,届时將可清还负债转为净现金公司。

分析员给予该股「短期买入」的投资评级,目標价为1.52令吉。【东方网财经】

富达获霹政府9010万修路合约

2017年2月18日
(吉隆坡17日讯)富达(PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑股)宣布,子公司Empayar Indera私人有限公司,获得霹雳州政府颁发总值9010万合约,提供州内道路维修服务。

富达向马交所报备,Empayar Indera将定期维修霹雳州的农业道路。

该公司称,为期2年的合约将会在2019年2月19日结束。

这项合约预计会激富达截至2017财年的净资产和净利。【e南洋】

打下未來10年基礎 富達手握44億合約

(吉隆坡9日訊)手握2個道路維修特許經營權和4個總值達44億令吉的長期合約,富達(PRTASCO,5070,主要板建築)已經打下了未來10年的收入基礎。

豐隆投銀研究指出,富達手握2個道路維修特許經營權,包括有今年2月才更新的雪蘭莪、彭亨、吉蘭丹和登嘉樓州,以及砂拉越的詩巫、民都魯和木膠(Mukah)的大道維修特許經營權。

此外,該公司還握有4個總值達44億令吉的長期合約,為霹靂、吉蘭丹和登嘉樓州提供道路維修;這提供了該公司一個未來10年的穩定收入基礎。

該行指出,在前述背景下,富達已經為下一個上升週期播下了種子。

針對2018年2月截止的砂拉越道路維修特許經營權,該行認為富達有機會獲得更新。另外,該行認為富達也將是大選的收益者,因為道路維修支出增加將有助民意調查。

該行指出,富達也計劃爭取政府大樓維修服務,以擴大經常性收入。

除了維修服務,該公司也贏得了許多建築工程,訂單金額達6億100萬令吉。

該行以1.20令吉“買進”富達,因看好該公司維修服務抵抗了下行風險,支撐其給出體面的股息。【中国报财经】

富达获1.74亿基建合约

2017年6月16日
(吉隆坡15日讯)富达(PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑股)宣布,获得1亿7440万令吉巴生英达岛(Pulau Indah)工业园基础建设合约。

该公司今日向交易所报备,雪资产集团(KHSB)子公司Central Spectrum(M)私人有限公司,颁发该合约给富达旗下KPS-HCM私人有限公司。

KPS-HCM将为英达岛工业园第3C期发展项目进行基建工程。

富达会在18个月内,即7月5日至2019年1月5日之间,完成上述工程。

NEW SUBSIDIARY COMPANY - HCM KIJANG SDN. BHD.
Following the announcement made by the Company (“Protasco” or “Company”) on 24 August 2016 relating to the execution of the shareholders agreement between the subsidiary of the Company, HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd and Kijang Kuari Sdn Bhd to jointly undertake the maintenance work in Kelantan for a period of 10 years via a new company to be set up on a 60:40 basis.

Protasco wishes to announce that the parties have completed the subscription of shares in HCM Kijang Sdn Bhd on the agreed ratio.  

HCM Kijang Sdn Bhd is now a 60% owned subsidiary of HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd.

SUBSCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL SHARES IN KPS-HCM SDN BHD BY KUMPULAN PERANGSANG SELANGOR BERHAD
Protasco Berhad (“Protasco”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd (“HCM”) had on 21 June 2017 entered into a Subscription Agreement with Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad (“KPS”) for the subscription of 1,715,000 ordinary shares by KPS in KPS-HCM Sdn Bhd (“KPS-HCM”) for the total cash consideration of RM1,715,000 (“Subscription”).

The Subscription will result in HCM diluting its shareholdings in KPS-HCM from 70% to 49% and therefore ceased to be an indirect subsidiary of Protasco.
